The location was everything described - easy to find, big enough for our people (coming in from three directions), and walking distance to the lovely Garland business area. Nice fenced back yard. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Immaculate all around. Good communications with the host.

Our second stay here at this beautiful very clean modern comfortable home. Owners are easy to contact & respond quickly. We love the fully stocked modern kitchen w/stainless steel appliances. We like the safety of security cameras & nice neighborhood. Location is ideal for us for N Spokane shopping & restaurants. The fully fenced secure backyard is great for our 2 little dogs. The 2 beds & 2 baths located on main level all on floor is good for my walking disability. Third bed & 3rd bath w/ laundry downstairs. Love the walk in large double shower & electric king bed! We enjoy the huge living room Flat screen tv w/ ROKU, Netflix, Hulu. Bring ear plugs for traffic noise if you are a little sleeper like me, my husband can sleep through a bomb! Ha ha. We will be back after the new year. Happy Holidays

What a great property!!! One of the most well appointed VRBOs in which we have stayed. Clean, comfortable, well labeled (simply) and lots of room! Perfect central location for getting to all of the places we needed to on this trip. Plus great places to eat within walking distance. They were super helpful when one of our party ended up arriving early. All in all highly recommend this property and these hosts!!!

We live in the Garland neighborhood and rented this place for our family to stay at while celebrating a 2023 graduation. It's in a perfect location to enjoy the Garland district and the covered patio in the back yard is a great place to hang out--it feels like an extension of the neighborhood. It's on a relatively busy arterial so there is a bit of street noise, but none of the guests thought it was a problem. There is really nice big kitchen if you like to prepare your own food, lots of different places to hang out or get away from the festivities and relax, as well as plenty of clean linens! The house on a whole was very tidy and clean. The only thing I would recommend is that the listing mention that one of the bedrooms is in the basement and requires stairs, which could pose an accessibility issue for some guests. Overall, this was an excellent stay and would recommend.

The house was clean with the photos realistic. However, the location on an arterial was not most conducive to have quiet time at night. During the day it could also be noisy on the covered deck from the traffic, but overall it was an enjoyable part of the home. Had a great time. House was well set up and clean.

This well kept home in this charming and historic part of Spokane was more than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It is much larger than it seems. We had 3 adults, 4 teenage boys (13-14) and a pup, in town for our grandsons state basketball championship. The interior is modern and has all the features you need. The kids loved the vintage Nintendo and it brought back memories for my husband and I. Close to the games we were attending. Would love to stay here in the spring or summer when we could enjoy the the deck and charming backyard.more.

We had a really nice time at the Garland Charmer and the little things the owners did made it extra nice. For starters, we were greeted by some tasteful and cheery Christmas decorations, both outside and inside. You also notice the A+ cleanliness as soon as you walk in the house. Not only new towels, but lots of them! Plenty of pillows so you could choose the kind you like. A nice kitchen, well stocked. For us, the mark of a truly good host is when something goes wrong they are quick to respond and if they can't immediately fix it, they make it right. Chris and Mike did just that. Garland Charmer is located in an urban setting on a busy street so if you're sensitive to street noise, bring ear plugs. But the positives you get with an urban setting is easy walking distance to some great restaurants (to name just 2 of the many, we liked Little Noodle, and Milk Bottle) and fun shops (Check out Giant Nerd Bookstore, and the thrift shops!). And our two little pups liked the fully fenced backyard at Garland Charmer!

Home was exactly what it said in the listing. Location was great with many great restaurants and shops in walking distance, it was hot out and the AC worked great. Back deck and yard were perfect in the evening and the fully fenced yard was great for our two smaller dogs. We'll stay here again!

What a great property!!! One of the most well appointed VRBOs in which we have stayed. Clean, comfortable, well labeled (simply) and lots of room! Perfect central location for getting to all of the places we needed to on this trip. Plus great places to eat within walking distance. They were super helpful when one of our party ended up arriving early. All in all highly recommend this property and these hosts!!!

The house was clean with the photos realistic. However, the location on an arterial was not most conducive to have quiet time at night. During the day it could also be noisy on the covered deck from the traffic, but overall it was an enjoyable part of the home. Had a great time. House was well set up and clean.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a wonderful stay. The home was a great fit for us, and had plenty of space for us to chill together. We visited so many shops and dining options in the neighborhood. All within walking distance, and everyone was kind & welcoming. This place will be saved as a favorite for future visits to Spokane.

The location was everything described - easy to find, big enough for our people (coming in from three directions), and walking distance to the lovely Garland business area. Nice fenced back yard. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Immaculate all around. Good communications with the host.

We live in the Garland neighborhood and rented this place for our family to stay at while celebrating a 2023 graduation. It's in a perfect location to enjoy the Garland district and the covered patio in the back yard is a great place to hang out--it feels like an extension of the neighborhood. It's on a relatively busy arterial so there is a bit of street noise, but none of the guests thought it was a problem. There is really nice big kitchen if you like to prepare your own food, lots of different places to hang out or get away from the festivities and relax, as well as plenty of clean linens! The house on a whole was very tidy and clean. The only thing I would recommend is that the listing mention that one of the bedrooms is in the basement and requires stairs, which could pose an accessibility issue for some guests. Overall, this was an excellent stay and would recommend.

Stay was comfortable and relaxed. In town for volleyball tournament. We didn't realize there was a basement bedroom and bathroom. It was perfectly fine. Great location. Easy check out. Would stay there again.
