Like the title says, the house was clean and seems to have been built very recently. The kitchen and baths were stocked with all the soap, towels, pots and pans, coffee maker with filters, etc, etc. Walked to restaurants for dinner. Used the garage for our rental car. Easy drive to Boulder and Golden CO.

The property was very clean, with easy check in, and parking access. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was well stocked for all your needs.Plenty of towels, and cleaning supplies. The area is just perfect for exploring to all areas. Great beer garden that was in walking distance, and close to olde town. I would recommend this for your next stay in Arvada!

We had a fantastic stay at this property, the location was very clean and well stocked with essential items. Our only issue was with connecting to the wifi but this was a minor glitch for us. We would definitely stay here again.

With a late cancellation for another property, we needed a place for us and two young adult children to attend CU Boulder graduation. Although a 30-40 minute driver to Boulder, it was a comfortable space to base ourselves. We enjoyed an afternoon in Golden, we met out with our son in Denver and of course, a lot of time in Boulder. The house is excellently equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed at this townhome for a little more than a week in April 2025. Great location within walking distance of Olde Towne Arvada and easy access to Denver. Very spacious and clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Strong WiFi which was great for both of us working remotely. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

Was a good property for four adults on a Denver area golf trip. Would not be a property for people wanting a yard or outside sitting area, or for people who struggle with stairs. This was a great townhome with garage with everything nearby. It was wedding week and provided us with access to all our last minute needs and close to family events. Our only complaint is the lower level bed as configured is not sleep-able for an adult. Generally referred to as the prison bed. The mattress was taken off the metal futon and laid on the floor to make it tolerable. If you want to count this bedroom and bed as sleeping for two you need to replace it with a proper mattress. Thankfully, my nephew only needed it for two nights. Otherwise we had a GREAT stay and all our requests were promptly attended to.

The location is perfect for walking to Old Town Arvada to shop, eat and just have a fun time! A short walk to Snooze or Starbucks for breakfast was great. The townhome is really nice…the kitchen is big and so is the living room and primary bedroom

We had a great time in Arvada! We were in town for the Boulder half marathon. The location was perfect! This place was clean and we loved the decorations. The communication was prompt with rental manager. We will definitely look them up when we come back to Colorado!

The property was very clean, with easy check in, and parking access. The amenities were great, and the kitchen was well stocked for all your needs.Plenty of towels, and cleaning supplies. The area is just perfect for exploring to all areas. Great beer garden that was in walking distance, and close to olde town. I would recommend this for your next stay in Arvada!

My wife and I stayed at this townhome for a little more than a week in April 2025. Great location within walking distance of Olde Towne Arvada and easy access to Denver. Very spacious and clean, with fully equipped kitchen. Strong WiFi which was great for both of us working remotely. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home.

Very clean and modern condo. Convenient access to I-70. Several restaurants nearby. Two car attached garage made access easy. Never used the front door. Was a good property for four adults on a Denver area golf trip. Would not be a property for people wanting a yard or outside sitting area, or for people who struggle with stairs. Condo has three levels. The photos of the property accurately show the interior. Overall, very pleased with our week there.

Very nice condo. Good location. Appreciated that there was Kleenex in each bathroom and bar soap, not just liquid soap. However, this is no place for older adults. We are all in our 70s and 80s and had I realized that there was a long flight of stairs to get up to tge Kitchen/great room and another 18 steps to get up to the bedrooms and NO bathroom on the kitchen/greatroom level, I would never have rented it. One couple stayed in the tiny bedroom on the garage level because the man needs both knees replaced and surgery is scheduled for 3 weeks from now for the 1st one. We were all in town for a family gathering. Anyway, this is a place for young people under 60.

Three story town home in a very quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible off the freeway, short drive to a Costco and other stores. 10min walk to Olde Town Arvada and the RTD Light Rail stop. We were able to go downtown Denver quickly and easily off the Light Rail, coming home at night was a nice and safe walk. My family and I loved the home, we had a great time in Arvada and the surrounding areas!
