What a lovely property with easy access to bustling Fira, but removed just enough that it was quiet. Breakfast was terrific, and ample. The staff were so accomodating, helping us with ATV rentals, taxis and general information. The pool was welcome after our Fira to Oia hike.

Thireas was just perfect and the staff (particularly Vanessa) couldn’t have been more accommodating. Our room had its own hot tub and that extraordinary caldera (volcano) view - a total joy. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room. It was difficult to leave but we hope to return.

Great little hotel, close to town for restaurants and and shopping, really clean and nice facilities, comfortable bed, mini bar, great views of Santorini. Loved sitting in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine in the morning and night. Breakfast on the patio. Incredible. Only thing I might ask is a tv schedule so I could find English channels, everything was in German.

Wonderful! Not sure I would stay anywhere else in Santorini. Super attentive staff. Amazing views, wonderful pool and a breakfast delivered to you that was well above expectations. Anything we wanted to schedule on the Island, they gladly helped with. Hotel Thireas has my highest recommendation.

Beautiful hotel on the caldera w exceptional views. Yianni & Vanessa hospitable hands on staff very very accommodating. Full breakfast delivered to your room/balcony every am. Väldigt trevligt bemötande och ett charmigt boende på bra läge. Överlag ett mycket trivsamt ställe med fin atmosfär. Boendet är inte helt nytt, vilket märks på några mindre detaljer – som en lös stege i poolen och en fläkt i badrummet som satt lite löst. Det är småsaker som gör att vi inte kan ge full pott, men det påverkar inte helhetsintrycket nämnvärt. Vi kan absolut rekommendera att bo här!

We had the most beautiful balcony view which captured the sunset every evening . Also super space for cruise watching . There was never a dull moment from the vistas on the balcony . While Fira might be generally busy with tourists and people coming and going , once you closed the shutters and windows in the room , it was very quiet for a holiday hot spot . Breakfast was delivered every morning which was great and was eaten on the balcony . Bed very comfortable , Tv ( not turned on at all ) Pod coffee machine , great bathroom with good shower , plenty of towels , mini bar and welcome treats , we also had a hot-tub but that was extra but a nice treat in the evenings . Staff both on welcome and leaving were very friendly , accommodating , informative and really seemed to enjoy sharing information and making sure our stay was memorable . I would stay here again and I would recommend to family and friends .

Beautiful hotel right on top of Fira Caldera. You can catch the view of the sunset right from the hotel's pool area. Room was good in size only thing missing is a chair to sit down i was in the Aphrodite room. There was light coming in from the top window but hotel staff quickly rectified. Amazing and friendly staff!

The location was so close to dining, shopping, transportation yet was super quiet. Pool was really nice and barely used by others. The manager and reception staff John and Vanessa were extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable!

最高の滞在となりました！到着は夜遅く、出発は早朝となったのですがタクシーの手配ややりとりを頻繁に対応してくれました。バルコニーの掃除も頻繁にしてくれて常にきれいな状態でした。エーゲ海を眺めながらの朝食も素晴らしかったし、ワインと共にゆっくりと過ごす時間は最高でした。フィラは騒がしいとの情報もありましたが、全然そんなことはなく静かに過ごせました(海側だからかな？)とても贅沢な時間を過ごせました♪

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, just a short walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. The room was clean, and had everything we needed, the breakfast were amazing. The staff were polite and always ready to help. Overall, I’d happily stay here again.

The location of Hotel Thireas is excellent and the view from the balconies is exactly the ones you see in the pictures. We had our breakfast on one of the terraces overlooking the caldera -- it's priceless. And the breakfast itself is plentiful and excellent. There is a long sloped and stepped walkway from where your taxi or shuttle will drop you off so if you have wheeled luggage, you will either need to carry it or call reception to have them help you. This is standard for any hotel in Santorini (i.e none of the hotels are directly on the road) so just pack light or use a bag that's easy to carry. While our room had "soundproof" doors, some people stay out late and come home in a rather loud and careless state so you may still hear them through the doors. Again, this isn't unique to Hotel Thireas. The room we stayed in ("Poseidon") is a two bedroom, two bathroom cave room. There are no windows in either of the bedrooms so if you don't like being in confined spaces, factor that in. John, the manager, is welcoming and accommodating. He organized our transit to and from the airport as well as a rental car for one of the days we were on the island. All of them were smooth and fairly priced. The only reason it didn't earn a 5 star is that I'm a tough grader and while the accommodations met my expectations, they didn't exceed them to the point of being exceptional. If we return to Santorini, we would certainly stay here again.

This hotel is incredible! The staff was exceptional, the suite was spacious, and lovely. Our balcony gave us views to die for, and our included breakfast, was brought to our room everyday. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone coming to Fira!

Very unique cave style 2/bedroom unit. Perfect for our family of 4. The view outside was wonderful. We saw sunset from the hotel patio. Breakfast was served to the room, very delightful, with hot coffee, juice, pancakes, a variety of bread, yogurt and fruit. Service was quick and pleasant. We had a great time. My husband and I will likely come back to Santorini and would love to stay here again!

The property itself is really a perfect location to see the caldera and the sunset. Staff ( Vanessa and John) were very helpful on everything we asked them about. They were also pleasant to communicate with and have given us so much information about Santorini. I’d like to give a shout out to Bleddy also who was so nice to us in carrying our luggages up and down the path during our arrival and departure. If we will have to go back, definitely we will stay here again without a doubt being a center for everything around Fira. Thank you so much for giving us the wonderful memories we will treasure in our lives.

What a lovely property with easy access to bustling Fira, but removed just enough that it was quiet. Breakfast was terrific, and ample. The staff were so accomodating, helping us with ATV rentals, taxis and general information. The pool was welcome after our Fira to Oia hike.

There are amazing reception staff, so helpful and kind - helped us with transfers, car hire and a catamaran cruise! And the gorgeous ladies who bring the breakfast trays served on your balcony. There are a LOT of steps in Fira but don’t let it put you off. They are even and easy to navigate. The hotel staff will meet your taxi transfer and help with luggage on arrival and departure. We had the most beautiful balcony view which captured the sunset every evening . Also super space for cruise watching . There was never a dull moment from the vistas on the balcony . While Fira might be generally busy with tourists and people coming and going , once you closed the shutters and windows in the room , it was very quiet for a holiday hot spot . Breakfast was delivered every morning which was great and was eaten on the balcony . Bed very comfortable , Tv ( not turned on at all ) Pod coffee machine , great bathroom with good shower , plenty of towels , mini bar and welcome treats , we also had a hot-tub but that was extra but a nice treat in the evenings . Staff both on welcome and leaving were very friendly , accommodating , informative and really seemed to enjoy sharing information and making sure our stay was memorable . This is a great hotel with spectacular views. It is walking distance from Fira bus stop. Vanessa and John were very helpful in making our stay comfortable, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late, explaining places to explore, and arranging for a rental car. The breakfast delivered to our room was amazing. Would highly recommend staying here.

I can not say enough a out the hotel and the location. It was phenomenal However it was the reception team that separated this hotel from others. If you look up the word Professionals- Their pictures would pop up. They helped in every way possible to make our family vacation a successful.

Vanessa and John are amazing hosts. They are the reason we booked this hotel, and we will recommend this hotel over and over due to them and the lovely way they interact with guest. We had a remarkable time and their recommendations for dinner and activities were spectacular.

This is a perfect spot in Fira. The sea view room is worth the upgrade with more space and a beautiful view. I haven’t had the continental breakfast delivered to our room during other island stays which was a treat! Very filling and enough to make sandwiches for my husband and I for an afternoon snack. The receptionist, Vanessa was so helpful in having a car delivered to us along with giving us guidance on the best places to see. We enjoyed such as exploring the ruins of Akrotiri to the wine museum and exploring Oia. The 10k hike from Fira to Oia was amazing despite the wind and rain.

Wonderful! Not sure I would stay anywhere else in Santorini. Super attentive staff. Amazing views, wonderful pool and a breakfast delivered to you that was well above expectations. Anything we wanted to schedule on the Island, they gladly helped with. Hotel Thireas has my highest recommendation.
