Stayed to hang out with friends before traveling back to TN. Enjoyed the amenities on campus. The pool is smaller but still nice! The gym is a great size, the restaurant is really good with great drinks, hotel breakfast is amazing! The social hour is nice, great snack selection but CHEAP liquor/wine. Overall great stay

It felt new and roomy. A lot of room in the rooms and lobby. Loved the bar downstairs. Nice beer selection and great food. Also live music! It also has a great location, being within walking distance of the outlet stores, Bass Pro Shops, and with Lupe's right there in the parking lot.

Surrounding area was clean and the hotel itself is nice and in great proximity to many places to shop and eat. HOWEVER, parking for those who actually booked a room was horrible due to an event being held at the same time.

I love this hotel, but they do not have reserved parking for guests staying at the hotel. I had to park 3 blocks away and pull my bags and things to the hotel. They have a bar that attracts lots of people. Great vibe but hotel should make a reserve parking for only guests so guests will not be inconvenienced by bar people who take all parking spaces.

New, clean, and comfortable property except for the loud live music at the bar on the first floor which you can hear the drum beat on the third floor until 11pm, when the bar closes!!! Another thing I didn’t like is the sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom which doesn’t close all the way and have a lock on it! Loved the big TVs and the breakfast (as always of course!)

Room 201 is an accessible room for disabled. We had late checkin. The bathroom area floor was dirty and had visible dirt tire marks from previous occupant scooter. Had to wear shoes and throw towels down to shower.

Greasy finger marks on all counters and night stands. Not cleaned. Breakfast buffet was not good. Trash can in the ice/vending room was not changed during our 2 night stay and it had fish in it. Horrible smells!

This was my worst ever stay at an Embassy Suites! Both beds in our suite were made to look good on the surface BUT the sheets were NOT changed; and there were crumbs and only-God-knows what other waste materials on each of the beds! Never experienced anything like these at an Embassy Suites! Then there was the indescribably bad breakfast experience on Saturday morning. Everything was just flat out sub-par! As in everything! Finally, my room was on the second floor; directly above the night club. Music from the club was so loud and persistent that it felt like my room was inside the club! It did stop at 11pm as assured by the front desk when I called them. Again, I have never experienced anything like this at an Embassy Suites. Never!

Not the standard Embassy Suites, it's very small and simple. There's no wow factor when you walk in like the typical Embassy Suites. More like a Drury Inn. The WORST bed I've ever slept on, my back is still in pain from it. Made-to-order breakfast was a hot mess. None of our orders came as marked on the sheet. The omelettes were Russian roulettes on what you'll get. The a-la-carts were ignored, or only one item were made. Room was clean and modern.

Pros - new property…new everything Cons - rooms have paper thin walls. I could hear the conversations in the room above as well as every time they used the bathroom, sink or shower. If you stay over the weekend, ask for top floor and opposite end of Bar Louie lounge. That place will rock your room until the wee hours

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the room—it had a small living room area, and the bed was set apart, almost like having two separate rooms. It felt spacious and cozy at the same time. Would definitely stay here again!

Booked a suite to accommodate our travel with a <1yr old and the hotel over booked and downgraded our room to a studio. They gave us a discount thag didnt even cover the fees to upgrade to the suite to begin with, but finally gave us more after we complained. Overall, made for a fairly poor experience at the hotel.

Room is clean but the staff at the check were rude and unaccommodating. I had to ask them multiple times to speak up so I could hear them. There is a fountain in the lobby and all I could hear was water. Experia claims to provide "total price" but when I arrived, they immediately asked for a $40 deposit for "incidentals". I explained I needed nothing but the room. It didn't matter they still had to bill me another for what I have no idea. No Manager onsite.

We had a family above us running around all night, it felt like they were practicing for the playoffs up stairs, when we mentioned it to the staff they just brushed us off, well when you have a conference the following morning sleep is vital.

Hotel is super clean, staff is really friendly and they make sure your stay is going wonderful. Breakfast is amazing and the happy hour is awesome. We had a wonderful time and will be rebooking for our next trip to round rock.

Why didn’t housekeeping seem to be aware we were staying 3 nights? Knocking at the door at 8:00 am for service was frustrating, and then no where to be found for fresh towels. Has to ask at the front desk. The bar wait staff was super great. The same could not be said of the hostess station. Not friendly, no smiles just rude. The hotel itself was lovely and the included breakfast was above average for hotel buffet style.

The hotel has awesome customer service. Great location! Across the street from roundrock outlets near HEB. Close to Kalahari Resort. Rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast and adult complimentary drinks was a nice surprise.

Booked last minute due to change of plans. Booked after 3 and was excited that I'd be able to get into my room quickly. Housekeeping was behind so hang out for a few minutes until the room was ready. 2 hours later I went back and asked. Room was finally ready. Evening reception and breakfast were both amazing.
