the hotel provided free airport shuttle service, and wry affordable airport parking for 4 days, combine that with be only being a few mins from the airport make this hotel 1 of the best choices. it’s newly built with clean rooms and surrounded by restaurant choices. this is our favorite hotel for travel

The primary issue was the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and an unpleasant odor. I feel like they didn't change the sheets.While the staff was friendly and the location convenient, the lack of attention to cleanliness made it difficult to enjoy my stay.I hope the management addresses this issue promptly, as it significantly detracts from what could otherwise be a pleasant experience.

Hotel is good in general, the only issue we had is that the AC of one of the four rooms we booked was not working well, and although they did offer to change to another room, they didn’t have a room as big as the one we booked. Front desk staff was very nice in some shifts, but others were not. Complementary breakfast buffet was good. Location is very convenient if you are looking to stay near MCO airport (5 minutes away), about 20-30 minutes to other main locations (International Drive, Disney parks, malls and outlets), and 45 minutes to Cape Canaveral Cruise Terminal.

I love this hotel we always get the king size room with the big shower this time we got the two queens only 1 thing I did not like when I almost slipped in the shower and my daughter had the same room and she did almost to they are really slippery I think it need something to grip the floor

Nice new place. We had a very large room with table and basically full kitchen. Friendly staff and good not great breakfast. Had usual stuff. Offered free waters when we were there and had a little market with nice selection compared to most places have. Id do again especially for the rate i got. We were just passing thru for travel to cruise. Would have brought some food from home to save $ if i knew about kitchen. Two thumbs up. Note proximity to airport if u are a light sleeper. Not bad though.

Horrible Experience – Not Worth the High Price! I had an extremely disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport, despite paying a premium price. I booked a room with a kitchen, only to find out that the water was not fit for drinking. When I requested a bottle of drinking water, the front desk staff, particularly Gracia, was incredibly rude and reluctant to provide even basic hospitality. Adding to the frustration, an electric technician knocked on the door randomly for repairs, disturbing my stay at any hour without proper notice. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:30 AM, but by 8 AM, most items were already gone. To make matters worse, the lady responsible for cleaning the dishes was rude and dismissive, treating guests as if they were an inconvenience. The worst part of the experience was the poor treatment of non-Caucasian customers. The front desk staff, especially Gracia, displayed an unacceptable level of disrespect. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable for a Marriott-branded hotel. I do not recommend this place and will never stay here again!

The room was in good condition but did not have features as advertised on the hotels.com website which were very negatively impacted our stay. Breakfast was fresh with a nice variety. Some of the front desk staff were not very efficient/helpful/borderline rude (perhaps that is just their affect) and the hotel was unwilling to work with us or the booking site to help us solve our issue.

I was on a flight that was delayed from 3pm on day to 9:30am the next. The hotel recommended by the airline was already fully booked so I moved to a nearby Marriott property. I preferred this one as the lobby was newer and didn't have an old musty smell like the other one. The room was so clean and well-appointed for everything someone would need for a long stay. Great closet space as well. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful and patient with me. Everyone I interacted with driving the shuttles was also very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was a nice touch, a diverse spread with lots of options. I would definitely recommend or stay here again when in the area.

good service. except the front desk told us the suite it's all paid for since we booked it on hotels.com....when I checked out, the front desk also said there's no additional charge and we are all good. when I get my credit card statement, sure enough we we charged like $55....called them on Jan 12, front desk said there shouldnt be. and asked me to email them. I emailed them same day. a week gone by, no reply. I called them one jan 20, Luis pickes up the phone, couple minutes of digging, tells me it's the airport impact tax. asked why it was not communicated to me there will be a charge, he didnt answer. over the stay was great, but I don't like to be charged hidden fees. felt like being scammed. on a side note, I did not notice hotels.com site mentioning about this tax....I expect hotels.com to do better.

Very clean and new hotel. Not too far away from the airport and quiet. A number of restaurants close by and within walking distance; or they have a shuttle that will take you to the restaurants close by. Very pleased with my stay.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I had booked a room with a bathtub and initially didn’t get one. They fixed it quickly and gave us a new room. My only suggestion would be better breakfast. One day we had fresh fruit but my daughter was upset there were no bananas any of the other days.
