My wife and I wanted a 5 night getaway in Nashville, and this hotel is in a great location to walk to Broadway, CMHF, and other major venues. The room was comfortable, well designed with nice beds, plenty of space to spread out, and great lighting and USB charging ports. We had a problem with the auto valet - they lost our car twice, once assigning it to another person, and another time bringing the wrong car from the garage. Average time to deliver the car, when they found it, was around 20 minutes. The front desk was pleasant but somewhat amateurish as if they did not understand what hospitality was all about. Housekeeping missed making up our room one day, even after we had let the front desk know we would be out all day and to make up the room. Other that that, it's a good hotel - the restaurant is expensive and there are plenty of other choices in the neighborhood.

I'm giving a 5 star for everything because the staff, the facilites the FOOD (wow) was amazing. There was one hiccup which I hope someone reads this in management and addresses it as I felt I shouldn't kill a great time, 5 star review because some knucklehead made a dumb decision. It took the valet almost 20 minutes to get us our car after we checked out which wasn't as alarming as when our vehicle was pulled up, the passenger front seat was laid completely back (maybe nap time for someone?) and the radio station was off our XM radio and on a local rap channel, REALLY? Now it made me wonder if they didn't go through my glove box, center console, etc. Again, I do hope someone finds out who was resposible for this inexcusable act and sends them down the road, because some people might not be as kind as myself

Great hotel. Staff was very friendly, hotel was super clean. Gym is nice but very limited with weights. Great for cardio though. There was free coffee every day which was nice, but they didn't have live music on Friday evening when we arrived like I read. The pool also didn't seem heated. I would however definitely stay again because of its proximity to restaurants and bars but not so close that noise was an issue.

Hotel is good but the valet dented my BMW car and pretended to take full responsibility till I check out then completely denied any damage. They have a third party loophole that makes them not responsible for any damages and now i have to go through my insurance to get it fixed. For $60 a night valet service you would think they will take some responsibility. If you are going there, don't park your car with them.

This hotel was very well appointed , super clean, great staff. I am very picky when it comes to hotels. I travel pretty often. This is by far the cleanest hotel I have been in in a very long time. Rooms are spacious , beautiful furnishings, great bathroom.

There were skid marks in the toilet from the last guest. Large crumbs of chocolate chip cookies on the floor in front of the bed…even a couple full chocolate chips. The room was obviously not cleaned before we checked in. Even though the bed looked fresh, made me wonder about what was sleeping on.

Location was great, close to Broadway. Front desk staff were wonderful. Room was not properly cleaned. Carpet was dirty and stained in multiple areas. Housekeeping did not clean our room or pick up the trash for two days, even after requesting it.

The staff were fantastic. Unfortunately we weren’t aware that the expensive valet fee was actually way less than what the city charges you to park in the closest garage. The hotel was really unique and the room was well appointed. There were robes in the closet along with nice amenities. The bed was comfortable and it’s very close to Broadway. There was a trash item on the bathroom counter from the previous guest and the floor was pretty dirty which were the only unfortunate takeaways.

Check in staff friendly on arrival & departure. Good location to downtown, hotel relatively quiet at night. Ate at Ella’s in the bar first night and was good service, staff were attentive. Came back one afternoon and was ignored by bar staff (male seemed to be more interested in chatting to female staff than serving guests). I was ignored me for 5 mins whilst waiting at the bar. When eventually greeted menus were handed to me as if I was an inconvenience, no one came to serve us so we left. A shame as we were staying at the hotel. Housekeeping (if you can call it that) is not the most attentive and seems to pick and choose what they do each day. Pretty much your bed is made & two bottles of water placed in your room (which is a ‘perk’ of the resort fee) other than that they don’t clean the rooms, replace dirty cups etc. Rooms could be cleaner, floor was pretty grim on arrival and hadn’t been hoovered, found an old sock under the bed, hairs on bedside table. Overall an okay stay, would be good if they could sort the cleanliness, housekeeping & service in the bar.

The hotel was nice but our room was not clean. We upgraded to a suite and paid a substantial amount for a couch that was so filthy we couldn’t sit on it. Disappointing. The hotel itself was nice.

This property is in a perfect location. It is very close to broadway but far enough to now get the noise of it. The property itself is very well kept. The only downside is the walls are thin and you hear a lot in hotel hall and anointing rooms. Also emergency vehicles are very load. With all that I would stay again

Loved the large window and view from the room. Hardwood floor was nice to see vs. carpet. Staff was very nice. Great area to stay in. Didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool but looked nice from the hallway window view.

While I love being eco-friendly, having the lights in the bathroom time out was a bit annoying. Couldn't the entryway lights or even the lights in the room be on a timer instead? Also, the walls were thin as I could hear the folks next me to as though they were sitting in my room. Lastly, the $5 daily credit I was told I'd receive didn't actually seem to work as one would expect as I was told that while I earned it on the day of check in and the day before, I didn't earn it on the day of check out. That doesn't seem to make sense. That's not how breakfast vouchers work. The person who checked me in was fabulous but can't say the same for the the woman who checked me out.

Arrived shortly before check in, room not ready. There were plenty of rooms for at least twenty other guests as I Had to wait almost an hour, and then was not able to get the room I had reserved. I only got a small standard king room with no view of broadway. No concern at all from the staff as I waited in the lobby with a cast on my foot while they assisted everyone else.

We loved everything! So walkable to Broadway. Beautiful and comfortable room. Our only complaint is the women at the bar/ breakfast area were pretty rude. We were getting coffee the hotel offered and they were not nice at all. That being said we had good service in the restaurant.

Did not appreciate the "destination Fee" and Parking was $30 More a night than the Greenbriar!!! Hotel did offset the destination charge with credits for our breakfast, which I thought was very nice. Bell staff is understaffed, for a hotel of this size, they should offer this service. Food at hotel was excellent! Room was well serviced and cleaned everyday. Overall, a good place to stay, especially if you want easy access to downtown Nashville.

All the staff was so friendly. We declined room service and received a text shortly after asking if we needed anything, which i thought was great. I replied we could use extra towels, they were delivered within twenty minutes. The restaurant Ella's was delicious and we had perfect service from our server Matt.

Overall we had a very nice stay. Room was nice. Hotel was in walking distance of everything we came there to attend. We felt a little unsafe on some of the side streets around the hotel both day and night. Did not eat at the hotel as we didn’t feel there was enough options on the menu.

Hyatt Centric Nashville was a great property. Very nice decor in lobby/bar. Room was not large however, the wall art, lighting and bathroom design were really nice. Bar- great craft cocktails. Location was great- just off of the business of Broadway. I’d def stay again.

It’s was very convenient to get to broadway. A lot of good food and bars around no uber needed. The mall was less than a 14 min walk. The restaurant had a great bfast and the live music was a super cute touch. The only cons ($60 per night valet parking & $22 vacation fee or whatever it was). Most hotels have these fees but it adds up QUICK. Other than that the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very nice. Beds are also super comfy as well.

Katlyn at Ella’s bar Friday and Saturday and Savanna at Ella’s breakfast Sunday were amazing. So happy and friendly. Loved talking with them. Front desk guys were also very helpful and friendly. I can't stop raving about my experience here! Not only is it centrally located to great dining spots, Broadway attractions, and tours, the restaurants onsite are AMAZING!! Ella's and the Pancake pantry were phenomenal. The staff at the hotel were great and friendly and very welcoming. 1000/10...I'd recommend and return!

Stayed at this Hyatt property in Nashville recently and had a great experience overall. The hotel itself was very clean, well-kept, and honestly smelled really nice throughout—I don’t know what they’re pumping through the HVAC, but I liked it. The room was super comfortable, linens were great, and the bathroom was spotless. View wasn’t much to write home about, but that’s more about the surrounding area than the hotel. Staff were friendly across the board. One bartender in particular, David, stood out—super personable, made a great drink, and just brought good energy to the pool bar. Speaking of which, the pool and poolside bar were both excellent spots to hang out. Chill vibes all around. We ate at the attached restaurant in the evening—just appetizers, which were fine, a little pricey but nothing shocking. Service there was great though, and our bartender Kayla was really sweet. A few things to note: valet is basically required and runs around $60–$70. It’s quick and smooth, but just know it’s not exactly optional. Also, if you book with breakfast included, it’s a $15 credit, which won’t cover a full meal but helps. Breakfast itself was solid—my burrito was excellent, and my partner’s eggs benedict was spot on. They were out of a few things, but it was right after the holiday weekend, so understandable. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again. Great atmosphere, great staff, and just a really pleasant experience all around.
