We were so tired from traveling as soon as we checked in we went to our room and fell asleep.. the next morning we noticed the comforter we slept on was filthy!! It looked like there was mold inside the comforter AND blood stains.

Stayed 5 nights

The ceiling in the bathroom leaked. The room seemed dirty upon entering (iron wasn’t put away, toilet seat had gray scum marks, water in bathroom). The bedding and pillows had the smell of musky body odor. I had to ask on 2 different occasions before these issues were fixed. Once they were fixed, the room seemed decent enough. Whoever cleaned my room after that was superb. The bedding didn’t smell which I greatly appreciated. 3 nights of trying to sleep, smelling a random person’s BO, was not pleasant. The hand towel holder fell out of the wall on my last day and I honestly didn’t even say anything. I kind of gave up at that point. I’m honestly disappointed because I’ve stayed with them before and those experiences were markedly better. Now it feels dilapidated and cheap.
