Very reasonable price! Just a couple blocks from the beach and there’s a swimming pool if you want to do an evening swim. A nice little balcony area to hang out. Would stay here again!

This was my second time there. The location is perfect, close to everything. Pool was great, and staff very friendly. Room is more Mexican charm style but yet comfortable and with a kitchenette. If you’re looking for fancy and modern then this might not be for you!

This place is super cute. It was gated and secure entry. We did not need much and the front office is only open during the day. Price is definitely worth it and all staff was friendly when we saw them. If you are not self sufficient and you like to always have someone available then this might not be you place, but for us it was perfect.

It was a good value and had everything we needed. Pretty quiet most of time and just 2 blocks from the beach with great restaurants nearby. The pool was nice. A hot tub would have been even better since there was no indoor tub. We enjoyed the full kitchen and not having to eat out at every meal.

1. Housekeeping didn’t show for 5 days until I begged them. 2. Showers are EXTREMELY small, they don’t get hot, and the shower heads are dirty. You can see the lime stone build up. 3. They don’t have breakfast. 4. They don’t have a front desk. 5. They don’t have vending machines. 6. THE AC BARELY WORKS. If it’s a hot week you are BURNED alive. 7. After 2-3 years all of these problems should’ve been fixed. This hotel does not care about customer service. 8. THE BIGGEST ANNOYANCE THIS TRIP BEGAN WHEN I CHECKED IN AND THEY CHARGED ME TWICE AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT. I HAD TO CONTACT MY BANK FOR THE REVERSALS. Please stay anywhere else in PV.

Vallarta Sun Suites has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I am ordering the same mattress and having it sent to my home in Texas. The staff is amazing and we loved being so close to the beach, pier, malecon and tile park. Best beds and location in PV. Highly recommend and will be back!

Mi estadia en general fue muy buena (personal muy amable, lugar limpio, accesible), sin embargo pongo 4 estrellas porque por la noche no hay ningun encargado del hotel, estando en la alberca me toco presenciar como pelearon 2 huespedes afuera de su habitación lo reporte por telefono a los encargados y nunca llego nadie, fue otro huesped el que tuvo que intervenir en la riña.

We had a gray time and everyone was very responsive to our needs. Very easy check in and check out process. Loved the patio and sitting there to enjoy all the people walking by. Great location. Only draw back was having to pay $200 pesos for early check in but that may have been my own fault for not notifying them.

Got there a little after 11:00Pm and there was no one there to let us in the main entrance. I waited a little over 30 min calling and leaving messages and no helped. Bottom line we had to go book another room at another hotel. Never got a call back or anyone caring that our checkin didn’t happen!!
