We were in town for a concert. The bed was comfy. The room was clean. No issues during our stay. Check in was easy and our room was ready early. Convenient location to the things we wanted to do.

Stayed 2 nights

From the beginning, everything about our stay was a nightmare. I contacted hotel management regarding the issues and they remain unresponsive. So, it seems they are content with abhorrent "service." The primary issue: The hotel was unprepared for check-in and their lobby was inundated with wall-to-wall people at 5 pm. It would have taken about 2 hours to get through that line. People were changing in the parking garage to account for the fact that they couldn't get into the room that they paid for. We attempted to finally check-in at 9:30, and the staff was unapologetic. Once in the room, the bathroom door didn't close. The room key randomly stopped working our first morning, causing another visit to the disorganized front desk. I was excited to not stay at a large casino, but I am never staying at The Claridge Hotel and will warn against it everywhere possible. The lack of response from a manager is disappointing, but not surprising given how many issues we had during our stay. Claridge Hotel: Do better. Future visitors to AC: Stay elsewhere!

1.5 hours to check in. Limited working elevators, whole crowd having to take the stairs to get back to their room.

Check-in was terrible. No lie, a two-hour wait. One of biggest weekend of summer and only 1-2 people behind front desk to check in people in a sold out hotel makes no sense. Total failure on the managers part.
