The property was "EXACTLY" as advertised! The host granted my party an early check-in time of 8:00 a.m. when the normal check-in time is 4:00 p.m. The property is located within 15 - 20 minutes of EVERYWHERE! There's a SMITH'S grocery store right around the corner about 5 minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet and walkable in the night or day. The only thing I didn't care much for was the CLOSENESS of the homes, ALL of the homes are RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER! But, they're ALL fenced in so we did have our privacy. I'd DEFINITELY rent this unit again if I visited Vegas with a party of 8 -12 people!

Fully equipped kitchen. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Could use a little make up on the exterior, but overall awesome home.
