This was a perfect lake house and easily accommodated 2 families. Very spacious and had everything we needed plus a gorgeous view! The beds were super comfortable and the TVs in the living rooms are huge!

The property was well equipped, clean and cozy. The owner had excellent communication. High quality furniture, bedding, and amenities. We loved the variety of outdoor spaces and views. The proximity to the lake made for an extremely peaceful girls weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

I was in town with family for a wedding. There were 8 adults staying and the house had more than enough space for all of us to sleep, get ready before the wedding, and relax together afterwards. We really enjoyed the views of the lake and how clean the house was. We’d definitely book again.

We were able to bring 2 extended families together for Thanksgiving togetherness in this Fabulous Home! Great spaces to keep everyone entertained while having plenty of seating in the open, spacious kitchen/dining/living area. Kitchen was Well Stocked with all we needed to store, cook, serve a huge meal. Owner is receptive to answering questions and even ordered a turkey roasting pan to be sure we were set! There is so much do do with the sitting in the back yard with fire pit, to visiting the public playground with the kids that is visible from the house. The lake views were awesome and we hope to return in warmer weather to use the park more!

We chose this house as a halfway meeting place for 4 generations of family to get together for a long weekend. The house was great and fit our needs. The inside of the house was clean and well supplied. We used the downstairs (basement) area as a little separate space for the family with small children; between the pull-out couch, the bed and the cot, there was adequate room for the young family to sleep and have some privacy. On the main floor, the open floor plan made it possible for all of us to be together in the communal space. In addition, the proximity to the playground and the lake were perfect. Although we used the screened porch, the decks and the front porch, the outdoor spaces could definitely use some TLC. The porch and decks were full of cobwebs and other debris which I had to sweep off. We had to abandon the screened-in porch during the rain because the roof/ceiling was leaking. The ivy and other ground cover in the back yard and near the fire pit really needs to be cleared out. The ivy was growing over one of the chairs at the fire pit and there was possibly some poison oak among the plants. Even with the concerns about the outdoor spaces, I give this home high marks. We really enjoyed our time there!

It is an older home, but very comfortable, with a bedroom and bath on each of three different levels. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, backing up to the park/marina at Oak Hollow Lake, with some views of the lake. The home is well furnished with anything you might need. It is within a 5-10 minute drive to a number of restaurants, and has quick access to the interstate. The owner was very communicative. For any golfers out there, Oak Hollow Golf Course is literally around the corner. It is a municipally owned Pete Dye design that winds along the lake. The design is great and conditions were perfect. Best of all, the greens fees are unbelievably low, especially for a great course like this. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall it was perfect for what we needed. We travel a lot for our girls soccer and have found this is the best way to house our group. We had a very large party and it accommodated us well. The house is very well stocked and really didn't need to buy a lot of the extras to make our stay comfortable like we usually have to do. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. I would like to put out there that the dryer is probably on its way out, took two cycles to dry (not a major inconvenience) and the downstairs could have been a little cleaner, I just don't think the downstairs had been used much. But the main living areas and bedrooms were very clean.

The house is very well stocked and really didn't need to buy a lot of the extras to make our stay comfortable like we usually have to do. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. The house was beautiful on the lake. The owner of the house was very accommodating for letting us check in early so we could get to the track meet on time. If we are in Greensboro again, we are definitely going to stay there.

I would like to put out there that the dryer is probably on its way out, took two cycles to dry (not a major inconvenience) and the downstairs could have been a little cleaner, I just don't think the downstairs had been used much. But the main living areas and bedrooms were very clean.
Overall it was perfect for what we needed. We travel a lot for our girls soccer and have found this is the best way to house our group. We had a very large party and it accommodated us well. The house is very well stocked and really didn't need to buy a lot of the extras to make our stay comfortable like we usually have to do. The host was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. There were 10 of us retired ladies who gathered to have fun and relax together. The house was perfect. The setting was beautiful. It was the best equipped house we have stayed at and this was our 11th getaway together. The owner, Steve, was very accommodating with several of my requests and when we needed his help with the thermostat, he responded immediately. I highly recommend this house and owner to anyone. He even supplied shampoo, cream rinse, and lotion in big bottles.

We came to Greensboro for a company convention and was pleased with this accommodations. Kitchen was so well stocked and appreciate the little things as every drawer and cabinet was labeled. Beautiful home near lake!

I travelled to High Point for a long weekend golf trip with a couple of friends. This home was perfect for our purposes. It is an older home, but very comfortable, with a bedroom and bath on each of three different levels. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, backing up to the park/marina at Oak Hollow Lake, with some views of the lake. The home is well furnished with anything you might need. It is within a 5-10 minute drive to a number of restaurants, and has quick access to the interstate. The owner was very communicative. For any golfers out there, Oak Hollow Golf Course is literally around the corner. It is a municipally owned Pete Dye design that winds along the lake. The design is great and conditions were perfect. Best of all, the greens fees are unbelievably low, especially for a great course like this. I would definitely stay here again.

We were able to bring 2 extended families together for Thanksgiving togetherness in this Fabulous Home! Great spaces to keep everyone entertained while having plenty of seating in the open, spacious kitchen/dining/living area. Kitchen was Well Stocked with all we needed to store, cook, serve a huge meal. Owner is receptive to answering questions and even ordered a turkey roasting pan to be sure we were set! There is so much do do with the sitting in the back yard with fire pit, to visiting the public playground with the kids that is visible from the house. The lake views were awesome and we hope to return in warmer weather to use the park more!

We chose this house as a halfway meeting place for 4 generations of family to get together for a long weekend. The house was great and fit our needs. The inside of the house was clean and well supplied. We used the downstairs (basement) area as a little separate space for the family with small children; between the pull-out couch, the bed and the cot, there was adequate room for the young family to sleep and have some privacy. On the main floor, the open floor plan made it possible for all of us to be together in the communal space. In addition, the proximity to the playground and the lake were perfect. Although we used the screened porch, the decks and the front porch, the outdoor spaces could definitely use some TLC. The porch and decks were full of cobwebs and other debris which I had to sweep off. We had to abandon the screened-in porch during the rain because the roof/ceiling was leaking. The ivy and other ground cover in the back yard and near the fire pit really needs to be cleared out. The ivy was growing over one of the chairs at the fire pit and there was possibly some poison oak among the plants. Even with the concerns about the outdoor spaces, I give this home high marks. We really enjoyed our time there!
