Pros: Clean, daily baked cookies, Happy Hour 3-6pm. Cons: The parking is a hassle! If no room at hotel you must park in garage across the street, and it is $35. The website was wrong price for parking and needs to be updated. The menu prices were different than I was charged. Menu needs to be updated or honor the cost on menu.

The hotel was well kept and there is a nice lobby area where you can sit on comfortable furniture. The food was decent and there is a full bar. Outside you will find some fire pits where you can sit around and have a drink and conversation. There's also a pool and jacuzzi that was fully functional at the time of my stay.

The elevators are broken and take forever for all guests that are staying at the hotel to get to their rooms. Paid for parking but trapped inside because it was broken. Shower head was broken and no pressure Ac did not get cold Room is close to hospital and heard sirens all night. Need to sound proof rooms close to the hospital.

I LOVE this hotel!! It’s a bit of a hidden gem!! The staff is amazing! The pool, fire pit, and outdoor area ate beautiful, and the bar is amazing.. I haven’t had the opportunity to eat at the restaurant in the 3 times I’ve stayed there this year, but it looks amazing.

Elevator was always an issue. Only 2 of 4 working Waited 15 minutes one night to get on Elevator! The pool was nice, the food in restaurant was good. The valet was always fast and friendly. Check in was fast (maybe too fast). The rooms were clean. Make sure you ask for extra towels as we only got 2

Services were excellent, pleasantly surprised by the valet service helping with coming and going. Something that I had not noticed until check out was some mold that had grown on the ceiling. Other than this the stay was amazing and we will likely being staying again in the future.

Desk clerk Claudia, (AM staff) was very rude and dismissive to both me and my spouse. We have chosen to stay at the FERA DoubleTree in Anaheim on several occasions for prior events. However, after our last visit to your hotel, I will gladly take my business elsewhere We were shocked and saddened by the staff assistance's attitude and behavior. Up until my introduction to Basil at the valet station I was willing to overlook the obvious defects in the service at this hotel. But Basil treated me with a level of disrespect that I've never experienced or expected at a Hilton property. I went to get some food after my business was completed. I had self parked when I originally arrived. When I returned, the self parking lot was full. I decided to pull up to valet as the signs directed me. When I pulled up I was confronted with him, standing by the desk with a confrontational look on his face. My expectation was that he would approach my car. He just stood there staring at me like I was irritating him with my presence. Since he didn't move, I stepped out of my vehicle and went to him. Now I have to mention that the part of the lot reserved for valet might have had 10 cars in it. It was fairly empty. He asked "what do you want". What do I want? You're a valet at my hotel, what do you think I want? I told him I wanted my car parked. He rudely said "the lot's full". I said "looks pretty empty to me" he says "I'm expecting 20 car". I said "from where". He laughed and said "I don't know, wherever our paying guests have gone tonight". I told him I was a paying guest. He said "I mean the real guests who parked in valet earlier". I said "so you're unwilling to park my car" he said "that's what I said". This is a level of terrible attitude and service like I couldn't imagine would ever happen. I could continue but don't have room.

Upon arrival chris from valet was very disrespectful, works in hospitality but lacks hospitality. We had a lovely stay at the Fera Hotel for 2 nights. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our suite and highly recommend. We also partook of the room service 1 night. In addition, it’s conveniently situated. I love (and my kids truly love) the cookies you get at check in! If I could change one thing- it would only be that they add recycling!

We checked in on 5/2/2025 as we booked the Presidential Suite. On our reservation, I indicated it’s our wedding on 5/3 yet there was not even any welcome card, not even a piece of candy when we entered our suite. That is the bare minimum when welcoming guests who booked even a regular room, especially when a special day has been mentioned in the reservation unless the hotel isn’t paying attention to those details. On a positive note, we were greeted by a very nice staff who checked us in and she stated that our parking would be complimentary. The next day, to ensure I don’t come across any issues exiting the parking structure, I checked with the front desk (a different staff) and asked how I would exit the structure as I was provided a complimentary parking by the staff who checked us in. Her face immediately looked confused as if I just made up a story. Then she just stated “It’s not in the system” and seemed forced to do it, rather than doing an effective customer recovery by apologizing to us for any miscommunication on Hotel FERA’s end by not communicating the complimentary parking. First of all, parking is very inexpensive for me to argue with a front desk. To think that I was even in touch with this hotel and considered having my wedding reception here after our church wedding. With the lack of customer service we received, we are so glad we did not choose Hotel FERA.

My rating is largely based on “the little things.” This hotel is clean, nice, the beds are super comfy, the rooms are very quiet (you can’t hear other people at all), and the service is friendly. You get a “free breakfast voucher” for as many people as you check in for (we had two adults so we got two vouchers), but you find out once you get there that they have a 20 dollar value. Breakfast items are minimum 20 max 35, so it’s not really “free” at all. That said: there are things that, as you go around, you find have not been paid proper attention to. The removable part of the shower head was broken (a small insert comes out of the main shower head that you can pull down). It was obvious that it had been that way for awhile and already discovered by housekeeping and reported by others. Each vending machine on every floor was either broken or empty. The hours for breakfast at check in say “630am-11am every morning” and the front desk told us the same the night before, but when we got to breakfast at 1030 am we were told they had just closed. They said brunch would start in a half hour, so long story short we had to sit and wait for that to begin so we could eat. The food for “brunch” was decent, but they try to make it too fancy and it just falls flat. Stick to buttery waffles, cinnamon rolls, and pancakes. Also, “brunch” should offer an array of items, fruit, omelet bar, etc., but it was basically just a mid-tier “second breakfast.” Parking is 35 bucks but the lot was

The ceiling in the bathroom leaked. The room seemed dirty upon entering (iron wasn’t put away, toilet seat had gray scum marks, water in bathroom). The bedding and pillows had the smell of musky body odor. I had to ask on 2 different occasions before these issues were fixed. Once they were fixed, the room seemed decent enough. Whoever cleaned my room after that was superb. The bedding didn’t smell which I greatly appreciated. 3 nights of trying to sleep, smelling a random person’s BO, was not pleasant. The hand towel holder fell out of the wall on my last day and I honestly didn’t even say anything. I kind of gave up at that point.
