We came to Eureka Springs for our friends 30th birthday party to spend time together and ride side by sides at a nearby park. The large parking lot allowed us to fit three trucks w/ trailers, as well as two additional vehicles. Our hosts were amazing, responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend. The house was built in the very early 1900's so it's very unique.
We came to Eureka Springs for our friends 30th birthday party to spend time together and ride side by sides at a nearby park. The front porch and the back area with the fire pit gave us such enjoyment that I will give this a 5 star review. The location is very fun and we had enough beds to sleep 11 of us.

We had a really good weekend at this house. One of our favorite things to do is hang out in the great outdoors, and this house has plenty of outdoor spaces. We people-watched from the roomy front porch and second-floor balcony. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back deck. And in the back yard, there's a fireplace with chairs around it. We also appreciated the generous amount of parking at the back of the house. The beds were comfortable, and we loved having 5 bedrooms! The living room was large with very comfy furniture. The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

Our group of ten had an amazing time! There was plenty of room for all of us. Walking to downtown was easy and we had some lovely walks around the neighborhood. Parking was perfect and more than plenty. We had so much fun and we hope to come back!

We had a group of friends that came to Eureka Springs for the weekend to go to a concert. Once we checked in, we didn’t get back in our cars til we left. You can walk to everything! Had a great dinner (Ermelios) and a great breakfast (Harold’s), within 2 or 3 blocks. The beds were comfy,the kitchen perfect (we made breakfast one morning). The pots and pans in the house were nicer than what I have at home! And we enjoyed the comfy chairs and all the games that were there! The owners checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and even supplied us with balsamic vinegar one night when we wanted to whip up a salad with some leftovers we had! Really nice people. The porches were fantastic. We weren’t there long enough to use the fire pit outside but we will next time! There is great “off street” parking behind the house. We will definitely book it again for a group!

Hilly walk to downtown Eureka Springs, but a very easy walk to the Crescent Hotel which is great if you're attending a wedding there. Owners live next door and were very friendly and accommodating. Five ladies, all over 60, celebrating a birthday. This house is close to two excellent restaurants (walking distance); Harold’s and Emilio’s. Front porch is awesome! A short walk to downtown but know the way back is uphill! Lots of amenities, which we appreciated. Thank you!!

We had a GREAT STAY! Location is close to everything! Thanks so much! Enjoyed Eureka Springs for 4 days! Loved the dog park that was close by! The steak at Grotto's was delicious! Five ladies, all over 60, celebrating a birthday. This house is close to two excellent restaurants (walking distance); Harold’s and Emilio’s. Front porch is awesome! A short walk to downtown but know the way back is uphill! Lots of amenities, which we appreciated. Thank you!!

Host was great! Parking and the location were really nice! So many beautiful plants and flowers! Lots of outdoor seating. Kitchen is small but dining room was perfect. We grilled out some. Our family of 8 adults had a great weekend!

This house is exactly as described. The living room and dining room with a large table was perfect for our family gatherings. Plenty of parking on the premises. Although we have been to Eureka Springs many times since our family lives there, Ruth and Dave are perfect hosts and can point you in the right direction for any kind of happenings in Eureka Springs…….rain or shine!Make sure you visit Sparky’s for a great lunch (I recommend the brat with sauerkraut) or a fabulous dinner!
