Big room, laid out well. Very nice full kitchen. Friendly responsive staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice big lobby with lots of seating and easy phone charging. Good WiFi. Parking is easy, close, and free. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in the area!

Hotel in general and staff were great. Pool was FREEZING and even with a wetsuit my daughter was unable to swim for more than 10 mins before turning purple. My biggest complaint though is the bed. I’m not sure how I don’t see every person complaining about it unless ours was just an outdated bed? It literally felt like we were laying on concrete. After having shooting pains down my spine, I decided to take the cushions off the couch to make into a makeshift bed on the floor, which was a HUGE improvement minus the fact that I’m 5’10” and two couch cushions aren’t nearly as long as I need. After driving 7 hours and having a 7 hour drive the next day, the last thing you want is to try to sleep in such conditions. We’ve traveled across country this month and have paid MUCH less for rooms with far more superior beds to sleep in. How are beds at a laquinta more comfortable than a Hilton?!

This property was incredibly roomy and enjoyable. The staff was kind and helpful as well. I will definitely go back. The few negatives were that there was soap scum around the bath tub. It wasn't visible, I just felt it when I was wiping out the tub to put my toddler in after being in the pool. Not the end of the world... I just wiped it out with a wash rag but I'm glad I do weird things like that since it was still dirty. Also the pool was smelled SUPER chlorinated! It burned my eyes after a while which seemed odd since the pool was salt water. I did notice a hint of a stagnant water smell coming for the drains surrounding the pool which I only noticed while I was sitting on the edge of the pool but maybe it has something to do with that. Overall, very happy with the stay!

The room was nice and newer. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. We were disappointed that the pool heater was down and our 4 year old could not swim with his brothers. We picked this hotel mostly for the pool. Also, I would like to recommend housekeeping to double check the shower dispensing pumps because ours were missed during cleaning.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been in in a while. The staff is always seen cleaning and wiping down tables and chairs after breakfast. The ladies that do the breakfast are so kind!! The front desk was so helpful and the young man that came to clean our room at check was incredible! I thought I left my wallet and when I went back up, he helped me look and gave me a pair of shoes he found in our other room. You should have Venmo QR codes to tip the cleaning people!!

The staff was great! I was able to check in a bit early due to my softball game being at a later time which was very helpful. The room was very clean although the floor was very wet from shampooing the carpet when i stepped i to the bathroom it was slick and my socks were wet. One piece of advice is once I receive a text message after check in I dont need to receive messaged every day during my stay.

Everything was great! The first room the had just cleaned the carpets, so it was wet. But they quickly changed us to a new room and it was perfect. Breakfast was great and there are many things to do in the surrounding area. Rocks wood fired pizza was excellent.

Hotel was very clean, and tidy. Staff were very friendly. My only complaints are that at night relaxing in room I could hear a few dogs barking for a long time, and a bunch of loud teens and kids and the bed was a little too hard for my liking.

They offered good coffee, waffles, yogurt and chicken and biscuits for breakfast. The staff was helpful and nice to work with. I really liked the room with a sofa and kitchen area somewhat separate from the bed. The refrigerator was full size and there was a microwave and dishes available. The bed was firmer than I like but that was the only shortcoming.

Everything from the check-in to check out was exceptionable. All personnel made a point to great and welcome you everyday. The breakfast bar and its personnel was wonderful. The only slight compliant that I would make is the mattress are very hard. But all in all i will recommend and return

Great place, this was our second stay here and we really enjoyed it. The staff is so friendly, the breakfast is hot, the room was pristine, comfortable beds. We are a family of 6 and very comfortable in the suite.

I heard several trains throughout the night. No whistles just the loud rumbling. Breakfast was good. Lots of offerings and pretty tasty. Breakfast staff was super friendly.

It was a clean room and very friendly staff. When the battery died on our door lock late at night the staff quickly came to our rescue to open our door and get us back in our room. Of course the battery should have been checked earlier by the maid. Very nice place and hope to use again.

Everything was great! The first room the had just cleaned the carpets, so it was wet. But they quickly changed us to a new room and it was perfect. Breakfast was great and there are many things to do in the surrounding area. Rocks wood fired pizza was excellent.

I was on my way to East TN to see my neices baby that was in NICU. I left right after work from West TN. I was held up for 3 hrs on I40 because a state trooper pulled someone over & he was shot, so they shut down the interstate. Their website says nothing whatsoever about having to check in by a certain time. I arrived at the location a little after 3 am snd was informed that they canceled my reservation. The lady then told me she would have to recharge me for the room. I was not pleased with that and neither was my husband, so we left & stayed elsewhere. They will not refund my card!!!

The room next to me had very loud music, I called the front desk twice in two hours. Not sure the desk did anything, they said they couldn’t find the disturbance. It was extremely loud, not happy as I was traveling on business and didn’t get much for sleep.

Very convenient to all of the Tri-Cities area. Came in to town to visit family & surrounding areas. About a 10 - 40 minute drive to most of the tri-cities. 40 mins to Roan Mtn. 1 hour to Asheville. Rooms are VERY clean, highly accessible. Front office staff friendly and helpful. Great selection for a quick, well rounded breakfast. Options for microwaveable & quick snacks during late-night. Rooms are quiet and very spacious. Traveled with my partner and our 25lb dog— plenty of room for all of us! Kitchenette was a great addition to be able to cook if we would like, make tea, or store leftovers. Plenty of storage. Great price. Great location. Highly recommend.

Everything has been easy, clean, and comfortable. Hotel is located in a quiet area off of the highway…so no traffic noise. Spacious rooms. Bathroom a little small but not a problem for our purposes.

Good size fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes etc. If you are a light sleeper, you might request a room on the front side of the hotel since there are train tracks behind the hotel. I heard several trains throughout the night. No whistles just the loud rumbling. Breakfast was good. Lots of offerings and pretty tasty. Breakfast staff was super friendly.

Loved it! Would stay again! The lady at the front desk was so super sweet! The rooms were clean and very well stocked. Nice pillows. To be picky I wish the breakfast was a little more single, fresh options. It was all premade heat and eat food. (My daughter cant eat peppers, they only had premade egg bowls with peppers, same with the omelet thing).

Stayed overnight just passing through and every person we encountered during our stay was beyond kind. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the bigger fridge was perfect to unload our cooler overnight. The shower with the rain showerhead was much appreciated after a long drive. This was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. They had quite a selection with a lot to choose from that was actually made from real, quality ingredients. Susan was amazing. She offered to heat up our eggs to melt the cheese slices on them. She gave suggestions and was extremely friendly with great conversation. She made us feel welcome and like she enjoyed being there. Everyone was the way! The biscuits were phenomenal. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it as well. They are definitely doing something right!
