I stayed here to get away from Hurricane Milton. I love that it is pet friendly. The bathroom was spacious. The gym is quite big and has a variety of equipment to try out. I enjoyed using my phone as a key for the elevator and other amenities.

Staff was excellent and hotel was clean; however bathroom privacy with sliding door was inconvenient and bed was very hard. Bar also closed at 10pm the night of a very popular concert and guests piled in only to be turned away.

The valet (which is the only parking option) took 8 minutes to retrieve our car even through we could see it closeby in the lot. The pool looks great but was bathtub temperature and not in the slightest bit refreshing. Very little shade on the hot roof so the area is essentially unusable. Also, there were ants in the room.

It is valet parking only, so that’s not convenient. The breakfast was just so-so, probably healthier options elsewhere. It is convenient to Orlando and amenities. Didn’t get a chance to use the roof top oool unfortunately.

Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The gym was great for a hotel gym. By the pool there was a “spa” sign but no spa. The bathroom door was also off the hinges and I had to put it back on. The washing machines where not up kept and my clothes actually came out dirtier and the valet driver did not write down any information regarding our room/car making getting the car difficult. But front desk and break fast where great. I would go back for sure.

Great location for downtown Orlando, great gym on site with dumbbells and lots of equipment for anyone looking to get a lift in on the go. Rooftop pool was great, we were able to walk just about anywhere for food, basketball games, and the room was perfect with amenities.

Well kept property right in the heart of downtown Orlando. Room was on 8th floor near pool and gym access. View was of the beautiful cityscape. Upon entering the room it was nice and cool, looked and smelled clean and the bed sheets were crisp and refreshing. We slept so well since the hotel was so quiet.. Perfect little Anniversary getaway stay. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay but wasnt a fan of vallet parking since we couldnt just go to our car whenever we needed to. The area was nice and quiet but our stay was on a holiday so we cant speak to how busy it is during business hours since it's downtown. We really enjoyed the pool being on the 8th floor. Only gave a 3 for room cleanliness due to rhe fact the bathroom floor was sticky, however, when the front desk was told upon checkout, they were concerned and thank us for the info so hopefully its not something that happens often.

First rate hotel with efficient and caring employees. The only totally weird thing is there were no curtains!! There was a thin shade which didn’t even keep the street lights out. Honestly, if we weren’t up at 4am to fly out that would be a game changer as I need it dark to sleep. Why they don’t have a blackout shade is crazy. Love the shampoos etc but if you go to the bathroom at night the lights automatically switch on full tilt in the bathroom!!! Weird…

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was spacious. And the lighting was plenty. The best part was there was no light coming in from the hallway. The room was plenty dark to sleep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very courteous and accommodating to our needs. They have valet parking. Although we had to pay for it. But it's worth it for the peace of mind. We would definitely stay here again. Great job team.

I was given a room on the 7th floor - 2 queen beds - nice, large room with a large bathroom & large walk-in closet. The room was clean and as importantly quiet. I slept well which was great as I have been travelling for over 15 hours. The location is good close to Eola lake and downtown Orlando and approx 30 minutes from the airport. I gave the facilities 3 starts for the following reason: - i could not get the motorised blind to work. It really should be so easy but it wasn't. 5 different buttons, none of them seem to make the blinds operable. I called down to front desk & they said they could send an engineer up but as it was late, I just left it - took quite a while for the water to get hot - possibly as I was on the 7th floor. I only gave the staff and service 2 stars for the following reasons: - when I arrived in the evening, there was no one on reception to check me in. I had to wait 10 minutes before someone appeared. - for breakfast, I ordered poached eggs and bacon. there was only me in the restaurant, the other couple had already finished. It took 15 mins for the food to arrive and the eggs just weren't right. So they kindly agreed to recook them. 15 minutes later, still no food. If the restaurant was busy, I could understand the delay, but with no one in the restaurant, this was a disgrace. I eventually just left it.

We had to change rooms after the ac did not work. I did not get even a free breakfast for the inconvenience. The employees were not very sympathetic to our problem and did not gave us any discount to make up for the inconvenience of packing up and moving to another room at 10:00 pm.

AC in our room was making noise and not cooling appropriately, the room was set at 69• the thermostat shows 74•, the person on the lobby says that normal, no rooms available to switch so, eventually in some point at least the noise going off. Good Location Clean Room Expensive Valet - have to find park on the streets

Everything was first class and excellent. I only have one negative thing to say. The WiFi was lousy. We were attempting to broadcast a livestream after the trial we covered and the WiFi was terrible. Other than that, everything else was great.

Horrible service! Was told upon check in by a supervisor that we would have a complimentary breakfast. She gave us a paper with the hours. When we went for breakfast, ordered and then were told it was not complimentary. Spoke to a man at the desk who said she made a mistake but didn’t rectify the mistake. Have never received such horrible service.

The first time, I had an experience where we weren’t checked in immediately, but only later. My friends and I had come from New York and waited until we were finally checked in. Also, no one warned us that cleaning was only done every other day. We stayed there for two nights, but no one changed our towels or removed the trash. After our adventures at Universal Studios, we had to shower with dirty towels. At the front desk, the staff never once smiled at us or apologized when we asked for new towels. If you want to know, no one ever brought them to us. It was terrible!!!

The hotel is in the heart of downtown and a great location! The room was in excellent condition and very comfortable! The parking, however, was very expensive - valet only at almost $40 a day. But there’s a garage a block away for $18 a day and $10 a day on weekends or after 6p. I’d stay here again!

One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Everyone was friendly and nice. The only reason I didn't give a five star rating was because the breakfast "buffet" was $18/person and was only oatmeal, eggs cereal and bagel. Not worth the $18.

I was charged twice for breakfast when I only ante there once. I also was charged for a pantry and I never got anything from the pantry. I've tried for two days to get in touch with someone at Hilton to fix it and I'm not getting helped.

The floors were slick. And remained slick even after I asked them to clean the room. There needs to be actual glasses for water. And replenish coffee daily not just when I call. Breakfast should be included. Prices for food and bev were a lot. The upcharge was a bit much.

Well-located, new, modern, immaculately clean, good amenities, and the well-appointed rooms have comfortable beds and bedding. Their hot breakfast is now $18.99 per person but not worth it. Their beverages are no longer self-service and the kitchen ran out of orange juice at 8:44am on a Saturday. The quality of the breakfast buffet (which used to be complimentary at many Hilton branded hotels) has not increased, but the price has. If given the option to pay $13 (per room, not per person) for the breakfast buffet, you would avoid paying $18.99 per person.
