They have a nice, big pool. 8&1/2ft deep! There is no security, but the area is safe. The facility is worn out and sadly rundown, but the cost to stay is very low. They advertise a workout room. That’s phony. They have a busted up treadmill and a 20yr old exercise bike. They advertise a free breakfast. It’s free, but not worth it. It was quiet and the other guests were all nice. Staff was friendly. I caught a big ole toad in my room and released it outside. Other than that, the room was fine.

We took this for spaciousness. It is spacious. But the service is terrible. Breakfast is limited and a mess. Minimal to No room service. Ice machine broken. All gym machines broken. Pool goes upto 8ft+ deep which is impressive for hotels and I like it - but as it is winter can't take advantage of that.

You get out you pay for. There is no elevator for this two story motel. There was no soap in the room. the towels were small and rough. The free breakfast was bread, bread, and bread. Only waffles, cereal, and bread for toast was offered. There was coffee, and juice and cereal bars. The pool was nice but every time we went to the pool there were no pool towels provided. We have no intention of staying there again.

The rooms were very, very clean! No bugs at all which the price had me worried. The trash in the common areas sometimes got over full, but it didn’t cause any pest issues. A little dated/old but I loved the retro feel. Pool was amazing. Rooms were amazing. Convenient location close to a shopping mall and many plazas.

Property is older and badly needs updates. No hot water during my stay & no discount for that inconvenience. All doors need repair, both doors on rooms & doors between buildings. Nice landscaping but some fence gates locked between parking lot and hotel buildings. No elevator to 2nd floor. Limited parking.

The pool area had nice furniture and was relaxing. Lots of smoking around pool area though. The room had a lot of stains on the furniture. Short on shampoo and was not as pictured. Breakfast options were very limited.

The room was filthy, there were multiple deads bugs, a cockroach, and the ground was sticky and dirty. I stay in budget hotels all year long, but this was the first time I felt like a place was too unsanitary to stay in. The bathroom sink was dirty, the towels were dirty - this place was a disaster.

I waited at the front desk for over 30 mins to check in. Once checked in finally, walked in to find tons of trash all over with people smoking everywhere. Breakfast was someone handing you a bag of muffins. Mold all over the bathroom, no soap to wash your hands or anything provided. Two bath towels and that’s was it.

I would not send my worst enemy to this property. From the moment we stepped foot on property until we left, it was horrible. My first sign should have been the "no refunds after 15 minutes of checking in" policy. We stayed in room 160. The room had bugs and mold in the bathroom. I have photos and videos. We requested towels as there was one hand towel, one washcloth and one bath towel. We were told there were no towels available. The outside doors were not secure nor locked. The amount of illegal substances that could be smelled in the hallway of a non-smoking property was ridiculous. The patio door was sealed shut. There was rust that flaked off on the door from the lock. The bathroom door (wood) was so warped, it required force to open and close it. The breakfast offerings were substandard at best. The pool was advertised as year round but had a layer of filth on it. I bought my concerns to multiple staff members and was told there was nothing to be done. I will be contacting local health inspection to document concerns as well. Travelocity and Garnet Inn should be ashamed to market this property.

This place was very bad and nasty. I went for a one night stay and did not last an hour. The place was extremely unsafe with gates and access doors to the building left open and unable to lock. The hall smelled very strongly of cigarettes and the room smelled like a mixture of mildew, moisture, and bleach. I immediately looked for a new place to stay because I felt unsafe and everything felt and looked unclean. It did not look like any of the photos other than the bedding. I do not recommend this to anyone and it should not be on expedia.

I really wish I could rate them higher because the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the property was very run down. My room had small bugs crawling on the bathroom sink and on the nightstand. This made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. The air conditioner in my room was incredibly, unreasonably loud. Minutes after I checked in, staff arrived to inform me that they didn’t get to finish working on it before I arrived, so they asked me to have workers come in to finish fixing it (note that I did not arrive until 1 hour after check-in). I am not sure what they did to “fix” it, but it was still the loudest air conditioner I had ever heard in my life, which made it very difficult to fall asleep. The bathtub was…gross, and had no proper drain plug, just a hole at the bottom with no hardware around it. The shower-head was clearly very old and was yellowed. I only needed to stay overnight to sleep, so all of this was tolerable for a few hours. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Affordable and 18 minutes from the airport. For the rest, it's run down, shower was clogged, no phone in room, no outlets near bed to plug your cel phone, bulbs out, TV had a permanet streak smack dab in the middle of it.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is the most important to me. When we went to check in the person was playing video games and we had to wait 5 or 6 minutes watching her play before she put it down. The breakfast wasn’t bad- no hot stuff unless you toast it, and nothing to drink except coffee. Not sure what people did for kids. Oh, and there aren’t any “do not disturb” signs which sounds like a little thing but housekeeping literally walked in on my room while we were in it.

The first room I was assigned actually had no beds in it so I had to get another room. The hallways smelled of smoke and mildew and if there is a strong rain like the evening of my stay the Northern section of the property floods including the inner hallways between sections A and B and the adjacent parking lot remained flooded well into the afternoon. The shower water never heated past barely warm. The twin bed rooms were large and it had a large refrigerator that was not really cold but that was the only positive thing I can say about the property.

I was not informed at check-in that the water heater was broken. I was there five days. No hot water. The bed was quite comfortable, even though the place was noisy. The morning waffles were good - the only good part of breakfast. The people service was curt and brusque. The dyed neon red haired woman was the worst. The facility is in a sketchy neighborhood, even though the hotel was conveniently located for my purposes. It needs a lot of refreshing and fixing. I was not offered a partial refund for the lack of hot water. Will not choose this place again.

There was no turndown service or towel replacement. The cold handle on the bathroom faucet was broken off. No room phone or alarm clock. All the outlets were on the wall opposite the bed (would have needed an extension cord).

WiFi were very weak can’t get any signal. Our room hair dryer was not working for 2 of 3 days we staying, they didn’t fixed it until last day. I asked charged room for better WiFi signal they said not available it was all sold out.

The hotel froze $100 on my account as a deposit, but no one explained it clearly at check-in. I was later told it has to be refunded through Expedia, yet nobody gives clear instructions on how to get my money back. This lack of transparency is very frustrating — travelers should be aware before booking. I found a dead cockroach on the floor that remained there for two days. Communication was difficult as the housekeeper spoke only Spanish, and the receptionist with red hair was harsh, making us feel unwelcome. The “breakfast” was almost non-existent — nothing like what was advertised. What made things even worse was that every morning there was a man sitting in the kitchen area next to the reception, playing loud music on his radio. His unkempt appearance, with visibly swollen feet and poor hygiene, made the dining area feel unsanitary and very uncomfortable. On the positive side, the air conditioning in the room worked well, and when I gave my documents to the front desk, they were returned safely.

DON’T STAY HERE!!! There was no one at the desk when we arrived. No one even answered the phone. We waited 20 minutes and I had to contact corporate to get any assistance. When someone finally showed up we were told there was no hot water in the hotel and that we could stay but there would be no discounts given or cancel and find a new hotel. It was 11:30pm at this point and we had our 8yr old just needing to go to bed after being Sea World all day. We stayed out of desperation. The room was poorly remodeled. Bed was at least comfortable. Hall was loud, noise came right through the door. Smoke alarm in hall chirped ALL night needing a new battery. To top it off, at 1:00am a couple checked in, was assigned our room, was given keys to our room, and tried entering our room. If we had not had the safety lock on the door these people would have entered the room while we were sleeping. How does the desk clerk assign a second party to a room that is ALREADY OCCUPIED? All the desk clerk could say was “sorry”. After breakfast we tried to return to our room and were locked out because our keys had been cancelled. All the desk clerk could say was, “oh I heard about the mix up last night”. MIX UP!?!? We will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

There was an old lady that yells to the customers without any reason. On December 30th I saw her yelling a girl in the breackfast room when she was making pancackes. I suffer the yelling when I enter into the laudry looking for someone for towel exchanging. She must learn than customers need to betreated politely

The room didn’t have no heat they said they were sending someone to come look at it but they never showed up called the front desk lady was rude and she telling me it’s nothing they can do ask to speak with a manager of course she says they won’t be in until Monday….. how do u run a business with no manager on the premises this place is horrible and I will never go back

Upon walking into the hotel it stank nasty. No extra pillows or towels available at request. Ice machine at our building not functional. No phone in the room. No clock in our room. Hotel staff are miserable. People on our floor banging their doors open and closed at 1am. Yelling and crying in the hallway. Literally no sound proofing. We heard these savages running up and down the hallways into the morning blaring videos on their cellphones. I feel like money was robbed from me with this reservation. What a nightmare of an experience. Save yourself the trouble and do not stay here. Pay more and opt for a chain. This is def top 3 worst stays ever.

I went to Orlando last weekend and I stayed in this hotel for one night, I made the deposit they need, but the didn’t explain how is the process to return the money, and when I called they told me that they already made it but I can’t see that on my bank account, when I tried to ask the girl who answer the phone hang up and I couldn’t know, what’s going on.

The staff is very nice, the room was clean but has a little bit of smell like a humid. The breakfast only has coffee, cereal, juice and waffles(you make them). Location is excellent, restaurant just at 100 feet and 24 market is just at 200 feet. Direct access to main road to move around, at 15 minutes travel time there is all kind of stores

Sketchy area which you can’t help but the lobby and hallways were filthy. Sticky floors, popping floor tiles, outside lights flickering, all the outside side entrances into the hotel were all open for anyone to walk in. Duct tape on the push bars, musty sank smells in the halls. Room was adequate. Good for a quick one night stay which is what I needed.

The staff at the front desk were great! The hotel has a lot of potential though, I’m sure improvements and renovations don’t happen over night. I would like to see this hotel thrive :) It was comfortable. Close to a lot of places to eat and shopping centers.

This was one of our biggest disappointments ever. The standard of the room was way below what you expect from a 3-star hotel. The booking stated that you provide ”Free toiletries”. The shampoo dispenser was broken and there was no soap dispenser. Our booking also stated that you serve a Continental Breakfast. When we came down in the morning there was no bread, no egg dishes, no yoghurts and no vegetables, and when we asked the personell we were told that you don’t serve breakfast! When guests were trying to have a quiet morning moment some big, overweight guy sat there playing loud music from his mobile phone! The personell working obviously knew him but didn’t tell him to turn it off, and when we asked about that or the lack breakfast they responded with great arrogance.

I found two hotel options with similar prices. One is much closer to my event but doesn’t offer breakfast, while this hotel includes breakfast. However, it turns out that the breakfast at this hotel is very limited and only available during a short window. If you wake up early, some items like juice and snacks aren’t out yet, and if you wake up late, they’re already gone. I ended up having to buy breakfast elsewhere -- so I recommend not factoring breakfast into your decision.

It was a quick and good get away. The Only thing is breakfast could be better but other then that the pool and the stay was pretty good. Room and bathroom seemed clean. Definitely would need to bring your essentials as not much is provided.
