This home looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, unique, and fun. Unfortunately, several issues made our stay much less enjoyable than expected.The biggest surprise was the upstairs flooring. There is a noticeable slope that causes you to drift toward one side of the room while walking. This was not disclosed before booking. The only mention was a note inside the house. Whether it bothers someone or not, guests should know about unusual structural features before renting, especially when traveling with family.The second issue was the neighbor next door. We are respectful guests who clean up after ourselves and leave places in excellent condition. Despite that, we constantly felt watched. On three separate occasions, the neighbor made it obvious he was monitoring us. Instead of feeling relaxed on vacation, we felt uncomfortable and creeped out. Don’t go barefoot or your feet will be blackThe checkout requirements were also frustrating. There was a long list of tasks, yet some amenities were not functioning properly. The dishwasher did not work correctly, finding the bedding basket was not straightforward, and despite being a beach property, guests could not use the dryer and were told not to use the washer. We were then told we could not hang towels outside to dry due to local ordinances.The house is beautiful, but between the undisclosed floor slope, the neighbor's constant oversight, and the impractical restrictions, our family left feeling more stressed than relaxed.

Sorry to say it was a terrible choice Everything was dirty and old and dilapidated There was mold in several places; hall bath, living room and king bathThe floors are so slanted and uneven it was off putting to walk The porch balcony was so filthy- chairs grimey and floor and railing had lots of dirt and spider webs - didn’t look like anyone had ever cleaned there Pillows on sofa and chairs old and dirtyHonestly there wasn’t anything niceIt was so bad all 4 of us decided to find different accommodations

Excellent location for Groomsmen to stay for a community building wedding! The host was very quick to respond to any questions before and over the weekend Clear check in and out instructions Great space and firepit nice touch for evening fun Great fully fenced yard we were able to bring the Bride and Groom dog

Perfect for our group of ladies! Love the location!

Property was a safe place for pets. Enjoyed the back yard.
