Breakfast could have been more substantial and there was not much if nay natural light in our room sadly The welcome drink was lovely however and the location feels super safe and the property is lovely The beds are HUGE Would have been nice to have some assistance up the stairs with our luggage on arrival

Centrally located in beautiful Polanco, walking distance from many attractions, cafes, parcs. Staff was welcoming and kind, rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is in a beautifully restored ancient mansion, with terrace and as its name says is, an abundance of colourful orchids. Would definitely come back!

Nice historic building. Nice rooms. Staff indifferent. Breakfast was substandard. We preferred to go out for breakfast. Annoyed that they tried to add service charge for room and breakfast service givenprice of room. Iasked for removal as i tip directly so that the staff get the money.
