The condo had a good view, it has an 80s vibe with old small tvs, the hottub was insanely hot and not useable. Check in was available after 4 with a very eary check-out, for the price it was not a good value, cleaning fee is exesive based on length of stay.

We were disappointed by how "not kept up" it appeared...the tile at garage entry was shattered so no bare feet inside! Everything was quite worn down. The furniture was uncomfortable and the lack of good kitchen products to use was frustrating.... broken pans, melted utensils.

Pros Was warmly welcomed and checked in, even though we arrived an hour earlier than their official check-in time. We stayed in 7G. Room was very spacious, with large bedroom, comfortable king bed, big hot tub in the room, 1.5 baths. Large living room, large kitchen and dining area, decent-sized balcony with beautiful mountain view. It was very quiet and a relaxing stay. Cons Unit 7G is on the 3rd floor and since there are no elevators, we had to walk up and down the stairs, carrying heavy luggage. Since we're not used to the high elevation/thin air, both my wife and I were panting heavily each time at the top of the stairs, even though we're both very active individuals.

The kitchen rooms had the essentials, slow cooker, toaster, and dinnerware settings for 4 people. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, it wasn't great when dispensing the coffee. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable, bathroom and showers were fine. We saved money preparing our own meals most of the time there. Breckenridge is expensive to eat out all the time, so buying groceries was a necessity. We'd recommend this resort for sure.

I’ve been to Summit County 30yrs and counting and this place was by far the worst. From not fulfilling accommodation requests, to non-existent amenities (well only for certain individuals), to paper thin floors/walls/ceilings and hearing every footstep of those above you and every single conversation they had as well, to the lack of friendly faces, or even a warm body when checking in at 3:15PM in the afternoon. Sad to say that this was Breckenridge at its lowest, with no rest and relaxation, and is a place I will never return to, nor will I send a good word to family/friends. Be wise with your money and stay someplace else!

Beautiful place! This is our 2nd time staying at the resort. We stayed at the 3bedroom, 3 bath townhouse for our annual family ski trip. We love that it’s only 10 minutes into town with a pretty scenic drive. It’s dog friendly and affordable! The staff was professional and welcoming to us.

Beautiful place! This is our 2nd time staying at the resort. We stayed at the 3bedroom, 3 bath townhouse for our annual family ski trip. We love that it’s only 10 minutes into town with a pretty scenic drive. It’s dog friendly and affordable! The staff was professional and welcoming to us.
