Don't be fooled by the good reviews like I was, they are all fake. This place is a total dump. I did some quick research and looks like the property was acquired in the spring of 2024. They dumped the bare minimum into opening the place. The front desk clerk has been replaced by a kiosk with a . You get one key card which does not have the room number on it. Forgot your room number and our out of luck. The elevator is broken, had to lug my heavy luggage up a flight of dirty stairs. The room was generally clean. The jetted tub had a standard bathroom sink faucet so the tub took over an hour to fill. The bed had only one night stand and plugs on only one side of the bed. Do yourself a favor and find any place but here to stay. Heck your do better if you sleep in your car in the parking lot. When we checked out there was a human by the front desk but he barely spoke any English. There is no breakfast like just about every other hotel provides. Worst hotel experience in the past 5 years and I have stayed in over 50 hotels in the past 5 years.

The check in was remote. Which means there is essentially no staff around. The only reason I didn't give the lowest rating was that there was one staff member at the desk later in the evening and he helped me change rooms. The main floor room had warped floors from water damage. The pluming pipes are all exposed There was a big pile of vomit outside my window. Because I booked with Hotels.com I was required to pay for an upgrade fee to get a room upstairs . (That is ridiculous!) The biggest concern is that there is no security at all in this hotel. Anyone can walk in at anytime time. There is absolutely nothing to stop them. Certainly the remote check in guy in Ohio won't be stopping an intruder. As a single person travelling alone, this was very upsetting. I didn't sleep. I won't be booking through Hotels.com again.

Pay the extra somewhere else. The rooms themselves werent horrible but were weird cuz they didnt have microwaves but it was the property itself that was gross. We pulled up and a person was peeing in the parking lot, there were black tarps taped up in the whole front right side of the hotel, it was very run down, alot of trash outside felt not very safe. Then when you go to check in you find a kiosk robot with a person talking to you via the computer to try to check you in. It took about 30 mins just to check in, only to finally find our room and our key card didnt work so i had to wait in line another hour to get a new card with the robot. If your broke and dont have the option for a better place.... id honestly choose my car for the night over it.

No person on duty to check in, just a robot with a screen customer service person. Room smelled like smoke, no comfortable furniture, no carpet, electrical outlets conduit ran along the walls. Felt very dirty and unsafe. Cancelled and got a refund, had to find another hotel late at night.

Recently renovated Hotel. Very Clean and Updated. With all brand New Rooms, Beds and Amenities. The Breakfast Area was still being finished. Almost done, so we received a Small Bag of Snacks and Free Coffee to make up for the Lack of Breakfast.

This must have been the dirtiest hotel I stayed in for years! Pubes in the shower, socks black after walking on the floor for literally a few minutes, sticky switches which haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long, switch for the extractor fan actually missing. In the morning I also noticed what seems like blood on the pillow, under the pillow case, so definitely not mine. Too grossed out to check what that stain actually is. So glad I didn’t notice it before I went to sleep, otherwise I think I’d have slept in the car! That’s just my room. In my in-laws room, in addition to the pubes in the bath, the shower head was not working and they had mouse trap in the room placed below a hole in the wall. Advertised with breakfast but none available - not that I would have had any in this place anyway for the fear of contracting something. If I could give 0, I would.

Floors were sticky, bed had springs poking while trying to sleep, no breakfast as advertised, shower had peeling paint on tub as well as being very slippery, and the tv kept losing signal and ended up having to use our own phones and computer to watch a movie as we were unable to keep a signal or internet connections. We got a room with a really noisy toilet. It would make really loud noises in the middle of the night. Sounded like people were doing construction next door. My sister also booked a room and all her towels and bed sheets were full of boogers. The floors behind the bed weren’t swept. They gave her a new room and the bathtub was leaking leaving water all over the bathroom. Hallways are disgusting and staff higiene was also bad. We let them know for check out and all they could do is offer one night off for next time. No thanks

It was terrible from the start when we didn’t get the rooms we booked. One of the rooms was practically bare, there was no vanity to put toiletries and the light socket was 5 feet away from the bed and there were no lamps on the night stand or any chairs to sit on. The other room had no lid on the toilet and no bars or hooks to hang towels, etc on. There were no tissues in either room and one had no coffee pot or hair dryer. There was also no place to put luggage. They were the worst hotel rooms that we have ever stayed in. We will never go back or recommend this hotel to anyone. It was absolutely terrible!!!!

Good: bed was comfortable, facilities were modern, the lights are high-efficiency the person on duty was very helpful generous with towels. the climate control worked well. Bad: - checking in was done by a remote person. It was slow and inconvenient. The connection dropped in the middle of checking in. We had to wait about ten minutes for it to come back up. - the door of the bathroom wouldn't close or latch. - the lights were partially automatically controlled. They kept turning off automatically while I was working on my computer. - the lights were high temperature and very harsh. having softer lighting would be good. - the bathtub was as slick as glass - a real fall threat. - dispensers of soap in the shower were mislabeled

Very secluded and safe area to park, yet close to the expressway and easy to get to. Check in was a little different as the front desk associate was remote and on a video machine. Nonetheless the whole process was pretty smooth. The room overall was pretty spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely worth the value. I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here previously and had no complaints/issues, but this time was not restful for my husband nor myself. There was no cleaning of our room per request to CSR on video screen on our second (back-to-back) reservations. After the 1st reservation my husband was advised to get his own towels (self-service) and that we couldn’t receive room service because we had to request upon check-in. We did ask for room service upon the 2nd reservation (3rd night stay) and never received it. The Main issues expoerienced: 1. No clean towels, we had to contact the front desk twice and the front desk had to deliver to them to our room, 2. No room service, or cleaning of our room for the entire stay, 3. We ran completely out of TP, but front desk staff delivered after 20 mins., 4. No sheets for 3rd night, front desk staff delivered and I had to make my own bed. 5. Was upgraded to a room that was on first floor which was a kitchenette with no eating utensils, or pots/pans and had to pay extra fir it. The room had numerous blemishes on the bathroom floor, etc. and the shower curtain bar was extremely rusted, 6. We were told that wet towels we have used were to be returned to the kaudryroom, for cleaning, by us. It really just felt like we were staying in a hostel. :-( Plus: 1. A free cold bottle of water upon the upgrade, 2. Offered a % off future stay which we declined because we don’t wish to come back, 3. Normally when you find hotels cheaper than others, there is always a issue. This time there wasn't any. From the point of contact, check in was quick and easy. I was also giving a free upgrade to a suite. My room was clean and even had a air purifier, which works perfect with my asthma. I can't wait to go back

When I checked in they said there would be an $800 ptr-authorization on my card. I thought that’s high but not unreasonable for a 7 night stay. However, when I checked out I was told there would be an $800 charge on my card which would be refunded in 3-5 business days “after they checked the room”. This is a wholly unacceptable practice, I won’t be back.

The check in situation was ridiculous, with a desk person present, but the check in itself having to be completed at a kiosk with a person in some remote location. The connection was terrible and the 'call' to check in took way longer than it needed to. I booked a room for 7 days, and as it turned out one more day was needed. The facility would not let me extend the stay for another day without another security deposit, credit charge and signature - by me, in person. That is simply irritating, especially since it entailed a 2 hour round trip.

The staff was phenomenal! Very kind and caring and tentative! They offer a virtual agent for check out if the present staff are busy helping other guests. The downside of our stay was the room. The desk chair we were provided was completely broken and unusable! The shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty.

Very secluded and safe area to park, yet close to the expressway and easy to get to. Check in was a little different as the front desk associate was remote and on a video machine. Nonetheless the whole process was pretty smooth. The room overall was pretty spacious, clean, and comfortable. Definitely worth the value. I would definitely stay there again.

This property for us was one of the cheaper options so I wasn’t expecting much. As for the hotel, It is very, very clean and the air conditioner worked awesome. The area is less than desired. There really isn’t much of a lobby. It appears to be a very old property But what I needed it for it was fine. Would I stay here again? I don’t know! The area was very shady.

The hotel was clean and has a great location. Just a couple odd things like no Kleenex and the hollow metal platform bed frame which was noisy when tossing and turning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. However we did not have any towels, wash cloths, or hand towels when we arrived. They were provided after we asked. The location for our event was great however we did feel a little uneasy about the people walking around outside and we did not like that the hotel log had some explicit comments on the log. It mentioned “drop off and sex”. Also, there was no fridge to keep drinks/food and no guide for the tv which was very limited. Since we had our child with us, I am giving this 3 stars. If we were by ourselves and in the same area, we would stay again just because of price, convenience, and the staff was great.

Excellent service and expedient check in/out process. Rooms were good, but the in-room appliance didn’t match (but that’s merely an aesthetic preference). I’ve stayed here twice and will continue to do so when I’m in town. Great access to getting on and off the tollway!

This must have been the dirtiest hotel I stayed in for years! Pubes in the shower, socks black after walking on the floor for literally a few minutes, sticky switches which haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long, switch for the extractor fan actually missing. In the morning I also noticed what seems like blood on the pillow, under the pillow case, so definitely not mine. Too grossed out to check what that stain actually is. So glad I didn’t notice it before I went to sleep, otherwise I think I’d have slept in the car! That’s just my room. In my in-laws room, in addition to the pubes in the bath, the shower head was not working and they had mouse trap in the room placed below a hole in the wall. Advertised with breakfast but none available - not that I would have had any in this place anyway for the fear of contracting something. If I could give 0, I would.

Floors were sticky, bed had springs poking while trying to sleep, no breakfast as advertised, shower had peeling paint on tub as well as being very slippery, and the tv kept losing signal and ended up having to use our own phones and computer to watch a movie as we were unable to keep a signal or internet connections. Staff were very nice though.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews like I was, they are all fake. This place is a total dump. I did some quick research and looks like the property was acquired in the spring of 2024. They dumped the bare minimum into opening the place. The front desk clerk has been replaced by a kiosk with a . You get one key card which does not have the room number on it. Forgot your room number and our out of luck. The elevator is broken, had to lug my heavy luggage up a flight of dirty stairs. The room was generally clean. The jetted tub had a standard bathroom sink faucet so the tub took over an hour to fill. The bed had only one night stand and plugs on only one side of the bed. Do yourself a favor and find any place but here to stay. Heck your do better if you sleep in your car in the parking lot. When we checked out there was a human by the front desk but he barely spoke any English. There is no breakfast like just about every other hotel provides. Worst hotel experience in the past 5 years and I have stayed in over 50 hotels in the past 5 years.

Property had just changed hands a few days after booking the hotel. Desk staff could not find the reservation and proof of payment (manager then found it). Expedia booking site indicated breakfast would be provided, which is one main reason for selecting the hotel. Lighting in rooms is ill-placed and sterilr - like a hospital OR. One bank of lights covered both beds. all lights had to be on or off.

Recently renovated Hotel. Very Clean and Updated. With all brand New Rooms, Beds and Amenities. The Breakfast Area was still being finished. Almost done, so we received a Small Bag of Snacks and Free Coffee to make up for the Lack of Breakfast.

The manager does not care about any body in this location. There's hardly any staff to help at the front desk. My son ended up slipping in the room and he gashed his eye open on the bottom of the bed on the bed frame and the manager is doing nothing to accommodate me for my son's injuries. I had to take him to the hospital to get three stitches because he injured himself in the hotel room and the manager didn't care at all. She actually told me to call my lawyer
