Sheets, floors, and TOILETS were very dirty in our freshly assigned rooms. Really gave me and my family (5 rooms reserved total) the ick. Even their lobby bathroom was a disgusting mess throughout the entire days. Cleanliness is certainly not a focus. I didn't eat their complimentary food because if they don't prioritize a clean space, I cannot trust their food preparation.

My family booked a total of 5 rooms here and all were lacking in cleanliness. Upon entering our rooms for the first time the toilets were DIRTY, the sheets full of hair, and the floors with lots of gunk. I really do not think these things were cleaned. All of our 5 rooms and 11 guests were disappointed and grossed out.

The vibe and decor was just captivating. The staff were super friendly. The only knock I have is some signs of mold in the shower and the shower door did not close completely. The room was sparse but comfortable and had everything I needed. Note: No A/C but it does have a fan which was fine. I would leave a window open during the day for ventilation. The included breakfast was great.

The rooms were dirty, sheets stained (excuses given that the stains did not come off). The floors were lifting up. The safe did not work. No ventilation in the rooms...smelled muggy. Towels felt old and dirty. They also wanted to charge extra for a second key. Would not stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasant time. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. In the morning we would walk 5 minutes to the bakery and get fresh bread and coffee. Around the corner is the metro station which made getting around very easy. My only issues with the hotel are the following: First, the bathroom door which is glass doesn't provide much privacy. Second, even though the aesthetic of the room was nice the floor had vinyl tile which was kind of peeling and the walls had a bit of saltpeter. But since it is an old building you can't really complain. Overall, beautiful hotel, great location, awesome staff. Will return

Great location and very close to the angel of independence. Also very close to the different parks. A minus is that the rooms are not insulated and we could hear everything from the other rooms and the lobby. Another thing is that the only window in the room is the door (full glass door) so you can either choose between having no daylight, or having full insight into the room. Additionally the breakfast consisted of only four different dishes which was fine since we were only staying three nights, but might get a bit repetitive if staying longer than that.

Very beautiful and local. Everything is at a walking distance. There is no parking available from what I am aware of. The price was reasonable for the amenities that it includes. The rooms have no AC only a fan and a openable window. It is normal since there is great climate in Mexico City (depending on the month of your stay). Other than that, it is very clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was good. Montserrat was our go to person. She is very nice and friendly. Thank you Hotel MX Condesa for a great stay!

It is a good value for the price. Location is good with a lot of restaurants in walkable distance. The rooms are too small ans lacking basic ammenities like a desk. The rooms are also very noisy most of the day.

Väldigt dåligt skick på rummet: man hörde allt från toaletten in till rummet. Jättehård säng med kuddar som var plastiga. Man hörde allt från gatan och det var väldigt mycket ljud hela nätterna (trots att vi hade öronproppar och tog sömntabletter)

Front desk receptionist staff was not friendly. Not welcoming act as if we were bothering with questions. Other staff were nice. Unfortunately the room is very small not for 3 adults. Do not book if you want some sort of privacy as bathroom is right in front of the beds. You can hear and smell everything. Room was hot and muggy no air conditioning. The ceiling fan did help but not very much. Just a room to sleep in.

La propiedad es buena en términos generales , dormir y salir . El personal es el que en todos los lugares hace la diferencia , desgraciadamente aquí para mal. Fui a CDMX por un evento de negocios que era a las 2pm del día que llegué . Viaje desde las 6am y entiendo las políticas de entrega de habitación a las 3pm pero no había cabida para excepciones al parecer . Tenía que bañarme y cambiarme y el recepciónista (Víctor) seguía firme con su política . Llegué 11am, fui a las 12 nada , 12;45 nada y yo creo que de tanto insistir me la dieron a la 1:30. No sin antes restregarme en la cara que era solo por esta vez . Corrí para llegar a mi evento tarde. Un chico llamado Azael que se siente el dueño del hotel me mandó categóricamente al pepino cuando pregunté si ya estaba lista y me mandó a recepción. Traía buena espectativa de su marca , primera vez que me quedó pero visité su sitio para ver en otras ciudades pero Solo por este detalle lo pensaría dos veces en quedarme .

The hotel is cute, good location. The shower located by the main room door I didn’t like it. The room was very small so if someone is planning on spending time at the room it isnt the best for that then. The staff were really nice, provided a good service.

Pésimo servicio y atención. El personal del hotel no sabe gestionar las habitaciones. Llegué para mi check-in y me dijeron que mi habitación había sido entregada a otro huésped, entonces me dieron una habitación diferente; al otro día, me ofrecieron la habitación "más grande" como compensación por su error, pero al otro día, me pidieron desalojar el cuarto porque esto era una cortesía de una noche únicamente. En esta habitación de lujo no había papel, se fue el agua del baño. Ya para el tercer cambio de habitación, me dijeron que ese cuarto era para otro huésped. Si pueden, huyan de este lugar, aparte que no hay suficiente ventilación, hay mucho ruido y el costo del hospedaje no vale la pena.

Llegamos desde la 1, y fue entendible que no nos dieran las habitaciones hasta las 3pm que era la hora del check in. Pero cuando regresamos resultó que aún no estaban listas y al final ellas recibimos hasta las 5pm lo cual alteró nuestro itinerario. Cuando por fin recibimos la habitación, el baño no servía por lo que tuvimos que pedirle a alguien que viniera a arreglarlo.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, justo en la Colonia Roma y a unos pasos de la Condesa, lo que lo hace ideal para explorar la zona caminando, ya que muchas amenidades están muy cerca. Las habitaciones son modernas, sencillas y funcionales. Cuentan con televisión por cable, lo cual es un buen plus. El desayuno es adecuado para comenzar bien el día. El personal es joven y amable, aunque algunos podrían estar un poco más atentos en lugar de estar tan pendientes del celular. En general, nuestra estancia fue buena. Sin embargo, una recomendación importante: si el hotel está en proceso de remodelación o hay trabajos de mantenimiento, lo ideal sería comenzar después de las 10:00 a.m. (¡es un hotel, la gente viene a descansar!). También sería justo avisar con anticipación al momento de reservar o ajustar la tarifa durante ese periodo. En nuestro caso, comenzaron a trabajar a las 8:00 a.m., lo cual afectó nuestro descanso.

Excelente opción en la zona de La Condesa, cerca de los mayores atractivos turísticos como la rontonda del ángel. Muchas restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia alrededor. Solo recordar que el hotel NO tiene aire acondicionado, el cual, no es fundamental pero si ese factor sería un determinante, tomarlo en cuenta.

We loved the property's style. The location very convenient. The staff friendly and helpful. The rooms need some renovation. Some of the furniture it's old and falling apart. The breakfast need a big improvement. Cold bread, no toaster. Juice it's watered down. Fruit old. Eggs dry and old. Beans served cold.
