Possibly the best stay of my life, we loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing, the facilities are top-notch, breakfast is amazing, pool is spotless, laundry in the basement is so easy to access, provides change, sells detergent, gym is great, and the washlet toilets in the rooms are amazing. Rachel Kim in the dining room was a great host, and Peter Kim at the front desk helped us a lot. The subway is steps away, tonnes of great restaurants around, the area is clean and easy to get around, can't say enough good about this place.

Les + : - Ultra confortable, chambre top et spacieuse - Le staff répond aux demandes (demandé une chambre à l’étage le + haut possible et ils nous l’ont donnée sans problème) - Bien situé à 1km du centre de Gangnam - Station de métro à 2 min à pied (Yangjae sortie 2) - Il y a un bar au rdc où on peut prendre un cocktail ou un verre alcoolisé avant 17:00 (miracle !) Les - : - La piscine est sympa mais comme souvent dans les hôtels coréens vous devez réserver un créneau horaire pour y aller (1:30 par jour max.). Et vous devez porter un bonnet ou une casquette (va falloir m’expliquer le rôle de la casquette qd les cheveux ne sont pas attachés…). Ces règles de piscines en Corée sont pénibles et stupides. Enfin pour celle-ci au moins on n’a pas dû payer un supplément. - Les ascenseurs sont souvent bondés et il n’est pas rare de devoir attendre assez longtemps pour en avoir un - Les horaires du check in sont eux aussi pénibles : ici en Corée c’est à 15:00. Vous arrivez 1h avant tant pis pour vous, il faudra attendre 🙄 Résultat : revenus à 15:00, il y avait une file énorme pour le check in… c’est quand même un peu ridicule si les chambres sont prêtes. - Le petit déjeuner est à éviter : les plats sont les restes du dîner de la veille et les clients courent et sont déchaînés au buffet. Pas cosy du tout, on ne se sent pas dans un hôtel de luxe. En plus le staff jette bruyamment les couverts dans des bacs comme dans une cantine scolaire, hôtel de luxe ça ??

부모님과 딸램과 1박 했던 힐튼 가든 인..기계식 주차인데 발렛서비스로 넘 편했구요(1만원 비용발생) 체크인때도 기분좋게 넘 친절하게 응대해주셨어요..방도 깨끗하고 생각보다 넓었습니다. 수영장도 평일이라 사람이 없어 딸램과 수영대결하며 잘 즐겼구요 조식도 깔끔하고 먹을만 했습니다. 아 한식에 미역국이랑 반찬이 넘 짜더라구요(짜게 드시는 부모님이 짜다고 할정도ㅎ) 좀만 싱겁게 해주심 좋을거 같아요 그리고 가장 만족했던 부분은 체크아웃하면서 아이물품 하나를 놓고와서 전화드렸는데 옷장에 제가 옷도 하나 놓고 갔더라구요 인지하지못하고 있었는데 통화했던 직원분께서 말씀해주셔서 알았고 또 택배로 보내주셔서 너무너무 감사했습니다. 부모님께서도 시원하게 잘 쉬고 오셨다고 다음에도 힐튼 가든인 강남 가자고 하십니다. 양재역 2번출구랑 가까워서 교통편도 편리하고 근처에 맛집도 많고 모든면에서 숙박 강추합니다.

I loved this hotel. It was very spacious for our family of four (two teens). The hotel is located on the far south end of Gangnam but it’s easy to get around via bus and subway. I can’t speak to the on site food but frankly I prefer going out to the local places rather than eat at the hotel. The gym was fine for a vacay workout.

Located in the edge of Gangnam area, easy access to the center of Gangnam. There is Self laundry facility on the base floor. That was so convenient for people stay with kids like us. Room is clean and stylish. Staff are nice and polite. I definitely will book this hotel for my next trip to Seoul.

We had the most enjoyable stay at Hilton Garden Inn Gangnam and highly recommend it for a comfortable, convenient stay with wonderfully helpful and English-speaking staff!! Terrific area with tons of local eateries in walking distance and the Yangjae subway station is a block away. Our beds were supremely comfortable and our room was spacious for our family of four. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a highlight of our trip! So many healthy, authentic Korean choices and fresh fruit and fun cereals and yummy yogurt for the kids. Front desk staff were terrific and hailed us an airport taxi in two minutes!

Hotel common areas & guest room were clean. The service was excellent! The breakfast buffet was perfect before heading out for the day. The front desk helped us call a van cab to the airport and went above and beyond for any questions we had. Gangnam station is only one stop away on the subway - everything is close by and accessible. The only thing is that the rooms are slightly thin and I was able to hear people in the room next door during some mornings, but it didn’t bother us. Definitely recommend staying here!

noisy room! I am a lite sleeper so a quiet room it has to be. the staff said they could move me to a new room but I would have to change rooms every day. I was booked for 9 nights. after a very poor 1st night I did not hear from the staff so I booked my flight home in late morning. when I checked out at 3pm the next day they said they had a room for me. I was very angry they had not contacted me of this. went home angry and sad!

The room had a lot of space and was clean. Beds and pillows made for a very good nights sleep. The staff were very attentive and quick to provide assistance. The only issue we had was that the room was prepared for two people when we had booked a family room for three, however the staff were very quick to correct this when asked. Hotel common areas & guest room were clean. The service was excellent! The breakfast buffet was perfect before heading out for the day. This is the third time of our family vacation.we always get several rooms for our family trip. As a premium member staff extended our check out time to 12 pm. But they did not transfer it to thr morning staffs . Ending up rushing ourselves. We love roof top swimming pool.there but one guy was not attentive. Did not check out guests' swimming cap. ( Regulation is requiring swimming cap or ball cap) Not give away towels.... But most of service was good.

Beautiful, clean, modern property. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Very gracious and kind even to foreigners. They held our bags at the front desk for us and delivered bottled water to our room free of charge when requested. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!!

Location ! Location ! If you want to see the upscale night life the hustle bustle ? This is the place to stay !! Friendly staff ! All of them proficient in English and will guide you where you need to go ! Room was excellent , clean and when I say clean yes the sheets the floor clean ! The bus /train stop is 3-5 min walk ! If I go back , I will stay at this location at this hotel !
