Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Vallejo Napa Valley, CA

Overall this is a great property. Very clean and in a convienant location. Three concerns on property for my family where: the laundry facility is located on level 1, near the parking lot. When we returned after dinner, I was going to do laundry but there was a homeless gentleman hiding in the corner with his bike, this made me feel very uncomfortable therefore laundry was not completed. I’m assuming there is no camera in the elevator because on multiple occasions when the doors would open you could smell marijuana. Lastly, we ran out of hot water in the middle of the night so only 1 of us could shower.

This was our second stay here, very friendly and attentive staff. The spa was a welcomed treat after a long drive from Santa Barbara. Very well appointed with towels available at the pool site, and many lounge chairs that were clean and comfortable. I like the fact that you have to use your room card for entry in and out of the spa facility as well as the elevators. It makes you feel safe!

People in hotel parking thst were not guests.

Someone broke my car window and stole some of my personal items. The property doesn’t have any cameras pointed towards their own parking lot and basically told me there’s nothing they can do. Very frustrating experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at poorly ran establishment.

We LIKED; ▪︎We liked the room mostly (dislikes below). ▪︎David at the front desk was determined to do his best for us. ▪︎the hot tub was amazing. ▪︎Black Bear Cafee was a very short walk. We did NOT like, and hope you can fix: ▪Our door broke after we had put all our things in the room. The suggestion from whoever David called was to put us in another room WITHOUT MEDICATION & without or CPAP machines. We were told repair man would be there tomorrow by ten, and we had plans to meet family we hadn't seen in years that morning at 9:15. So w my husband went to try again at 8. It worked. We got back in the room, and the door that no staff or guests could unlock opened like nothing was wrong. David really tried his very best. The repair guy had the repair skills but would not come in early to help a guest. So glad it opened! ▪︎Our SECOND night, the door would not open for us again. , and the day clerk came up with an ipad-looking device that plugged in to the door, and opened it. ▪︎The Pool was filled with partiers, Fri & Sat nights.SO LOUD! Cars with bass turned UP & loud music,, motorcycles and cars revving thru parking lot. Thank God the pool closed at ten! ▪︎The shower doors leaked onto the bathroom floor. ▪︎the A/C made weird, loud, "moaning" noises when completing a cycle. ▪︎Fridge was not turned on and nobody told us it needed to be turned on. My milk was in there over night. 🤮 We figured this one out on our own. ▪︎Ice machine could be heard from inside the

The room was ok. Not sure clean but not too dirty either. There was human stool on the hot tub, I called the office and they didn’t do anything about it, including closing it. So it stayed open with poo floating in it :(

Make sure you remove everything from your car. The guy in the next room was broken into 2 times in 7 days

This property seemed to be really nic, but I was concerned about all the broken windows at the property, next my room was never serviced, the trash cans were overflowing, at breakfast it seemed as if the homeless in the area were invited to come sup. I have to say the young men at the front desk tried to be as accommodating as they could. One night I came back to my room and my key did not work, it was very inconvenient, because I was on the 3rd floor and you need the room key to activate the elevator and no one would answer the phone. The jacuzzi could use some attending to, because the water was so green it look like the ocean.

They charge you at the counter an extra service fee of $3 per day for pool maintenance. We were there for five days, The Key Cards frequently did not work.

The room was not clean and was not serviced during the entirety of our stay. The pool was filthy as well as the area around the pool.

Advertised as breakfast included. There was only a continental breakfast with bagels, cereal, granola bars, and a couple packets of peanut butter and coffee. We were woken up at two in the morning by someone pounding on the door for five minutes. The TV did not work and there was mold in the shower.

Room didn’t look like the pictures online. The blackout drapes were broken so the room was very dark my whole stay which bothers me. Decor was dingy and old. A few accent lights didn’t work. I’ve stayed at several of these properties and this one wasn’t near as neat and clean and updated as the others.

Well it was unfortunate that the property was so dirty or not taken care of in better words. My husband and our two kids got two rooms and when we first checked in the rooms they put us in, had a literal pile of used, dirty sheets, towels, and linens outside the door. At first i thought the maid(s) must be coming back for that, there is no way it was just left there. Not only did it not get picked up, there were multiple other rooms with dirty linens just sitting outside the room. On top of piles of trash on the bottom floor. I went to the front desk at almost 10 pm, asking if the dirty linen pile could be moved from outside my door because my daughter and i had literally been tripping on the fitted sheet that kept blowing around. It was a huge hazard! When i asked the front desk, he replied with "I can try to do something about it, but our maids called out today so ill have to see what we can do." And even after i had mentioned it, it stayed outside the door all night and was there all the way up to the time we checked out the following morning! I find that SOOO unacceptable, we were literally tripping and i relayed that to the front desk and he could've cared less about our safety. Unfortunately that will be the reason we don't come back, because the lack of care and concern for their guests. Because besides that happening it would have been a nice stay.

Weird guests, decent property, room could be updated a little and cleaner, the shower was gross and I found 3 cockroaches and brought them to the front desk in the ice bucket and they gave me one night free out of a 2 night stay

Carpet dirty, furniture dirty bathroom tile dirty.. Breakfast ok.

Bathroom had one of what looked lije should be 2 sliding shower doors, water everywhere on the floor after a shower. Noticeable water damage at the base of the wall as a resukt of the doors im sure. The carpets were visibly soiled. Otherwise bedroom and bathroom cleanliness was good, only reason it gets 3 starts overall

The only issue that we ran across was it was a handicap room and when you turned on the shower, it would flood the bathroom

First room I got TV does not work toilet paper holder was not in bath room I call front and they change the room

The showers leaked all over the floor constantly and the bathrooms were so enclosed that nothing could ever dry

My stay was good. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. The sliding door didn’t stay closed but my experience was fine.

Pretty much a nice hotel , a little dated on inside of room , carpet torn & frayed . TERRIBLE coffee in room

It was worth the price we paid for one night. Noises outside were easily heard inside and at all hours (the entrance to your hotel room is on the outside of the building. The shower looked dirty but was just dark marks on the surface of basin, and would leak water onto the floor in a large amount. This seems to be known by the staff who quickly tried to dismiss me when I thought I was informing them.

My room TV was nit working so I call at front desk They change my room and works room heater temperature thermostat does not work well it get very hot

The room was excellent until you open the microwave it was dirty. The bathroom had a one glass door that didn't open missing a shower door, so I wasn't sure what was happening. Hard to reach the shower handle to even turn it on or off. I had to step in. Internet kept going in and out while watching Netflix. I don't think what I paid for this room was worth it's price. I paid double for error on my end. I took pictures of this because I was disappointed,

The room was great, very quiet, excellent restaurants near by. But the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

As always, I had a fabulous experience @ the country Inn. Wonderful staff that always go above & beyond to make my stay as relaxing as possible.

Got there in the middle of the night security was very rude and unhelpful then my key didn’t work so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk with all of my stuff twice because the second try the key didn’t work again. Kiosk was interesting breakfast and the room were fine but that first impression left me feeling unwelcome.

What I liked about this property the front counter person Sam is very professional and polite. I have stayed at this property a few times and Sam at the front counter has always provided excellent service and Thank you

They area is very inviting the hotel connects to a plaza with many restaurants and shopping stores, including starbucks, target, panda express, etc. The service is very meh the owners seem young and are very rude when asked anything. My first time there and normally you have to request for towels at the front so i asked if we could receive some towels for the pool the young boy man responded with the worse attitude, "uh they're not outside? " rolling his eyes. Only to arrive to zero towels by the pool. The property is nice just the customer service is really poor.

I loved the fast response when I needed extra supplies.The staff is friendly & always smiling. AJ checked me in & out with a smile.

Shopping and places to eat were walking distance.

We came to Sonoma Raceway for the Nascar Race weekend. The hotel is clean and located near many restaurants which was nice since we traveled with a large group. Close to Target and Starbucks which were a must

The property was situated in a highly convenient and walkable area, close to the shopping district.

The room was clean and the front desk was very nice and accommodating after we checked in late. Me and my girlfriend went to six flags during our stay and it was a short, easy drive to the park.

There's restaurants , plenty of shopping close like walkable plus its very close yo hwy.80 for commuter's the fairy boat to the city or head north for wine tasting this property is maintained very well would stay and eill recommend to family & friends...

Great location. My favorite part was the amazing shower head that made my morning preparation so enjoyable. I actually took a picture to see if I can get that shower head for my shower at home! 😊

There were several vehicles with strange men parked in them until the early morning hours. This location does not feel safe for a woman traveling alone or people with children. The staff was lovely and if not the for element staying there and around the location, this could be a much better stay.

Breakfast was the best highlight of our stay. Location and affordability of the hotel was also well appreciated. We made a trip to visit some friends who live in Vallejo. They showed us around town, hitting up Napa and Sonoma. Would definitely stay here again 10/10.

Breakfast was ok they kept running out of food and only one waffle maker so that took awhile. No bowls for the cereal and no other extras to grab like fruit or yogurts They charge an extra $20/hour for early checkin Room was clean and parking good. Overall not bad for the price but could use a little improvement

Room was tidy but not overall clean, looked like some cleaner was splashed up the wall and on the ceiling and was not wiped down. Did have complimentary breakfast but things were often empty. Convenient location within walking to shopping center that has many restaurants. Staff was very friendly.

In overall, the day was good, but we stayed there knowing that we were gonna have breakfast and no breakfast was available. Nothing was there to eat Normally I stayed there and my breakfast was good the last three times nothing good was available

The staff were kind in every aspect and every encounter. There was a ignorant person playing music excessively loud past midnight several times, yet lowered volume when security was contacted then went back up. As if this was a game. I am appreciative of front office and security though. The photos of the facility online are accurate, in which for many facilities that is not the case. Delicious hot or cold breakfast was a great way to begin the day. I was impressed with the large screen TV on my single queen room. All my encounters with the staff behind the counter at check in and check out, breakfast staff were pleasant and kind.

The hotel is is newer and nice. Easy access to restaurants, freeway, and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. Hotel description says it has breakfast but at this time it doesn’t. No grab and go service either. They said they haven’t received their food deliveries yet.

Breakfast during the week was rotten (no bowls for cereal). The weekend was much better.

Broken glass on walking areas, all of the garbages were full, one vending machine in the office area. Overall not too bad. They need another waffle iron on the weekends. Waited an hour for waffles.

The staff was courteous & always smiling. The room was clean & the dining room & kitchen was very clean. The breakfast was good, hot,& everything was covered. I love the Country Inn!!!!
