The location is right outside 1 train stop after Utrecht Centraal, so very convenient located by a lovely canal. Staff were very friendly and the hotel has a very chic, vibrant atmosphere and little things like infused tap water and free welcome drink makes the experience more special. Shoutout to Vicky for the warm welcome. The bedroom is cute, compact and comfortable plus has all the essential for a short stay, but could do with some clothing hooks in the toilet. We also had a kettle and hospitality tray in our bedroom that completed the experience. Overall, happy to return again soon!

Overall it's a nice hotel. PROS: Transits just steps away and easy walk to the city center. If you get the munchies or need a snack anytime of the day, they offer 24/7 pizza and snacks. They had self-service tea options available 24/7 as well and infused drinking water. CONS: AC did not keep up with the heat though wasn't overly hot, just in the low 80's but room could not keep cool enough especially room 116 had the afternoon sun blaring on the windows. The ceiling was thin apparently as we heard, what sounded like stomping from above unfortunately and woke us up and kept us from sleeping. Was suprised that Marriott has a hotel where this is actually a problem. You couldn't get coffee after 10AM / 10:30AM in the lobby but you can get hot water and tea.

We have a very pleasant stay at the Moxy Utrecht. The hotel was clean, modern, and very well located, directly across from a train and tram station, with convenient bicycle parking nearby. It is only a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore Utrecht while staying in a quieter area. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, and despite the excellent transportation connections, the rooms were quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the coffee was very good. I also appreciated having a coffee maker and kettle in the room. One of the highlights of the hotel was the lively and welcoming lobby atmosphere, which made it a great place to relax or work. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, Moxy Utrecht offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and value. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Utrecht.
