The cabin was perfect! Great location for exploring the Adirondack’s . We brought our own kayaks for exploring nearby lakes. Also borrowed one of the double kayak’s available at cabin for paddling in Saranac Lake ! Loved relaxing in the hot tub or just sitting around fire pit after a long day hiking or paddling !

My husband and 8-month-old stayed here for two nights in February and though it was very cold and snowy, we were cozy and warm at this cabin on lake flower. We especially appreciated the use of the hot tub, which was cleaned before our stay. Our host met us when we checked in, even though we arrived late, and made sure that we found everything we needed. Thank you so much for your kind accommodation, Walter!

This was a terrific property to stay in! They had all we needed in the cabin to be completely comfortable (including cooking most of our meals ) every day. The owner was super friendly and helpful! The only thing to mention is that the driveway is pretty treacherous and you really need 4WD to get up the hill and out of the driveway but that wasn't an issue for us. If you don't have 4WD you probably need to park at street level and walk down. It was a great stay for us!!!

My wife and I just returned from an amazing stay at Baker cabin. The Host Robert answered all of our questions promptly prior to the stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager Walter who was awesome and was available at the main cabin in case we needed anything which was assuring. The location on the lake and the property itself was better than expected. The driveway was a little to find at first and tricky to navigate but not an issue and it allows you to drive right up to the cabin which was super convenient. However I can see why it is not in use during the winter months. The cabin itself was better than the pictures and well appointed. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a really nice touch. The bistro table set on the deck made relaxing outside that much more enjoyable. Even though the weather wasn’t great during our stay we still enjoyed the hot tub which was a big selling point for us and overall had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks etc. but they were neatly available right by the water along with life jackets. We will definitely be back…

Such a great stay in Saranac Lake! Bobby met us upon arrival and gave us the lay of the land. The cabin was beautifully decorated and the bottle of Prosecco for NYE was a nice touch. The hot tub came in clutch after some long hikes. We truly loved our time here!

This was a lovely spot to escape the cold December rain. It was cozy, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was great, even with cool raindrops from the trees. The driveway is steep and a little scary at first, but our Subaru managed just fine. Glad there was parking up on the road just in case! Bobby was terrific and the place was spotless, even during a busy holiday week! Thanks for letting us stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Baker Cabin on Lake Flower in Saranac Lake. The cabin was super clean and comfortable. So many special touches !! Access to the Lake for kayaking was just steps away! We enjoyed drinks and appetizers on the beautiful deck overlooking the Lake. Great walks to town for breakfast and shopping! Bobby, Diana, and Walter were SUPER HOSTS. The BEST! We were so happy with our stay !! we will be back someday for sure!

Bobby was in communication with us into the afternoon of arrival day before Walter met us in person when we arrived, showed us around and suggested different local places to eat. He was available all weekend should we needed anything. Everything was in perfect working order and as advertised.

Wow! What an amazing little cabin. The pictures do not do it justice. It was the perfect spot for my husband and I and our dog Oscar to unwind and relax. The location is nice that you can walk into town in Saranac Lake (15 min walk), but you’re also only a twelve minute drive to Lake Placid. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely come back here in the future. Super clean, super comfy bed, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We used it at night and overlooked the lake. The cabin was small but very clean and perfect for a couple. Firepit and hot tub by the waterfront made for relaxing evenings. Close to restaurants, ice cream bar and access to plenty of waterways for boating, kayaking and fishing. Beautiful mountains and peaceful surroundings. Lots of hiking options close by. The wonderful hosts are close by and available yet the cabin feels completely private. With an easy walk to the town of Saranac Lake you will find many options for dining, shopping and local entertainment. Stayed 2 nights never left the property! Everything is there! Great water pressure! Private. Quiet. Beautiful! The dock has a great view! We were guided down to the cabin and left alone for the rest of our stay! We will be returning!!

Fantastic little cabin...real cold weekend, but cabin was perfectly weatherized and warm. Special thanks to host for helping with the luggage sled and for blowing the snow off the paths (14.5 inches). Will definitely consider another Summer/Fall run up there to experience more of what the Saranac Lake Community has to offer!

My wife and I loved this cabin rental. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 11th year anniversary. The host and property manager were generous and accommodating. The area has a lot to offer. We went snowboarding at Whiteface Mtn. (30 minutes away), hiking/ snowshoeing at High Falls Gorge (also about 30), and enjoyed walking around Lake Placid, checking out the Olympic Museum, and having a great dinner at Lake Placid Pub and Brewery (15 minutes away). My wife and I loved this cabin rental. It was the perfect place to celebrate our 11th year anniversary. The host and property manager were generous and accommodating. The area has a lot to offer. We went snowboarding at Whiteface Mtn. (30 minutes away), hiking/ snowshoeing at High Falls Gorge (also about 30), and enjoyed walking around Lake Placid, checking out the Olympic Museum, and having a great dinner at Lake Placid Pub and Brewery (15 minutes away). The best part was relaxing in the hot tub after our fun-filled days and enjoying the frozen lake view with a few cocktails. We're already talking about coming back.

Bobby was in communication with us into the afternoon of arrival day before Walter met us in person when we arrived, showed us around and suggested different local places to eat. He was available all weekend should we needed anything. Everything was in perfect working order and as advertised.

Great little place right on the lake, it’s across from the town, so super convenient if you want to run out for groceries or take out. The hot tub was amazing and super clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful cabin, love the hot tub, lake was beautiful and we loved kayaking. Perfect location. Driveway is a little tricky to find and a pretty steep hill, but was not a problem once our host showed us the way. Perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at the Baker Cabin! It was cosy for the two of us, and we loved spending each evening on the dock overlooking the lake. Easy walk into town, and plenty to do in the area. Would definitely come back!

For anyone who is looking for some solitude on the ADK, I would highly recommend Baker Cabin. The hosts were extremely pleasant and helped to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. It is in the perfect location; a hop and a skip away from Lake Placid and the mountains. After a long hike, you can unwind and relax in the hot tub and I personally dont think it could get any better.

It was very cozy and very rustic feeling. The hosts were very friendly and gave great advice on a hike/walk for us! Perfect for a couple. Loved sitting on the outside deck. Great area for taking a walk too. We walked into town, close proximity.

Wow! What an amazing little cabin. The pictures do not do it justice. It was the perfect spot for my husband and I and our dog Oscar to unwind and relax. The location is nice that you can walk into town in Saranac Lake (15 min walk), but you’re also only a twelve minute drive to Lake Placid. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely come back here in the future. Super clean, super comfy bed, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We used it at night and overlooked the lake. We spent our honeymoon in the Baker cabin and it was WONDERFUL! We loved the deck and the grill. We utilized the hot tub almost every night. Thw neighborhood is wonderful to walk around. We loved that it was dog friendly. Its very close to the middle of Saranac Lake, within waling distance if you like to walk. Would be nice to bike there too if you had them. We are already looking forward to coming back!

This was a terrific property to stay in! They had all we needed in the cabin to be completely comfortable (including cooking most of our meals ) every day. The owner was super friendly and helpful! The only thing to mention is that the driveway is pretty treacherous and you really need 4WD to get up the hill and out of the driveway but that wasn't an issue for us. If you don't have 4WD you probably need to park at street level and walk down. It was a great stay for us!!!

The cabin was small but very clean and perfect for a couple. Firepit and hot tub by the waterfront made for relaxing evenings. Close to restaurants, ice cream bar and access to plenty of waterways for boating, kayaking and fishing. Beautiful mountains and peaceful surroundings. Lots of hiking options close by. Such a great stay in Saranac Lake! Bobby met us upon arrival and gave us the lay of the land. The cabin was beautifully decorated and the bottle of Prosecco for NYE was a nice touch. The hot tub came in clutch after some long hikes. We truly loved our time here!

We had a wonderful stay at Baker Cabin on Lake Flower in Saranac Lake. The cabin was super clean and comfortable. So many special touches !! Access to the Lake for kayaking was just steps away! We enjoyed drinks and appetizers on the beautiful deck overlooking the Lake. Great walks to town for breakfast and shopping! Bobby, Diana, and Walter were SUPER HOSTS. The BEST! We were so happy with our stay !! we will be back someday for sure!
