El hotel cuenta con dos elevadores pequeños y la recepción en un segundo nivel, a la que no se tiene acceso por escaleras, así que cuando hay más de 8 personas esperando subir a cuartos es un poco tardado o muy tardado en caso de grupos.

I liked the service people, the parking, and the free breakfast. The pool was cold, and since it wasn’t super warm out that was off-putting. The rooms were small, but nice. Though the housekeeping never changed my pillowcases or sheets the four nights I was there. They did make the bed and clean each day. There was no option to ask them not to clean, there were no washcloths provided. But the blackout curtains were powerful! Overall, I would book there again.

They had to change my room 3 times because the first one the bed was dirty and sheets not changed, the second there was public and beard hair all over the toilet and sink and floor, the third wasn’t clean but I didn’t have the energy to complain as it was midnight

Checkin was incredibly slow. They have one station with one person for a relatively large facility. This will be an ongoing problem. They also have some bizarre wiring between the room AC and motion detector which guarantees that you will always return to a hot room. It remains to be seen if the AC will work while we sleep. The staff is very attentive. They just dont have enough for checkin.

Paid for a room with 2 beds and when I got to check in the staff rudely told me that they only had a one bed room so a couple of my guests had to sleep on the floor because of this. Even though I showed the staff my reservation which clearly stated I reserved a room with two beds they told me that they didn’t have any more rooms with 2 beds so I was forced to take a one bed room

Me robaron una mochila con pertenencias personales en el interior. Reporte la pérdida el lunes 5 de febrero y es fecha que no se han comunicado para darme razón del robo. Me hospede 5 noches, y dos días encontré la puerta abierta a mi regreso, esto quiere decir que gran parte del día mi habitación estuvo abierta. Terrible!!! Recomiendo a quien decida hospedarse en este hotel (ONE Mazatlán), asegure sus pertenencias en maletas con candado, ya que en este hotel roban!!! Por nada recomiendo este lugar!!!

Me gustó mucho que estuviera en una plaza, hay muchos comercios, restaurantes y bares, el auto tiene vigilancias 24 hrs y cruzas la calle y esta el mar. Buena ubicación. Está cerca de un supermercado, y de la playa. Me encantó la habitación, las camas muy cómodas. Me gustó que hay café disponible a toda hora. Lo único que no me gustó mucho es en el desayuno, que al huevo le faltaba sal, y los frijoles estaban súper salados. Pero todo lo demás me gustó mucho.

For teenagers only interested in the beach (beach 11 minute walk). Free breakfast tasteless. Coffee VERY weak. Rooms too small. No place to put things. Lots of times room key didn’t work, had to go to third floor to reprogram.
