The property was very nice, and the indoor pool was great, and the basement game room was ideal for the grandkids as well as their parents.The surrounding area also provided many things to do. bowling, skiing. polar plunge. and places to dine.

We had a long weekend with 24 family and friends and the house was great! Plenty of room and activities for everyone - lounging in the hot tub, playing in the pool, hanging out in the kitchen/family room, talking out on the multiple decks - and plenty of competitions down in the basement with the ping pong/pool table! Followed up with some walks up to the deck for sunset overlooking Lake Michigan. The stair chair was very helpful for some people in our party and Tara was a great communicator - ensuring all of our needs were met. Thank you for a wonderful weekend to remember. :-)

We had a wonderful experience at this house. The space and amenities were great for our group of 15 with ages 3 to 80. The pool was well used, as was the game room. The beach was a 2 min walk and we had the food fortune of having a year where the beach is spacious and a week where the water was warm and calm. Tara was a friendly and communicative host and very supportive of our questions and needs. Highly recommend!

This property exceeded expectations. We had 4 families that shared this home over NYE weekend. The house was perfect and fit all of us with ease. The common areas allowed for our large group to hangout. Our kids enjoyed the board games, ping pong and pool in the basement and swimming in the comfortable temperature pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and evenings by the downstairs bar playing ‘the ring game.’ If you are looking for a large home to accommodate multiple families, this is the place. In addition, Tara was easily reached for questions and they left the sweetest welcome basket that included snacks, wine and a family picture frame. We are so glad that we chose this home!

Our family of 18, consisting of three generations, ages 5 to 70, stayed at this beautiful house for a long weekend. The house was amazing - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, activities and games for all of us. We practically spent every waking hour in the pool - and hot tub. We had a blast! We cooked and ate every meal in the gorgeous kitchen. It had more than enough supplies - plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, cooking ware, blender, toaster, coffee machine, and more. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were cozy and warm. Lots of beach towels. We went through them daily with our large family, so we also put the washer and dryer to good use. The lookout over the beach was breathtaking and we went for daily walks along the beach. It was something we all looked forward to. Tara, the property owner, was quick to reply to my questions, and I know all of us were surprised with how much care and thoughtfulness went in to the baskets of goods and goodies that were left for us. It was a nice touch that made us feel very welcomed. We also were impressed with Eric, one of the property maintenance staff, who arrived quickly to service the pool. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We had a wonderful stay - created more precious memories - and hope to be back again.

This house did not disappoint! Don’t think twice about staying here. Definitely a 5 star place. Brian and Tara went above what I have ever seen from any owner of a rental. The place was super clean and the decor of the house made it feel like home. There was plenty of room for everyone to space out which made it nice. The pool was great with keeping the kids occupied and when they weren’t in there they were down in the basement enjoying the fun down there. Tara was very quick to respond to any questions we had which was very helpful. Already planning our next stay here!!

Our family of 11 adults and 6 children had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was very clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked! The heated pool was so nice and we all ages enjoyed swimming in it! We are already talking about our next trip here!

Our stay in this beautiful home by the lake was wonderful. We had 17 family members and there was plenty of room for us all. The kids LOVED the game area downstairs and indoor pool, hot tub and tv. They could have stayed inside the house all week and been happy. The kitchen/living area had room for us all to enjoy being together. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The owners had great communication. I can’t say enough about how lovely this home is. We were all sad to leave and hope to come back again.

My friends and I stayed at this house for a golf trip we took in May 2024. Made use of the tons of space, the pool, and the rec area when we weren't out on the course! Highly recommend this place to stay for groups of all sizes. Something for everyone to do if you aren't out and about. Bryan and Tara are fantastic hosts, and were so communicative throughout the check-in/check-out process. I will absolutely be staying at one of their properties again when I am on the west side of the state. Only ding is for an ant problem there seemed to be in the kitchen when we got there, but the rest of the house was immaculate.

The house was very clean, very accessible, the owners kept in contact and answered all our questions and sent someone to fix the lift for me. Doing stairs is too much for me. The pool chlorine was too high and we had several with chlorine burns but they said they would check into it. I trust they will.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’m not sure what more we could have asked for out of our winter getaway. Cozy, very well maintained home. Extremely welcoming hosts and excellent communication. The pool was clean and our kids had a blast on the slide. Everything we needed to cook family meals was there for us. The basement was full of games and entertainment. Beds were comfy, towels were plentiful, and the welcome basket was such a kind, unexpected treat. Highly recommended vacation home!!! Would stay again without hesitation.

This was our second time staying at one of this owner’s properties, and it did not disappoint! Our group of 20 people had the most amazing weekend and the house was very clean, comfortable with a ton of space and beds for everyone! Tara is very responsive and checked in during our stay, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and will plan to stay here again!

This is a fantastic house. Multigenerational reunion was held here and everyone enjoyed. Beach was a 45 second walk out the door; not huge sand area right by house but enough for kids; miles to walk and enjoy. Indoor pool was great for cooler days. Very well equipped kitchen, nice bedding, board games etc. no complaints!

Gathered family to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Had a fantastic long weekend. Great home and so much fun with the pool and hot tub (and more!). The beach and Lake Michigan are a very short walk away and were great to see. Beautiful sunset! Great area with many things to see and do. Definitely recommend!

With 3 generations, this was a great location for a long weekend winter break. Many happy hours were spent in the pool and hot tub and multiple cooks could work together easily in the well-equipped kitchen. When little things arose, Tara quickly and happily responded to questions. The only downside was that it was too cold/windy to spend much time at the beautiful Lake Michigan overlook. But our granddaughter was able to get her coveted sunset picture, so it all worked out.
With 3 generations, this was a great location for a long weekend winter break. Many happy hours were spent in the pool and hot tub and multiple cooks could work together easily in the well-equipped kitchen. When little things arose, Tara quickly and happily responded to questions. The only downside was that it was too cold/windy to spend much time at the beautiful Lake Michigan overlook. But our granddaughter was able to get her coveted sunset picture, so it all worked out.

We had a long weekend with 24 family and friends and the house was great! Plenty of room and activities for everyone - lounging in the hot tub, playing in the pool, hanging out in the kitchen/family room, talking out on the multiple decks - and plenty of competitions down in the basement with the ping pong/pool table! Followed up with some walks up to the deck for sunset overlooking Lake Michigan. The stair chair was very helpful for some people in our party and Tara was a great communicator - ensuring all of our needs were met. Thank you for a wonderful weekend to remember. :-)

AMAZING STAY!! I don’t know where to begin other than to say we had the best weekend at this property. The host was responsive, helpful and so nice. She sent a text as we were on our way that the spa had a broken part, but that they already had someone on their way to fix it! Within an hour of our arrival the hot tub was fixed and ready to go! The house & pool area were clean, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. The house was stocked with quite literally everything you would need for your stay! 10/10 would recommend and we are already want to book another stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this house. The space and amenities were great for our group of 15 with ages 3 to 80. The pool was well used, as was the game room. The beach was a 2 min walk and we had the food fortune of having a year where the beach is spacious and a week where the water was warm and calm. Tara was a friendly and communicative host and very supportive of our questions and needs. Highly recommend!

Our group had such a great stay at this house. The pool was great for the kids extra bonus there was a slide and diving board! The house had EVERYTHING you could need! Host, Tara was quick to respond with any questions we had! Location was great, easy to get to and 6 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants which was a huge plus! We hope to stay here again!

My friends and I stayed at this house for a golf trip we took in May 2024. Made use of the tons of space, the pool, and the rec area when we weren't out on the course! Highly recommend this place to stay for groups of all sizes. Something for everyone to do if you aren't out and about. Bryan and Tara are fantastic hosts, and were so communicative throughout the check-in/check-out process. I will absolutely be staying at one of their properties again when I am on the west side of the state. Only ding is for an ant problem there seemed to be in the kitchen when we got there, but the rest of the house was immaculate.

With 3 generations, this was a great location for a long weekend winter break. Many happy hours were spent in the pool and hot tub and multiple cooks could work together easily in the well-equipped kitchen. When little things arose, Tara quickly and happily responded to questions. The only downside was that it was too cold/windy to spend much time at the beautiful Lake Michigan overlook. But our granddaughter was able to get her coveted sunset picture, so it all worked out.

Our family of 18, consisting of three generations, ages 5 to 70, stayed at this beautiful house for a long weekend. The house was amazing - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, activities and games for all of us. We practically spent every waking hour in the pool - and hot tub. We had a blast! We cooked and ate every meal in the gorgeous kitchen. It had more than enough supplies - plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, cooking ware, blender, toaster, coffee machine, and more. The beds were comfortable and the blankets were cozy and warm. Lots of beach towels. We went through them daily with our large family, so we also put the washer and dryer to good use. The lookout over the beach was breathtaking and we went for daily walks along the beach. It was something we all looked forward to. Tara, the property owner, was quick to reply to my questions, and I know all of us were surprised with how much care and thoughtfulness went in to the baskets of goods and goodies that were left for us. It was a nice touch that made us feel very welcomed. We also were impressed with Eric, one of the property maintenance staff, who arrived quickly to service the pool. He was knowledgeable and helpful. We had a wonderful stay - created more precious memories - and hope to be back again.

The property was very nice, and the indoor pool was great, and the basement game room was ideal for the grandkids as well as their parents.The surrounding area also provided many things to do. bowling, skiing. polar plunge. and places to dine.

This is a fantastic house. Multigenerational reunion was held here and everyone enjoyed. Beach was a 45 second walk out the door; not huge sand area right by house but enough for kids; miles to walk and enjoy. Indoor pool was great for cooler days. Very well equipped kitchen, nice bedding, board games etc. no complaints!

Gathered family to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. Had a fantastic long weekend. Great home and so much fun with the pool and hot tub (and more!). The beach and Lake Michigan are a very short walk away and were great to see. Beautiful sunset! Great area with many things to see and do. Definitely recommend!

This is a great place to stay. We celebrated our 50th anniversary with entire family. Even though weather was too cool for beach, everyone had a great time swimming, using the hot tub and playing games. After children were in bed, the adults enjoyed time outside around electronic fire pit. My only negative thought is that if you have any type of immobility issue, you won’t be going down the 83 steps to the beach.

This place was great for our four children and seven grandchildren to get together. The house was clean and well stocked and has lots of nice amenities. The pool and hot tub were a hit for the grandkids. Access to Lake Michigan was a bit disappointing as the erosion provided a difficult access point and little beach. But there are several very nice beaches close by. The support and interaction with the host could not have been better. Everyone had a great time.

The house was beautiful and we especially appreciated the decorations for Christmas! The kitchen is well stocked-much better than other places we have stayed. The owner was very quick to respond! The pool kept the kids busy on a very cold weekend!

Our family of 11 adults and 6 children had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was very clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked! The heated pool was so nice and we all ages enjoyed swimming in it! We are already talking about our next trip here!

Our stay in this beautiful home by the lake was wonderful. We had 17 family members and there was plenty of room for us all. The kids LOVED the game area downstairs and indoor pool, hot tub and tv. They could have stayed inside the house all week and been happy. The kitchen/living area had room for us all to enjoy being together. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The owners had great communication. I can’t say enough about how lovely this home is. We were all sad to leave and hope to come back again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’m not sure what more we could have asked for out of our winter getaway. Cozy, very well maintained home. Extremely welcoming hosts and excellent communication. The pool was clean and our kids had a blast on the slide. Everything we needed to cook family meals was there for us. The basement was full of games and entertainment. Beds were comfy, towels were plentiful, and the welcome basket was such a kind, unexpected treat. Highly recommended vacation home!!! Would stay again without hesitation.

“10” in all categories. Three generations, 4 families-ages 1-79, total happiness by all for 7 days. Beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, well stocked with the basics- paper products, plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans of all sizes, plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware, every amenity imaginable -ie- 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 toasters, blender, food processor, baking sheets, spices, (even baking powder!), a foldable poker table (we placed it on the rec room table), 2 cases of poker chips, almost every board game one can think of. The layout of the house is very well thought out. The fantastic pool can be seen from the kitchen, sitting room, hot tub, and the wrap-around deck - so no matter where the adults were, the kids could see that they were being seen at all times. The hot tub location just a bit away from pool has a big screen TV- much used by kids and adults alike. I lost track of how many TVs. The convenience of bathrooms-in the pool area, complete with a shower, on the main level, in the lower level near 2 bedrooms and the recreation area, 3 on the top/bedroom level. Did I mention super comfortable beds, great internet access, and almost immediate response -when a bathroom door got closed when it was locked! A “cotter key” is in the tool box in the laundry room! A magnificent home located on Lake MichiganWith a private beach on the lake while still having an indoor pool A very quiet secluded area yet only minutes to shopping, Golf and major highways The home was meticulously clean and fully stocked with towels, games for all ages and ample spaces both inside and outWe had a large family of three generations staying for the week and yet we never felt cramped for space or wanting for dinner ware, coffee makers or cups or things to do or expoMany great days at the lake for all and finished off each evening with fantastic sunsets

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What a great family weekend! The house was perfect. We had 19 people and the accommodations was more than we could ask for. From the Welcome Basket when we arrived to the indoor pool and game room! The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of beach towels in the pool area. The game room was fun for the kids to hang out. We enjoyed the deer in the morning walking by to the look out over Lake Michigan. Highly recommend the beautiful home.

Tara and Bryan were amazing hosts! They had prompt communication and left a welcome basket filled with snacks, coloring books, hot cocoa and other goodies! Bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen were stocked. The house had all the amenities we could ask for with the awesome pool and spa, game room and several dinning/living spaces to enjoy time with friends! Highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!
