This place is cute and convenient and we loved the room and the lounge. However, the hot tubs were broken. They were the reason we chose this place. No effort was made to inform us of this or make it right, other than the offer to drive next door (there may be paths in the summer but not in the winter) and use the indoor hot tub at bluebird. We paid extra to stay at the adults only resort with the nice outdoor hot tubs, so we are disappointed. The breakfast food was nice, but they have one person working the desk and the breakfast, and she was well behind keeping everything (coffee, cream, silverware, etc) stocked. Moral of the story is call ahead if you want to use amenities that could be out of service. We didn’t this time and we paid for it.

Stayed 2 nights

room was old and cold with drafts coming in from exterior doors that didn't fit properly ( 30 degrees and snow) no mention was made that the fire place was wood burning which we were not interested in. our room was up 2 exterior flights of stairs, we had to haul our luggage through the snow to get to the room. The bed sheets were horrible, polyester microfiber ( I have an allergy to that). For $400 + per night this was unacceptable. They offered to move us to another unit however could not offer cotton bed linen. We checked out a day early. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my husband. It was extremely disappointing . We will not return.
