Property is within walking distance to a few tourist attractions and 5 minute walk to Asakusa station. Nice view of Tokyo Skytree from balcony. The room is very clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including kitchenette and washing machine!

As we expected, it was a simple, decent base for staying in the Asakusa area. We had a studio apartment which was spacious enough for two and fit for purpose. Washing machine was a bonus (there is hanging space for laundry in the bathroom, which converts to a drying room, with extra hangers available from reception). Lovely views from the front balcony, and from the entrance door back across the river to Asakusa. We liked the location - it was nice to cross the river in the morning and evening and it felt quiet to come home to. Very reasonably priced for Tokyo and with easy transport links to everywhere. The ability to leave our luggage securely for the day after checkout was appreciated (the hotel can also arrange same day luggage transfers to airports). The AI assistant in the studio was unexpected and various written instructions telling us what we could and couldn't do there felt a little odd for a hotel, but overall we were happy with our stay.

The property itself was quiet, clean, and spacious for the price. There were several convenience stores around us and we felt safe walking around. Nice a/c and all the staff members were nice. Google translate was easy to use with everyone. They charge 1000 yen for extended stay (per hour), which is a great deal. And they have luggage storing if you want to explore more after you check out. This is not to blame the hotel, but I booked this place thinking the 5 min walk to the nearest station wouldn’t be that bad. After long days, it can be tiring. There must also be a hospital or something nearby because there were many ambulances passing by. Overall, good stay for the price.

Wir konnten unser Gepäck vor dem Check-In und nach dem Check-Out in der Unterkunft lassen. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment war genauso wie beworben und einwandfrei sauber. Einige Sachen können kostenlos ausgeliehen werden, wie z.B. ein Glätteisen. Für unseren Aufenthalt von 16Tagen durften wir die Reinigung des Apartments vier Mal bestellen, was wir nur zwei Mal in Anspruch genommen haben. Der Apartmentkomplex ist an einer viel befahren Straße, natürlich ist es da etwas lauter. Das war aber schon vorher vollkommen klar und wurde entsprechend kommuniziert. Für uns kein Thema. Dafür waren wir in der Nähe von Asakusa und vom Tokyo Skytree. Alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Asakusa Station ist sehr nah, was wirklich praktisch ist, da diese Line ebenfalls zu den Flughäfen fährt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und einen schönen Aufenthalt.

The property is located at residential area and also, nearby Asakusa’s broadway, Tokyo Sky tree, and Sensoji Temple. Around Tokyo, there are plenty of Family Mart and 7 Eleven at every corners and vending machines for water and soft drink. What I like for this property is separate toilet, shower, and sink.Also, Kitchen, microwave, electric kettle, on-suite washer, and cloth detergent are the plus even though we did not use them much. One thing you need to pay attention is the reception hours until midnight. We had no issue with the reception hours.

On arrival, the staff were very kind, the room was very clean (and big compared to many other places we stayed in Japan). It had a kitchenette with a stove top too, big fridge, washing machine, great aircon, balcony, soaking bath/room and so central and local to many fantastic sights in Tokyo. It’s about a 7 minute walk to the train station and close to 7/11 and a supermarket. 100% recommend to everyone. 10 out of 10! Thank you for the enjoyable and comfortable stay!

The location is good and it is a quiet place. Kitchen, pan, plates and bowls n are prepared. You can bring whatever you like during your stay even pre- cooked food. Microwave isset for warm cooked meals. Only one thing, the bath room is not cleaned very well.

部屋のテレビがつかなかった。床に髪の毛が落ちていたり、汚れがついていたり、2面鏡の中に前のお客さんの使用済みのものが入ってたり、掃除は行き届いていません。 お風呂の掃除用具がなくレンタルをお願いしたら、通常は貸し出していないので今回だけと言われました。予約の際、連泊をお勧めしているのに基本的な掃除用具が揃ってないのは不満でした。 1回目に利用した時よりもサービスの質が下がっていた気がします。 部屋に洗濯機があり浴室乾燥もあるところがとても満足している点です。 レジデンシャルホテルは増えてきているので、同じ設備のホテルができたらこちらのホテルは選びません。

We loved everything about the room except for the bed and a small issue with the kitchen. The terrace was big and had a great view of Sky Tree. The kitchen area was larger than typical hotels, with a fridge big enough to fit a few days of groceries. The room size was great!! However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. You can feel the springs poking you as you lay down. The bedding also was not clean and the pillows were yellow. Even after we asked for new bedding, we were given stained sheets. Also, one of the burners on the kitchen stove did not work. It sparked whenever you turned the stove on which was pretty scary.

Great apt hotel ! Fit the 4 of us nicely and has a balcony!!! You can see Tokyo tree from balcony! About 15-20 min walk to Tokyo tree but only 6 min walk to Asakusa station. Friendly staff. Easy check in check out. Highly recommend !

We had a washing machine in our hotel room which was very convenient. Bathroom turned into a drying room. Room was clean with kitchen facilities and a small table and two chairs. Balcony overlooked other high rise buildings. Short walk across the bridge to the main part of Asakusa. Convience stores close by.

Location is great, just walk 10 minutes to Asakusa, and around 15 minutes walk to Skytree, parking is the cheapest one that i have ever parked in Tokyo for over-night (if you parked at 10pm and pick up at 8am, it just 500yen!), my family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the big room and the room is big enough and we still have lots of space for open all 3 big suitcases and kids still can walk around. And the other thing that i like is i can watch local TV! Overall this hotel is excellent and i will stay at this hotel again when i back to Tokyo!!!

A decent size for Japanese accommodation. We liked how toilet and shower were seperated. The room was a bit small if shared between 3 people, good size for 2 people. The single sofa bed was so hard it was difficult to sleep on.

This hotel is clean, modern and very safe. Staff is professional. They even allowed me to ship an item I ordered online. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a safe and clean lodging. Room is a bit small, but three of us fit comfortably together in one room

Room was spacious, had all the amenities (although some you had to get from reception). Only drawbacks were they don’t replace bedsheets or towels, but you can get new towels from the front desk. Washer and dryer worked great, kitchenette was well stocked with utensils. Fridge had a freezer as well. Location is very convenient with a great view of the Tokyo Skytree and the river. Very happy with our stay here.

We loved our stay here, the receptionists were very welcoming. We had our luggage shipped from another location on our trip and it was their waiting for us safe and sound. Overall this was a great place to stay.

Our stay at the hotel was great. For awareness, this is not a "classic" hotel, it's more likely a small department where you have your own kitchen, fridge and you are responsible of keeping them clean on a daily basis, taking downstair the trash and other minor tasks. Of course you can request to change towels. For longer stays, you have a limited number of requests for cleaning the room. Since we are more independent, we really liked this kind of freedom. If you like someone to do all the tasks for you, maybe this is not recommended for you. The room was bigger compared to japanese standards hotels. It's located in a pretty quiet neighborhood with a couple of konbini and food stores nearby. The Asakusa and Ginza lines were about a 5 minutes walk from the hotel, we did most of our trips using those lines or combining them with other line. This property was lovely. Great room with plenty of storage to 2 suitcases and all our souvenirs. We had a bit of trouble working out the shower and bath setup. Everything else was beyond our expectations. Great views of the river & Skytree. Luggage storage was very secure. And they called a taxi for us to head off which arrived quickly.

A guy surprised us with his impolitic attitude. It was my first time to think a Japanese who is not nice and polite. He rang our doorbell and behaved quite rude. Although we had around half hour late, it’s not my normal practice for see Japanese hotel staff being so rude, and I even wanna get back my apologies. We’re willing to pay that ¥1000, and we didn’t say a word, but I don’t accept such rude attitude.

Asakusa is a great cultural area and this hotel is located close to everything in the neighbourhood. A bit far from places are Shibuya and Shinjuku, but communication is great so it’s not a big challenge in case you are used to the public transportation

Location is great, just walk 10 minutes to Asakusa, and around 15 minutes walk to Skytree, parking is the cheapest one that i have ever parked in Tokyo for over-night (if you parked at 10pm and pick up at 8am, it just 500yen!), my family (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the big room and the room is big enough and we still have lots of space for open all 3 big suitcases and kids still can walk around. And the other thing that i like is i can watch local TV! Overall this hotel is excellent and i will stay at this hotel again when i back to Tokyo!!!

Nice apartment with all the essentials under one roof. We liked the bathroom especially which was spacious and the drying function for the laundry. Train / subway/ restaurants/ shopping all within walking distance. It’s quiet during the night without too much traffic. Highly recommend !

Great apt hotel ! Fit the 4 of us nicely and has a balcony!!! You can see Tokyo tree from balcony! About 15-20 min walk to Tokyo tree but only 6 min walk to Asakusa station. Friendly staff. Easy check in check out. Highly recommend !

Hotel is near a few tourist spots. Great for souvenir shopping and kimono dressing up. Lots of food and shopping however, it’s 45 minutes from the central city like Shibuya. We booked for a room for 5. The twin/full size beds are quit small and kind of compact for 5 adults with two “full size” and a sofa bed. Airport transportation is convenient which is a place which is the plus.

We didn’t enjoy the rooms. The mattresses in Japan are the most comfortable and the ones we got here were super sunken in. The rooms were smaller than they looked in the pictures and the staff was not very accommodating.

We loved it here. Lovely, quiet neighborhood but still close to major attractions and subway lines. We were able to get groceries and make light meals in the room which was great for our trip. Internet was fast and reliable and the staff were friendly each day. The only 2 things that could be improved would be: Laundry - there isn’t enough space in the bathroom to hang things to dry. A line or a rack on the balcony would have been great. Garbage - the room had a book that showed us how to use everything but a page on separating trash would have been very helpful. It was a little confusing about what needed to go with what, (small plastic wrappers, paper cups, foil pieces, etc.), so it would have been nice to have that guidance to make sure we were doing it correctly. We would definitely stay here again.
