The hotel is in a good location for walking to places and there's plenty of restaurants around too. If you like modern amenities and furnishings, this is not the place for you. It is old and the entrance to the place is very interesting. But it did meet our needs given we were only in the room for sleeping.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the area; close to shopping and restaurants. A lot of walking, and stairs to climb. Hotel does not have a regular elevator; but there is a lift to carry luggage up and people too, if needed. Staff has to unlock lift; room was very clean, and nicely decorated.

O hotel fica em uma das principais avenidas, próximo à estação principal de Roma, uma excelente localização. É bem reservado o espaço, parece um conjunto de horteis no mesmo lugar, precisamos de uma tag de acesso para poder acessar as dependências do hotel, mas isso não impediu de ser uma ótima hospedagem, gostei porque o check in é até as 23 horas, ficamos apenas por uma noite (era uma escala longa), mas voltaria para ficar mais com certeza, tem um excelente custo benefício! A cama e o chuveiro eram ótimos, a decoração é antiga mas tem uma vibe muito boa. Apesar de ter café da manhã incluído não consegui aproveitar porque meu voo era bem cedo.

The website for this place is a little misleading. It's actually a bunch of accommodations/hotel companies all in one building so finding ours was a touch tricky. There is an elevator in the building but you still have to navigate a long stone path and then a flight of stairs to get to the elevator so it's not good for the disabled. But the front desk staff were VERY helpful and aided in getting our bags up and down. The room wasn't large and we were supposed to have two beds and just got one large one but we managed. We appreciated the cleanliness, the amenities, and the staff. Also fair value for the money and it's within walking distance of several things including Termini station and Mercato Centrale. But if you have heavy luggage you will still want a taxi from the train to the hotel due to the streets.

This hotel was an excellent choice.1 min to Metro. Hotel is very clean. I had lots of room. I am a frequent travller in US and Canada. This exceeded my expectations. Hotel Staff spends an effort to go above and beyond. They have helped me and made my stay more enjoyable. They certainly did not have to. Hotel is quite. Breakfast is excellent. Pictures are not being fair to how good it is. There is more choice in that room than moat hotels with breakfast in north America. Coffee is fresh. I would.like to thank the hotel for all their diligence and exceptional care for guests.

Rooms were clean and air conditioned, showers were nice and clean with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable, attendants were super welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options. Check in/check out was super easy. Everyone working here is also very helpful and knowledgeable with good recommendations and great conversation! Thank you to the breakfast crew and to Matteo!! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Can’t beat location. 10 minute walk to Termini, 12 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, 5 minute walk to Metro station and from there you can get to anywhere in Rome including the Vatican which is only 5 stops from closets Metro Station. Markets close by to stock your fridge, good breakfast included, Great coffee and pastries. Wifi was a bit spotty but nothing you couldn’t work around. Could update TV’s since there is no other amenities so I imagine on a rainy day at least a way to connect your streaming services would be a great addition, you can always bring a Roku or Firestick for that effect. Remember to sign up for a VPN to access other countries programing from Europe. Make sure you bring a small portable steamer if you want to steam some clothes. Pack comfortable shoes and explore Rome. Staff is very helpful and can recommend great restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay here again and maybe book one of there biggest rooms.

Very close to train, very walkable. Plenty of options for hop-on hop-off buses if that is your thing. Good restaurant options nearby. The is a lot of street noise in the day but not bad at night. Only fault was bad shower design in an otherwise nicely updated bathroom.

Really lovely stay , such a characterful property. Our 2 bedroom suite was really spacious it was the perfect location for all the sites. Breakfast was very good, lovely fresh pastries each day. I would certainly recommend.

We had the Quadruple room that was actually larger than anticipated. The room was nice and comfortable. It had a sitting room with a table and chairs besides the two separate bedrooms. The only problem is you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. The room is not on a busy street so it is quiet. Each bedroom has its own air conditioner that works very well. The breakfast is the typical Italian breakfast with ham, cheese, croissants, coffee, etc. The bathroom is large but it could use a new showerhead. It needs to be noted that the entrance to the hotel is just inside the ZTL zone so you cannot drive up to it to unload luggage with your own car.

The property was a bit hard to find initially, so I would just recommend they have better instructions for finding it (unless they did and I completely missed it) but the staff is what makes this hotel so great. The location is pretty nice too, near the main train station and about 15 minute walk from most attractions. The front desk was more than helpful during both the check in and checkout process. Our flight back home was at 7:00AM, and the day before, the front desk helped us book a taxi for 3:30AM and even prepared sandwiches juice for my entire family to take on our flight. Thank you for everything!

Really appreciated the kindness and help of the staff and the room met the needs for being the heart of the city, great dining options nearby, economical, clean, and easy stay. The only challenge was the signage, there are a few buildings off of an internal courtyard... They are straight ahead to the left. Really appreciated this stay

This was a really good find in Rome - very convenient to the train station and to walk around the centre. The room was clean and had everything that I needed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very delicious! I would happily stay here again :)

Rooms were clean and air conditioned, showers were nice and clean with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable, attendants were super welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with a good range of options. Check in/check out was super easy. Everyone working here is also very helpful and knowledgeable with good recommendations and great conversation! Thank you to the breakfast crew and to Matteo!! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Nice and central, welcoming people working there and a nice easy breakfast (glutenfree options awailable). The big draw here is the Irish pub next door (across the street). You will not fall asleep untill 0100! So, the hotel is ok and so on (clean, spacious and friendly staff), but there is a lot of noise from that pub with live music.

To see Rome, you should plan on walking a lot. This hotel is located a convenient walk to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. Trevi Fountain is an equal distance as well. Vatican City is about 35 minutes walk. Despite the hotel being located on a main road, the rooms are quiet. The included breakfast is very delicious. My family and I looked forward to eating it each day.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Can’t beat location. 10 minute walk to Termini, 12 minute walk to Trevi Fountain, 5 minute walk to Metro station and from there you can get to anywhere in Rome including the Vatican which is only 5 stops from closets Metro Station. Markets close by to stock your fridge, good breakfast included, Great coffee and pastries. Wifi was a bit spotty but nothing you couldn’t work around. Could update TV’s since there is no other amenities so I imagine on a rainy day at least a way to connect your streaming services would be a great addition, you can always bring a Roku or Firestick for that effect. Remember to sign up for a VPN to access other countries programing from Europe. Make sure you bring a small portable steamer if you want to steam some clothes. Pack comfortable shoes and explore Rome. Staff is very helpful and can recommend great restaurants and amenities. Would definitely stay here again and maybe book one of there biggest rooms.

Unique: intimate (15 rooms), very nice place 9-10 ; also outstanding breakfast choices personally served & delicious cappuccino & juices. Bed very firm. Short walk 3 minutes to Metro & 9 minutes to Termini train station. Highly recommended.

This hotel was an excellent choice.1 min to Metro. Hotel is very clean. I had lots of room. I am a frequent travller in US and Canada. This exceeded my expectations. Hotel Staff spends an effort to go above and beyond. They have helped me and made my stay more enjoyable. They certainly did not have to. Hotel is quite. Breakfast is excellent. Pictures are not being fair to how good it is. There is more choice in that room than moat hotels with breakfast in north America. Coffee is fresh. I would.like to thank the hotel for all their diligence and exceptional care for guests.

This is a lovely, very central and traditional hotel. My room was nice and cosy, providing me with a powerful A/C unit to keep cool in the heat and a great point from which to start my daily travels within Rome. The hotel breakfast was absolutely a bonus — you must try the pistachio croissant! I had to take two each morning as they were stunning. The hotel staff (including the lady at breakfast) were all so polite and friendly.

Staff were wonderful, especially Matell (spelling?) Great location to train station, Spanish steps and Trevi! Many great restaurants nearby. My only complaint was exceptionally small bars of soap but then how important is that in the whole scheme of things?!?!

Easy distance to many of the sights and close by to public transport. Breakfast was simple yet really good. Only negative point was early checkout time. We asked and had it extended for a hour and we were provided later that day after checking out a space to change clothes and freshen ourselfs before leaving to the airport.
