The hotel was beautiful!!!! Tastefully decorated, helpful and courteous staff, comfortable beds, and easy onsite covered parking. It was also within walking distance of everything in town which was a plus! However, room cleaning was severely lacking. Our floors were never cleaned and on our second day, we were told by the housekeeper that she hadn’t been able to make it to our room while we were gone all morning but couldn’t wait the 20 minutes until we would leave again because she was getting ready to leave for the day. And that was before lunch. She hurriedly ran through our room while we were there and changed out trash cans and brought in fresh towels but nothing else was cleaned and our floors never got swept or mopped which they definitely needed. For the price paid per night, I’d expect better housekeeping than what we received. Also, don’t rely too much on the breakfast. It was the exact same fruit, yogurt and muffin for 3 days in a row. Great the first morning but got old fast. Overall a beautiful hotel and we had a great stay but they need to work on their housekeeping if they want to continue to charge what they are charging per night.

Very comfortable room, convenient setting, great covered parking, and wonderful staff but for the price should have more for breakfast. What is provided the afternoon of arrival to put in the minifridge (yogurt and orange juice of the scone and banana and apple) is not what we were expecting. Also very limited if someone is diabetic. I understand the facility doesn't have an on-site restaurant but there would be other ways to provide. The two animal hair chairs on either side of the table aren't very comfortable to sit in for reading as your rear will slide to the front unless sitting perfectly upright.

The Manor was perfect for an in town stay. Close to walking into and around Blowing rock. The modern decor was spacious and comfortable. The Manor is quiet and very new and clean. Parking is available with secure entry by elevator to your room. Morning delivery of hot coffee, muffin , yogurt and fruit was very good and delivered to your door,!

Stayed for one night with my family of four to go tubing at Hawksnest in Seven Devils. Was about 30 mins from there and typical mountain curvy drive but doable. We loved Blowing Rock and all the cute shops/restaurants. Close to Boone. Property is well maintained and quaint. Sleeping arrangements worked for us for a short stay with a pull out couch although no door on master bedroom. Not a deal breaker but does make a difference if kids go to sleep before adults. Light breakfast provided and no amenities but we didn’t need any. Overall we would stay here again and recommend.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was wonderful, parking was private and covered, and the location was convenient to downtown. Check in was easy and instructions were clear on check in times. Check out instructions were a little less clear since the front desk is only manned during certain hours and there was no drop box for keys. My only minor issue with the stay was that we had purchased some Kilwins confections to enjoy on our drive back home, and it went missing from our room during the cleaning service. Outside of that small inconvenience, our stay was very pleasant.

The suite was very nice. The bed slept great and I loved the soaking tub. My husband felt the open shower was a little drafty. Please note that this is an Inn and the staff leaves at 7ish each evening. So be sure to check to make sure you have enough towels, etc. The breakfast is delivered outside the door at the time you request and I wasn’t aware it was there until I opened the door. Would have liked to have a coffeemaker in room.

My room on the second floor faced one of the busiest roads in Blowing Rock. The constant traffic noise started about 6:30 am and didn’t die down until about 11:00 pm. The two chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable. But overall, the room was nice. Moe was cordial and helpful.

The hotel is new, very clean and has a warm, modern vibe. Great bathroom! The bed is comfortable and my adult child slept on the pull out couch and it was comfortable. We had plenty of room and privacy for 3 people.

A beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping and dining. Though, this trip the weather was a bit too cold to walk anywhere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The bathroom is gorgeous and I love that the toilet is in its own room within the bathroom. It makes getting ready with a family easier. It may seem silly, but my favorite thing was that the rooms have ceiling fans! I keep our celing fans at home on year round so it a homey feel to me. The breakfast is a continental type breakfast brought directly to your room in a cute metal tub container. The only complaint was that the sheets were a bit rough.

The Manor is absolutely wonderful! We always stay here when visiting our daughter who is a student at App State. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the rooms are amazing and the breakfast in the morning is always an added plus. Highly recommend!
