Staff was wonderful and spoke English very well. The wifi worked well. The gym was very decent on the second floor. The hotel restaurant was very good! It works in a pinch during breakfast or dinner if you don't have any plans. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport is free. All the amenities in the bathroom are always restocked. The two glass bottles of water they give you in the room are replaced every day. The hotel is only a five minute walk from Otori Station on the Keikyu Train Line. Even the TV was fun to explore. Excellent location, on the haneda airport line. Hotel has a free shuttle to and from airport as part of the amenities. Really nice hotel across from all the convenience stores. I wish they would a laundry room.

Not only is it convenient for having a shuttle to and from the airport but it’s also very clean and looks amazing. Rooms are decently big for a Japanese hotel and the bathroom is amazing. They have a restaurant on site as well as bar area, you will have to reserve the restaurant in a couple days in advance though. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again both when first landing and just before leaving.

Our stay was great. Customer service was great and the facility in it's entirety was very clean. Anyone who wishes to gym would probably be disappointed with the equipment they have as it is very limited. There also aren't mang restaurants or cafes around compared to staying near the main cities but what you trade that for is peace and quiet. It is also perfectly situated next to the train station so overall this place is highly recommended.

Much bigger room than I expected. Other hotels traded large bathrooms for small bedroom space. Very clean. Good amenities. Short walk from the local station. Free shuttle bus to the airport. Extensive buffet breakfast selection. Pity the bar closed relatively early (9pm last orders)

The hotel is clean modern and quiet with very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast choices are excellent with both western and Japanese food and good coffee. Free shuttle from the airport is great, however the return shuttle to the airport only runs in the morning. Our flight home was at 10pm so we stored our luggage and took the train. The Otorii metro station is 4 minutes walk along the street for trips to other parts of Tokyo. Download and study the maps well in advance if you're going to use it though! We ate dinner at their restaurant, expensive and not have much choice on the menu but after a full day exploring we didn't want to go out again! We definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to all Mercure Haneda staff.

Best stay we have had in a very long time. Super clean, friendly atmosphere, close to the airport and train. Would 20/10 stay again. US outlets and beautiful delicious dine in restaurant. Only thing I hope they adjust is the shuttle times. Other than that I recommend for sure staying here.

Good size room, nice shower. However there is are people screaming over a microphone system every morning that wakes you up. Very noisy. Stayed in room 626. Would not recommend unless you want a wake up call every morning on loud speaker

It was very comfortable, and whem my A/C wasnt working, the staff promptly came up and helped us get it started. The rooms were clean and the curtains were proper blackout, which helped me sleep great! My only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel, but i suppose there was a fire station or hospital nearby because we heard ambulances all day and night from the street. Word to the wise for Westerners: if you need to eat before you start your day and dont wanna think too hard about it, just reserve your stay with breakfast. Trust me, it's worth it.

Very nice and spacious room. Bathroom was a little on the smaller side, but still very nice. Staff were super nice and helpful, especially when I needed help navigating an App for sending my large suitcases to a hotel in another city.

AC would cool then stop and it got hot and we woke up hit every 2 hours. Then it just stopped. We told the front desk, they came to the room, and just agreed that it was hot. We stared at each other for a while and i had to say i wanted a credit. Very awkward. They didn't charge us for 2 glasses of wine and a cheese plate, but that was it.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. One of our party was handicapped and they made sure they were able to get on and off the shuttle bus to and from the airport. I left my passport in my room when we checked out and they sent me an email that I left it and was able to get it in time for my train to Osaka. The staff even remembered me when I checked back in from Osaka.

The airport shuttle, both too and from the hotel was so swift one could set a watch to it. When I arrived after a very long flight the shuttle was prompt and got me to the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and the housekeeping was quick, quiet and of quality. There are absolutely no complaints in that regard. The room was spacious and easily accessible with a control panel for air conditioning and lights that were understandable and intuitive. The beds were super comfortable and I had no complaints about the sleeping. The restaurants surrounding the hotel were all good, and with a 7-11 and Lawson within sight there was never a snack out of reach, much to the chagrin of my wallet. Overall, when I come back to Japan, if I stay in Tokyo it will be at the Mercure Tokyo Haneda hotel.

Property has only 1 con that it’s near airport and provides shuttle service to Airport but if I compare it to other properties I stayed in during my entire time in Japan, I will rate it quite average in terms of cleanliness, facilities in room, breakfast buffet. Though the entire staff during the evening hours were quite helpful but on the day of our checkout the two men in front desk were very very rude without any hospitality, they were very arrogant. All in all I don’t recommend this property for more than 1 day that too if you are leaving or coming to japan

Stanza in condizioni impeccabili, personale gentilissimo e stupendo, struttura non proprio comoda se si vuole soggiornare per visitare Tokyo in quanto pur essendo vicinissima alla stazione di Otorii bisogna comunque fare ben 25 minuti di metro per raggiungere Shinagawa.
