Very pleasant and stress-free stay. The property is slightly older and more worn than how it appears in the photos, but it made no functional difference. This may be due to inflation, but having done the same itinerary in years past, there are other properties on Vrbo that felt like a better deal. Overall however, we were very satisfied and would 100% book this property or a similar one under the same host again!

We stayed for a week while boating at Lake Mead (about a 20-25 drive to the marina). The covered back patio was fantastic--my husband and I could work out there in the shade while the kids played in the pool endlessly. It's an older, spartan feeling home, but the price is right and totally clean with everything you need. Whenever any issues arose, the owners communicated immediately. Great place to stay where it's quiet but still close enough to the fun of Vegas.

Extremely responsive host. Could have used an update inside and a cleaner hot tub. Pool couldn't be used due to weather but it was extremely dirty as well.
