Overall, I was pleased with the trip. Four nights were decent. Walls are a little thin, next-door child crying late night was a bit much. I get it's difficult with a baby that cries, but thin walls meant I lost sleep one night. Breakfast is coming back after Covid, but the Breakfast was very limited here, maybe 2 1/2 stars for food. Treadmills had issues, workout area needs attention and maintenance. Pool was closed so bummer. Bed and room were otherwise decent. Shower was great walk in. Staff was great and I liked the parking garage making me feel a bit safer overall.

This has honestly been one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The pool was closed, and breakfast was extremely disappointing. There was almost no food out both mornings —no forks one morning, no milk (only strawberry milk), no apple juice, no bacon, no chicken, and no waffle mix until I asked. Even then, the waffle maker timer didn’t work. The only items available were biscuits, eggs, and sausage I jave stayed at this brand hotel before and I know theh usually offer more like the bacon and chicken and chessy eggs omlets and croissants. top of that, this trip was for my 4-year-old son’s birthday. THATS why a big part of why we booked here was for the pool, but I was not told it was closed until I arrived. I feel like guests should be notified of things like that ahead of time so we can make other hotel arrangements if needed. I was told I could go to hotel next door and use the pool at that hotel, if that was case I would just book a room there. In my room, there was no shampoo or body wash, and I had to ask housekeeping who was luckyily in the hallways to bring me more. I also requested extra pillows and was told there weren’t any, but the staff member didn’t even check before saying that. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating and far below expectations

The hotel and our room was very clean. We aren't familiar with the area so it took us a minute to figure out the parking garage but that's no fault of the hotel. Check-in was very smooth. Breakfast on Saturday morning was great, lots of options and everything was stocked. Unfortunately on Sunday it was a different story, there weren't many options for food, there was only 1 stack of plates that kept running out so we had to wait to eat because there were no clean plates. There was very limited options, the silverware kept running out, and there were no napkins. I think they only had one person running the whole area and it was a busy morning, they really should have had more help. The pool is definitely smaller than the pictures make it look and the water was too cold for my kids to want to swim - and they usually aren't super sensitive about this. Every time we checked the pool area no one was using it, so I'm guessing we aren't the only ones that the water was a little on the chilly side. But overall, I would go back to the hotel. I understand businesses are struggling with finding help. The most important part of a hotel stay for me is a clean room and I definitely give it a 10 in that category. The location was perfect, 10 minutes or less from everything we came to do for the weekend (the zoo, Gene Leahy mall, Kiewit Luminarium, and mini golf at the Fat Putter).

Very nice gym the best fitness room i have been to at a hotel in a long time. Had dumbells, kettlebells, actual spin bike! Wonderful breakfast very nice variety. The front desk host Jeff was very nice please give him a bonus!

We stayed in a suite and we loved the room size. The beds were fairly comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was very nice with 4 people. However, the room was not maintained very well. The room light in the master did not work, the kitchen table had a large chip in the top laminate covering, and the TVs had few working channels. We had to log into our own streaming account to watch TV. For the price of staying in a hotel, you should have TV channel options already included. The breakfast was awful. Most places have eggs/omlets, pancakes/waffles, fruit, cereal options, yogurts, baked goods, ham, and sausage links daily. They did not offer most of these options. We were told there was ham offered but we never saw any and we were down there no later than 1 hour after the start time. There were no pancakes, sasauge links, or baked goods offered at all. The limited options were not refilled regularly or sometimes not refilled at all. The food that was supposed to be warm was always cold. Also online we were told the pool was available, however when we arrived we were told the pool was still closed. This should have been updated online so people could find another hotel with a functioning pool. We were charged for parking. This is ridiculous! A person pays a lot of money to stay in a hotel so the least they could do is let you park for free where you ALREADY PAID for a room. It is not a small parking fee either! Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at this location.

Good area close to the Blackstone district with plenty of dining options and cute cafés. Clean and modern rooms, simple yet tasty breakfast buffet and free coffee and tea 24/7. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Only downside: Parking is 15 USD per day, even for hotel guests though.

The bathroom floor was a bit grubby and the vanity cabinetry didn't seem like it had been cleaned or dusted well. The bathroom sink was a little leaky and the fridge never cooled down. The pool was closed for repair, which was a huge bummer! (One of the reason I booked this hotel.)the area its located seemed a bit questionable as far a saftey goes. The garage parking was nice, however again could be questionable for saftey reasons. There's no security access required to drive into or out of the garage. So that was a little concerning. The free breakfast was okay nothing super amazing. Over all it was okay. Not the best not the worse. I would probably choose a different hotel in the future. At least the staff was very nice!

Parking was a particularly frustrating matter. We were in an oversized vehicle so couldn\'t park in the hotel\'s secure garage. We were instructed to park across the street in a lot that stated \'no public parking,\' but were given reasonable assurance that it should be okay, because no one checks on that after 9:00. There also was an option to use a "Park Omaha" app, but the QR code didn\'t work on 2 different phones, and the app wasn\'t functional across 3 different devices. Hotel was lovely. One of the desk clerks was quite pleasant. I wouldn\'t recommend it for anyone with an oversized vehicle, tho.

Family and I stayed an overnight in Omaha for thr zoo and Air & Space Museums, then were planning a eveing at the hotel pool. Bad choice. Although the hotel looks very new, the pool is already falling apart. Loose tiles everywhere, water trapped below them causing more delamination of tiles. A poor hotel design where you have to exit outside onto an exterior deck to enter the pool. Not a great idea for winter months! Plus, you are now tracking dirt etc. into the pool area and the pool area is not warm. We gutted it out because the kids really wanted to swim. Topping it off, the Saturday breakfast was sparse -- they ran out of a couple items completely and the breakfast time was only half over. They also neglected to tell us there was a $15 parking charge, so that was a bit of a surprise upon checkout.

Availability to ice with breakfast would be great. The shower had mold and the ice machine on 3 didn’t work.

The room was nice and big and the person who checked us in was very friendly. However, the tile around the incredibly tiny pool was cracked and I was terrified my kids were going to cut their feet. The pull out bed was also very dirty and all they had for breakfast was waffles and toast but they were out of plates and waffle batter and there was a fork just sitting in the toaster. We wound up going somewhere else and just paying for breakfast. But the worst part was in the morning as I was packing up our things, the sheet to the bed I was sleeping on had come up and there was dried blood on the sheet protecter. So I slept on that all night. That was kind of my breaking point. Hopefully we just caught them on an off day. I usually have good luck with hilton hotels but this was pretty disappointing.

Our room was spotless and felt very clean. We only stayed 2 nights but did enjoy them very much. My husband had surgery so it was so close and I loved that my car was parked inside a garage when I came home alone at night.

We had a family member in the hospital next door and this location was very convenient. Ample parking. The room was very clean and well set up. Breakfast was very good. As for the Staff,each and every member of the staff we talked to were all so friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and i will recommend

Breakfast is terrible. Everything is a sugar bomb and the only fresh fruit they offer is a red apple. During our four day stay our room wasn't cleaned once, even though there was a sign that said it would be cleaned every other day. At one point we asked the cleaning lady about our room and she said we weren't on her list so maybe tomorrow, but that never happened. We had to change our own trash and hunt for more towels. Location is convenient.

Room is spacious

Loved our large 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, large dining room table and living room. The hotel is only 3 years old. The lobby is modern with a nice place for breakfast. Currently there is another building being built next door but it wasn't disruptive.

Our room was next to the elevator so there was some noise, but not bad.

We checked in after 9pm and had to use the door bell to get in. It felt very secure. There was a parking garage to park in so you didn’t have to park on the street, that was great. The floor plan of our room was spacious and very accommodating to a lot of situations. Breakfast was great! Lots of options! Only struggle, no hot tub, and the pool closed way too early. On Saturday it was closed before 10pm.

Front Desk Staff was absolutely awful and hotel is more run down than shown in photos. Breakfast that is included in stay is barely edible. Once again front desk staff is absolutely awful they will do EVERYTHING in their power to make things difficult for you, inconvenience you, lie, and most importantly NOT HELP YOU.

They didnt have the accommodations I requested and you ordered another room for me the people at check in did not explain that you had covered the cost of first room and I was still only responsible for one room. Took waiting for the night person to go back thru the reservation and view the itinerary. Took way too long tired from driving across Iowa and we have a funeral celebration of life to get to today. Better training at front desk and Expedia could have notified me too

Blair was so nice and kind during check in. He certainly has a way with people. He’s quick with a joke and makes you feel right at home.

The front desk staff went above & beyond to assist me when I needed information or to ship something out.

We had a family member in the hospital next door and this location was very convenient. Ample parking. The room was very clean and well set up. Breakfast was very good. As for the Staff,each and every member of the staff we talked to were all so friendly and helpful. I would stay there again and i will recommend

Nice location, easy to get to downtown or head to the west side of Omaha.

The property itself was nice with nice amenities. The challenge we had was that there is outside construction happening on the roads and a new building going up. This made it a challenge to get to the hotel.

Close to medical center. Noisy traffic at night comfortable.

We enjoy staying here for doctor appointments at UNMC. It’s very convenient, clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great stay close to the cancer buildings

Difficult to navigate to hotel despite navigation. Streets are rough and turns are hard to navigate. But once here. Awesome!

Great location.

The hotel is great and the people are friendly. But the road to the hotel, Saddle Creek, flooded and I could not return to the hotel in the middle of a storm. I eventually figured out how to come around on another street, but it was a scary experience.

The area was very sketch, did not feel safe leaving the property. Location did not feel like a good area. Morning Breakfast was disappointing, lack of food choices and or just out of food. Had to wait for more to be available, including dishes and silverware. Kids had dry irritated skin and scratches after being in the pool. Overall we were very happy with the room it was very accommodating and parking garage was a nice touch!

The hotel staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. I use a wheelchair and the room and bathroom were very easy to move around in. The breakfast was not as good. We got there about halfway through breakfast service each of the three days snd there were no cereal bowls or juice glasses. The breakfast sandwiches in the warmer had been there for some time as the buns were solid. The blueberry muffins were good. I wish the hotel would provide information on how the electric blinds work and a TV channel guide.

This is a great hotel for safety. You park inside the building. The rooms are nice and spacious. With a full size fridge. The only thing I would recommend is getting to breakfast early because it doesn’t seem to get restocked very well.
