Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Vallejo Napa Valley, CA

This has to be one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed in, and I have stay in 3rd world countries, but this was very bad given the area, if it was Oakland I would have understood, but didn’t know Vallejo was this bad….loud people, parties in the pool with cuestionable people, fights, kids screaming and running out of control on the hallways, someone knocked on my door, obviously not housekeeping, they knocked very softly, like checking if people where inside or not to do who knows what, I was soooo scared because my husband wasn’t there at the time, the room was nasty, I had to close my eyes to shower because ewwww, and the cherry on top A TICK happily walking on the kitchen sink, ufff never again, also the bathroom has some kind of barn door and it doesn’t fully close and it was super hard to open and close, please just demolish this and rebuild this dirty place. This hotel is definitely not hygienic for people to stay in, and the vibe itself feels dangerous, we where towing a car and had to parked it somewhere else because of how sketchy those people on the pool area where behaving, just don’t stay here. Would love my money back really I think I got some kind of desease after staying there.

Counter in bathroom needed to be cleaned. Found one bug in bathroom checking clerk was good if needed to be a little more friendly property needed to be cleaned cigarette butts around property to keep floors throughout hallways unable to use hot tub or pull due to big group out there with loud music for hours.

Housekeeping staff was really nice. Our room key did not work the entire time (one week) we had to go to the front desk to have our key reactivated every night we came back from dinner. Front desk staff made it seem like we were doing something wrong. This was a big inconvience. When we asked to be moved they didnʻt have any same type rooms. Also, the night time activity there is not good. People always hanging out in the parking lot talking loud and arguing. Didnʻt feel safe at all. Need a grounds keeper need some TLC, the ground is sticky and dirty attracts flies and bugs. Will not stay there again.

The only positive feedback I’d give is the convenience of being able to do early check-in. Overall, the property was run down, the hot tub was green, the beds were uncomfortable & I didn’t get any sleep due to multiple people fighting/arguing directly outside of my room. I would not return back to this property.

They exceeded any request I had and the rooms are very clean I love staying here
