Very nice place, very walkable to the busy parts of Fira. The room was a little small but comfortable and very clean. The pool was immaculate and made great use of space with lots of loungers. The girls at reception were so friendly and helpful, they always greeted us and had plenty of great suggestions on what to do (and gave us a useful map of the island too)

Ideal stay for central Santorini. The hotel has such kind staff and the loveliest receptionist! The pool area was so amazing and a great perk to the hotel.

Excellent! Perfect location! The property was SO clean and looked brand new. Great pool, nice breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was SO friendly and arranged transportation from the airport and then to the Ferry Port. Cindy at the front desk was super helpful and proactive. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone Visiting Santorini!

The girls who work the front desk were amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. There is no elevators so if have a large luggage, you will have to carry it up the many steps or request to stay on the first floor.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Loved the pool and the location was central and walkable. The staff were the best part of my stay. So delightful, attentive and helpful in giving me information about everything I needed. Would stay here again next time I’m in Santorini!

The room was cramped for two suitcases. There was no elevator. Stairs were spiral and difficult for elderly persons. No ramp only steps. The breakfast was very lean with variety. I donot recommend including breakfast in the package.

This is a great hotel. The staff, especially the young woman who was there in the mornings, was very friendly and helpful. The pool was as nice as it looks in the photos, and it was a quick walk into the city. Good central location, and unlike a lot of hotels I saw around the island, your cab driver can drop you and your luggage right in front. Room is nice with working AC, and if you pay extra for a balcony it's worth it.

And to the main Fira bus stop for trips to Pyrgos or Oia. Only minor nit was the water in the bathroom was barely warm. We had 2 rooms and both had same issue. And no coffee makers. But we would stay again and do recommend it

Very nice hotel, spotless clean everywhere, enjoyed the time in beautiful pool. Ladies in the reception are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Thanks again to all the members of the Hotel for offering such a beautiful stay.

Based on the pictures, we had high hopes for this hotel. When we checked in, the staff was nice and suggested some good options of things to see in Santorini. However, it was clear she was trying to sell us on certain things too. One was the breakfast, which was 13€ per person. We decided to try it on the first of the three nights, only to find that there were very limited food options and the coffee was undrinkable. We felt completely ripped off considering the person at the front desk made it seem like it was a great breakfast. The second, was the renting of an ATV. Since the buses in Santorini can get quite busy and they make stops to limited places, she recommended we rent an ATV through a rental company the hotel partners with. The rental company showed up the next day with an ATV that had a broken stick shift, ripped up seats, and insurance for an extra 25€, on top of the 40€ rental fee. We declined and found a newer, bigger, more powerful ATV at another business around the corner from the hotel, for 50€ including insurance. The room was disappointing. There is no coffee machine, the air conditioner would make the room an icebox no matter what temperature you set, the sink was leaking water all over the floor, and the shower water was scorching hot. The rooms are accessible from doors outside, down a set of stairs that can get very slippery with rain. The beds were very small. The pool area was recently redone and is a quiet spot to relax. Book somewhere else.

Das Hotel liegt an einer guten, ruhigen Lage in Fira. Man ist zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum. Die Anlage scheint relativ neu zu sein, unser Zimmer war eigentlich ganz in Ordnung, nur hat es wenig Ablageflächen (auch im Bad) und die Betten sind relativ schmal, ansonsten aber sehr bequem. Wir hatten jedoch immer wieder Probleme mit warmem Wasser – mal kams gar nicht und mal nur für eine kurze Zeit. Obwohl wirs gemeldet hatten wurde es nicht wirklich besser.

The Deluxe hotel, is a great stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the pool area has a beautiful lounge deck. All areas were very clean. The best thing about this hotel was the front desk staff, so helpful with suggestions and you felt they really cared about you enjoying your stay.

The room was very high-quality but too small for an executive room. It was one of the highest priced rooms with a balcony but the bed filled the whole room. There wasn’t a chair in the room and there was very little space to move around. As a couple for more than a day it was way too small. The bathroom, although equally nice, was also too small with nowhere to properly hang towels. The property is north facing so in April the balcony was cold. A nice hotel for one or two nights but not more unless there are bigger rooms!

Ótima localização, Staff muito simpático e acessível. Quarto enxuto no espaço mas limpo, completo e cama confortável.Na nossa escolha o quarto era silencioso e tranquilo, varanda com vista agradável, wi-fi ruim. Café da manhã básico.Decoração charmosa e área da piscina muito funcional e bonita.

La struttura è molto comoda ai servizi (centro di Thira) ma comunque silenziosa; è nuova ed elegante. La stanza che avevamo noi però era troppo umida e pur essendo abbastanza grande non aveva nessun cassetto. I letti sono troppo piccoli (2 letti singoli) e non ci sono cuscini aggiuntivi. La ventola del bagno, quando accesa, odorava di carburante. Nel bagno non c'e' nulla per appoggiare i prodotti da doccia e un unico gancio per l'asciugamano. Una volta messi a punto questi piccoli inconvenienti, l'hotel ha un ottimo potenziale

I like everything about this property! The front office staff - Cindy and Andres were exceptionally caring and professional! The location of the property very close to the center of Fira is ideal to get everything I needed - food, shopping, and bus tours. The property is very clean and beautiful! Kudos to Nikos (arranged by the property) for the transfer services from the port to the hotel, and his special effort getting me from the hotel to the airport in the nick of time, and I didn’t miss my flight! Overall, I had an excellent experience at the Deluxe Hotel.

Excellent! Perfect location! The property was SO clean and looked brand new. Great pool, nice breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff was SO friendly and arranged transportation from the airport and then to the Ferry Port. Cindy at the front desk was super helpful and proactive. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone Visiting Santorini!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Loved the pool and the location was central and walkable. The staff were the best part of my stay. So delightful, attentive and helpful in giving me information about everything I needed. Would stay here again next time I’m in Santorini!

The location is very convenient and close to everything. The room was nice and decent—it was comfortable and met our needs. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Hotel não é feito somente de um quarto para dormir mas de hospitalidade , receber e atender com excelência. Tenho uma agência e viajo com grupos muitas vezes para Grécia e sempre fui muitíssimo bem atendido mas dessa vez foi bastante diferente . O Hotel Deluxe , que tem uma boa estrutura mas que foi ofuscado pela antipatia de alguns atendentes . Havia reservado 6 aptos Twin . Cheguei a enviar msg para reforçar esse pedido . Quando chegamos no final da tarde , só havia um quarto com camas separadas o restante doble . Disseram que nada poderiam fazer . Tive um grande problema com isso . A Recepcionista que trabalha pela manhã juntamente com o proprietário eram o reis da antipatia, sempre com um NAO , na ponta da língua pra tudo e algumas vezes grosseiros com os hóspedes . Pedir para imprimir uma folha de um doc, Não ! Esqueci meu telefone no hotel , perguntei se poderiam enviar para o porto de Santorini , eu pagando as despesas : NAO ! Pedi para falar com o chefe para negociar as tarifas do café da manhã para várias pessoas , NAO ! Um homem que fica no Café da manhã , super grosseiro no atendimento. Já fiquei no Nissos hotel , no Stars , Athina , sempre muito bem tratado . O que salvou de dar uma nota menor foi a Recepcionista da parte da tarde/ Noite . Simpática , prestativa, sempre com um.sorriso .

Everything was perfect! All staff are wonderful and very helpful. It is 5 minutes away from main area so it's very convenient. A little uphill walk to main area but very doable.

Located just far enough away from the heavy tourist areas but close enough for a quick walk to be there. Very close to bus center as well. Staff were amazing!

Friendly welcoming staff. Perfect location for seeing Santorini. Walkable to incredible views, restaurants, shopping and bus stop. Had my own balcony and the swimming pool looked amazing.

This is a great hotel. The staff, especially the young woman who was there in the mornings, was very friendly and helpful. The pool was as nice as it looks in the photos, and it was a quick walk into the city. Good central location, and unlike a lot of hotels I saw around the island, your cab driver can drop you and your luggage right in front. Room is nice with working AC, and if you pay extra for a balcony it's worth it.

Based on the pictures, we had high hopes for this hotel. When we checked in, the staff was nice and suggested some good options of things to see in Santorini. However, it was clear she was trying to sell us on certain things too. One was the breakfast, which was 13€ per person. We decided to try it on the first of the three nights, only to find that there were very limited food options and the coffee was undrinkable. We felt completely ripped off considering the person at the front desk made it seem like it was a great breakfast. The second, was the renting of an ATV. Since the buses in Santorini can get quite busy and they make stops to limited places, she recommended we rent an ATV through a rental company the hotel partners with. The rental company showed up the next day with an ATV that had a broken stick shift, ripped up seats, and insurance for an extra 25€, on top of the 40€ rental fee. We declined and found a newer, bigger, more powerful ATV at another business around the corner from the hotel, for 50€ including insurance. The room was disappointing. There is no coffee machine, the air conditioner would make the room an icebox no matter what temperature you set, the sink was leaking water all over the floor, and the shower water was scorching hot. The rooms are accessible from doors outside, down a set of stairs that can get very slippery with rain. The beds were very small. The pool area was recently redone and is a quiet spot to relax. Book somewhere else.

Stayed here 2 nights while on Santorini. Taxi from airport was 25 euros. Frida at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was nice with a couch and fridge. There was a pool and nice sitting area with view of the ocean. Easily walkable to Fira town and restaurants. European and American breakfast was served onsite. I haven’t seen any charges for it so it may be included. Hotel is on the backside of the island (not caldera side) but convenient to the tourist areas.

The room was cramped for two suitcases. There was no elevator. Stairs were spiral and difficult for elderly persons. No ramp only steps. The breakfast was very lean with variety. I donot recommend including breakfast in the package.

L'hébergement est très bien situé (au calme et très proche des commerces) et très agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins et de très bons conseils. L'eau de la piscine était froide mais très agréable pour la détente. Le petit déjeuner varié était bon. Mention spéciale au jeune homme du soir très agréable, à l'écoute et de très bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement et y retournerons sans hésiter.

Ótima localização, Staff muito simpático e acessível. Quarto enxuto no espaço mas limpo, completo e cama confortável.Na nossa escolha o quarto era silencioso e tranquilo, varanda com vista agradável, wi-fi ruim. Café da manhã básico.Decoração charmosa e área da piscina muito funcional e bonita.
