Beside the construction going on 24 hours non stop made it difficult to sleep also the pool was. Out of service for my entire stay like always is not the first time i stay here the pool is always down

We were very happy! The staff speaks English and are very helpful. The room is confortable and well equipped. Plenty of hot water. We had a great Spa experience also. Good location and in walking distance to several malls and excellent eateries. I highly recommend

Really enjoyed my stay here! Spacious room/living room area, lovely pool and a nice gym to work out. Location is right by 2 of the nice malls and right by the highway to get to where you need to get. The only reason why I wouldn’t give it 5 stars was just because the housekeeping doesn’t come everyday to do the room (or at all during my 5 days there) and just because it was a bit difficult to get new towels.

Renté un Delux apartment pero le falta muchísimo para que sea "Deluxe", cocina poco equipada, no cuenta con extractor de olores, no hay lavadora secadora, la terraza (mas bien un balconcito) esta muy empolvado para ser usado. El edificio aún tiene areas en construcción y hay mucho polvo. La piscina no está habilitada, los ascensores que son nuevos suenan como viejos. La relación precio - calidad no es acorde a lo que he pagado.

La propiedad en sus alrededores y lobby es muy presentable y bonita. Pero los asensores son desagradables en cuanto a limpieza. De hecho solo funciona uno y con mucha lentitud. El apartamento que me asignaron tenía muchos detalles que mejorar y no estaba muy limpio. Las toallas olian mal y tuve que solicitar cambiarlas. En la comunicación tienen que mejorar, ser mas atentos y amables. Me encantaría volverlos a visitar y ver que hayan mejorado porqué realmente el lugar es agradable y está ubicado en una excelente zona.

I do not recommend this place. We rented for 8 days and they ran out of towels, water and soap. Room was not cleaned and had no cleaning service. The pictures of this place is advertising is false! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

The area is safe, we walked during the night and the daytime. At night streets are alluminated. The hotel staff doesn't bother you, however, they were all pleasant. Rooms are comfy, not oversized, just adequate. My only qualm was that I would have liked a king size bed option. I will definitely stay again.
