Roaches were everywhere and when i asked for refund so i could leave. They said that they use a license exterminater and its hard to keep with that. The elevator also smelled like puke. Never again will i stay here.

The staff was very nice! The only issue was the remodel happening on the 1st floor. We had to change rooms due to a few minor issues in the bathroom and the sight of 2 roaches. Our room key kept deactivating but the front desk kiosk is 24/7 so it was easy to replace. No roaches were in the brew room and everything was great.

Pictures of the hotel are very misleading. It’s in a more industrial/commercial area of Aurora. It was clean but seemed a little bit rundown. I felt like they put lipstick on a pig. Smelled like cigs in hallways.

The put me on the second floor last room at the end of hall. The elevator was not working the whole time of my stay. No one offered to help with the bags. I am 67 years old. Ugh

I was expecting a different type of hotel experience. The entrance to the hotel (not the main entrance) itself was dank. There was garbage by the door and it was not easily seen. I actually drove by it. The halls were cinder-block. The feel of the hotel was like an old, pay-by-the-hour motel. The room was remodeled, but it still reminded me of a jail cell. The only thing missing were bars on the window.

Upon arrival they had a remote check in, would be better with in person. There were no hair dryer, ironing board or iron in room. Walls in room were concrete and poorly painted. Kitchenette area in room was unfinished, no grout on tile floor, missing pieces of tile. There were pieces of pretzel crumbs in our bed when we arrived. Felt like either a college dorm room or large prison cell. They were still in process of renovating common area, and appear to be installing a lounge. No one gave us directions to the room or elevator. The elevator shook side to side and landed heavily making us think we were about to be stuck. We will not return there.

We had a pleasant stay. We booked for 8 days but we just stayed for 4 nights and we were out in the day so we forgot to take pictures. The hotel is clean and quiet, and our room was cozy and I love the big refrigerator and microwave. It is comfortable for a family of four. What we found amazing and remarkable was the efficient, friendly and dynamic virtual staff, Krystal, who assisted us in the whole check-in process. She was not only patient and kind, she also swift and generous. On site, there was Dave, who personally makes sure your stay is « perfect ». We will probably book here again when we visit North Aurora.

Absolutely filthy, my ceiling was leaking all night long. Crumbs in the bedding. Unwashed bathroom with bottle caps in the tub drain and either chocolate or blood on bathroom walls by light switch and soap dispenser. Towels worse condition than rags. In mopped floor. FILTHY hallways. Incredibly loud. Unsafe neighborhood and the parking lot and surrounding area of the property is LITTERED with garbage and disrepair. Absolutely disgusting

There was no house keeping on the weekends which is not good how do our rooms get cleaned there was three people on my room which was accounted for when making the online reservation and we did not have enough towel as or wash clothes so had to go by some after we were told that someone would bring us some and there was a roach crawling up the wall by the tv

We went there for a trip for my school and after checking in and getting to the room we no more than got in and thank goodness I had the top lock done because house keeping didn’t knock or anything they used their key and tried to come in and when I came to the door she asked if everything was good. At this time we just got in the room and the only thing we noticed was needing was toilet paper. When my husband took a shower there was a dried booger in between the shower curtains. Went to go to bed and there were big dog hairballs in the bed on the sheets. No coffee pot in the room.

I am traveling nurse and always have to move as my contract. This was one of my best stay so far. I was here for 4 months contract. Had great stay, Friendly staff, very secure hotel, will be definitely back. Will recommend this to all my fellow nurses who are looking for clean, reasonable prices, room comes with kitchen great homemade meals.

Though the staff was friendly, the room left a lot to be desired. The lighting was extremely poor. There were no hooks in the bathroom and very little counter space. The 2bath towels were very thin.

Hotel itself was good just in ab isolated area making it appear sketchy. The other residents were unsavory and I was asked multiple times by staff to leave a positive review ( I think because so many are negative), but it was fine for me being solo and an adult . Staff was great though

I had a good stay at this property. The only issue I had was I, on a couple of occasions, had to ask multiple days in a row to get housekeeping to come to my room (I was there for an extended stay and they were supposed to come once a week on request).

I stayed because it was cheap and I was only going to be there a night. The place is a bit out of the way and beat up. Very concerning. Not sure if I would stay here again. I needs cleaned up and updated.
