We loved our stay in The Peninsula. The staff were friendly, accommodating. Their customer service is like no other. The amenities heated pool and gym was great. We were the only ones using it despite having other guests stay in. It felt private and exclusive. The room is spacious. We had our kids playing and running around freely. The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was strong. The aircon worked perfectly. Room was modern and clean. The adjoining pub is great too. Loved that we could order for pick up or eat in the restaurant. Reasonable prices with generous portion. Yummy too! We absolutely loved it there. We even have already recommended to friends. Thank you so much for a lovely stay☺️

This is a gem of a hotel. We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas lunch in the restaurant. The room was extremely good. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeper on duty on Christmas Day. She had a positive and helpful attitude so rarely seen these days. Thankyou. We look forward to our next stay

The room is modern and internet was super fast. The restaurant food and service were excellent--best grilled fish and chips and fisherman's basket we tasted for a long time. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. we like it so much, we are returning again mid-week. The service was best in class. Bed is comfortable. Location is safe and well located. We will recommend this hotel

Have stayed here many times. The are very friendly and welcoming. The room this time was a little disappointing. The bin next to the fridge had not been emptied prior to us arriving. People in the rooms next to us were very noisy. I managed to sleep through it but my partner was woken up at 2am by the noisy neighbours. A lot of people were also slamming doors which would vibrate the room. I understand it’s coming up to Christmas and people are getting together but they need to have some consideration for other guests.

First time staying here and I came away not disappointed. Check in went smoothly and staff were happy and friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. Good sized bathroom with a huge shower and a glass door (no shower curtain here). Comfortable king size bed and lovely pillows. There is a fridge in the room but no freezer section if you want ice cubes. Door opens out to the pool area but make sure you take your card with you otherwise you can’t get back into your room. Careful when closing the main door as it closes quickly and is loud. Had dinner in the nearby pub. Excellent selection. Very tasty although a bit pricey… but it worth it. I was extremely happy with my stay and will definitely be making a return.

I loved the decor of the room. The Restaurant food was great. Property is on a main road. Road noise until late at night. Carpark is a long way away if you are in one of the rooms near the road. There is no Alarm Clock in the room. A Wall Clock would also be handy.

We chose to stay at the Peninsula Hotel due to its location close to the LeFevre community stadium which was within walking distance. Our room was spotlessly clean and very funky renovation of the bathroom. It was great having the bistro attached for meals and drinks when we needed a close by option for dining.

Too close to the main road, and gets a bit noisy in the night. The facilities is clean and new. Stuff is friendly. Ask if there is a quieter room available before you get your key, otherwise, they just don’t bother to change it for you.
