Loved the pool and lazy river! The laundry room had several dryers that took my coins but wouldn’t start and then the one I finally had running for 45 minutes left my clothes still completely soaked and they said they couldn’t refund my money. They charged $21.95 bc my kids opened the water bottles in the room. Overall a great experience though. The kids room in the family suite was so fun looking with its own tv and they loved it!

The lodge and camp grounds are amazing! The people are friendly, the food is good, there is plenty to do, it is clean, and the atmosphere is perfection. We will definitely be back and throughly enjoyed our stay. Feedback for management and word of caution to others: the pool surface is rough. So rough my son had blisters from the pool after his first swim. We purchased water shoes and he was able to have fun once he had water shoes. The pool even scuffed up the water shoes. For the sensitive skin people, take water shoes. For management, look into how you can fix the surface of the pool because it’s possible; could be something no one has considered bringing to your attention. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and recommended Camp Margaritaville to anyone!

This was our first stay at this location. Very family friendly! Loved the set up of the whole facility! Very close to SO much fun! Arcade room, pool (great slide), fire pit (with s’mores), and lazy river were huge hits for the kids. Things that would have gotten the last star: the trash can in the room was super small (an odd point until you have a family of five trying to keep the room tidy), perhaps improving the quality of the paper products in the room, overall cleaning of the room (especially the shower), and receptiveness of the staff (some were wonderful, including the night guard at the lazy river). Also, we didn’t bring out pup with us, but this location is SUPER dog friendly! Thank you for the fun stay!

Not enough seating around the pool area at all. For the money people pay to stay at this beautiful location, then there is absolutely no room in the pool area really upset us as we were specifically visitingfor my 5 year old sons birthday. Saturday we had a horrible day because we couldn't even find a place to stand in the main pool area. The lazy river should have a hot tub since the only hot tub was full of kids.

Good stay here, clean and comfortable. Bed is fine, not too firm, but the pillows are very soft and flatten into a pancake. Plentiful parking right by the entrance but it wasnt super busy when we stayed. The restaurant was very good, excellent service. The strawberry moonshine drink is delicious. The part we liked the least was the added cost to partake in the amenities. The pool and lazy river are the only free activities. They have a nice entertainment area in the lowest level with an arcade, duck pin bowling, pool tables and other activities. BUT every activity is an added charge. They also have a standard hotel breakfast buffet but that is an added cost as well. Considering the cost of the room AND the resort fee they charge, all of those things should be complimentary, in our opinion.

The room was a very nice size for a family of 5 with the 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds. The hotel had many amenities, nice pool with a lazy river, pool side bar and a nice restaurant for dinner. The arcade was perfect size for the size of the property. And the downstairs bar was inviting with all the activities. If you want a hotel with good size rooms and plenty to do on site, this is perfect.

We chose to stay here because of the extra room with twin beds for kids. Staff were friendly, location was great but the shower had black mold in it. The rest of the room was clean. We asked them to come and clean it and the mold had been there so long it stained the caulking still had black spots afterward. The concierge was rightfully mortified when we told her and addressed the issue immediately and refunded us our $50 reservation fee. The hotel itself has a lot of amenities, including a lazy river and separate pool with slide, bowling and arcade and the location in pigeon forge is great too because it’s close to gatlinburg if you want to visit either or.

The tub was filthy we stayed for 2 days and didn’t shower because there was no way we were using that shower. It was obvious it hadn’t been washed in a long time because the floor was black. The fridge didn’t work well so we had to use the ice bucket to keep our baby’s formula cold. The king size bed was extremely hard, the 2 twin beds were ok. We liked the arcade and the over all atmosphere of the place but the room definitely could’ve been cleaned better. We won’t be staying there again.

One of the CLEANEST hotels I've ever visited--and I'm a former inspector! Rooms are HUGE! All common areas are super clean too! Friendly staff. Loved Fins for eating - pork nacho appetizer is easily a meal for 2! Great drinks too. Lots of parking. Great beds, great housekeeping, free bottles of water in the room. Will happily return

Up on a hill away from the main strip and nice views of mountains, but only rooms with balconies will enjoy these rooms. We had a view of the parking lot. There were hairs in the shower that were present on arrival and dust on the light fixtures. The rooms were large and there was plenty to do. Heated pools in October were a definite plus.

The hotel is beautiful! The facilities were clean and there were plenty of activities. The only real down fall was that the music in the hallways were so loud you can hear it in the rooms. The room walls must be thin too because you could hear everything. Over all the hotel was nice and I’d definitely stay again but request the top floor away from the elevators.

The Lodge was a great place to stay as it was off the main drag so there wasn't noise at night. It was clean. They had activities everyday planned. The pool and lazy river were clean. The staff was friendly. I did have one issue which was that the mattress was very hard but when I went to tell the staff member at the front desk, she notified housekeeping in which they put a comforter on top of the matress in which it made the matress more comfortable to sleep on. My family and I were grateful. The breakfast was delicious and we had lunch in the restaurant on site which the meals were delicious as well. Housekeeping did a great job every morning cleaning the room. You can drive to the Island or go down the hill from the Lodge and the Trolley can pick you up. The WiFi wasn't that great but not that bad either. I highly recommend this place if you plan on visiting Pigeon Forge.

I loved how laidback the environment was and how it is a truly family friendly resort. No one bats an eye as kids are running around having the time of their lives in the arcade or being maniacs in the pool. There’s lots of space to sit and eat and drink around the pool while they play which is lovely. My only gripe is that when we checked in, we were given “goodies” to use during our stay. They were vouchers for coupons and tickets (for off site attractions) that we were told could be redeemed at the concierge desk. We had planned a whole portion of one of our days around the discounts only to find out that the concierge wouldn’t be on property until nearly noon and that no one else could redeem them for us. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. Then we went to the mercantile store with one of the coupons for half off a specialty coffee only to be told they didn’t even have the fancy coffee machine anymore and only had basic hotel coffee on offer. Why give the coupon and disappoint your guests?! I know this is a small thing- and the resort is great- I just felt lied to and disappointed right at the end of our stay and had us leaving on a negative note.

Our bathroom, shower and floor wasn’t very clean, We was told by the front desk pull up at nine. We go out to the pool and only for our two children to get wet then a gentleman comes and tells us we have to leave because it doesn’t Open till 10 and made us sit outside and wait. Then when I checked in, I had asked for a late check out she said I could have 12 noon that she would put it in my file so before returning to the room this morning after visit to the swimming pool, I had a phone call and knock at the door at 11:15 asking why our belongings were still in the room. The staff needs to do their job correctly so when we check in, obviously the lady didn’t do her job by not noting that we had late check out the staff the second day told us incorrect hour at the pool is open , you’re going to hire employees please at least assure that they do their jobs

My stay was AMAZING! We stayed a total of three nights. Everyone was so helpful & nice ❤️. They are big on giving the ultimate experience of the entire resort. Seth is so amazing, I've never met a bartender that treats each customer as a high priority. There was also a older woman who was amazing my entire stay. She stayed speaking sweet words and making me feel like a beautiful bride. The food is worth every dime. Everything was seasoned to perfection, and hot. Our room stayed cleaned to perfection as well. The arcade was for all ages as well. We had a blast ! Like many couples we met there. I'll be coming every year to celebrate my marriage there. This hotel is the epitome of Perfection in ALL areas!

Check in and room was great. Have stayed here before with family without problem. Only issue we had was a very rude bartender by the pool. While family was swimming went to get beverages. Kept overlooking me to get people drinks with free drink tickets then finally they asked what I need first thing I asked if they offer non alcoholic beer for myself she immediately got an attitude and said no , so ordered two sprites and an alcoholic drink for the wife. She says I need your id . Well I’m by the pool no wallet and gonna use room charge. I’m almost 50 and watched atleast 8 people get served ahead of me no id and half my age, And she refused service and walked off mumbling under her breath . Beyond that nice stay but put a bad taste in my mouth rest of weekend.

I requested a room away from elevators when I booked, and when I got to my room it was immediately within 3 steps from the elevator. And of course, screaming kids waiting for elevator. Luckily they had a different room for me to move to. Due to being pet friendly site, I was awoken by barking dogs in other rooms every morning starting around 7am, every day of my 6 day stay. My new room did not have a working phone nor working alarm clock and the electrical socket by table and chairs also didn't work. Food was good, site was clean, bartender by arcade was great, room was clean, kids weren't allowed in hot tub yet often were in it playing. I received no response from their website contact page when I sent enquiries prior to my arrival. I also wasn't asked how my visit was when I checked out. Concierge booked us Dolly Parton Stampede tickets at a discount (if we participated in timeshare presentation) but didn't tell us to show up an hour early for all the preshow activities at venue.

The room was clean and spacious. Our children enjoyed having their own space to rest and play. We also enjoyed the location. It was close enough to everything and at the same time it was far enough away for it to be quiet and peaceful. The in room amenities were nice and clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Great place for our family of 5. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, and there was so much for the kids to do. We also really loved the location as it was away from busy of Pigeon Forge and all the crowds, while also having beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. Only downfall for us is they didn’t give us enough towels for our room as they kept giving us 3 towels for our family of 5 and we had to ask for more. The lazy river was also dirty as there was algae at the bottom and the skimmers were full of wood chips. Otherwise, we would stay here again!

Best hotel experience we've ever had. I like that it's tucked away from the road, unlike the other Margaritavilles in the area (in The Island) and because of that, it's very quiet and peaceful. There are daily activities for kids and adults, a great pool that's not too deep that parents can't relax poolside with a cocktail while their kids swim. The lazy river is nice with a tiki hut next to it, there are multiple seating areas all around the property, allowing you to really apread out. There's tons of outdoor green space and plenty of room for kids to run, ride bikes, scooter, etc. Dog park is cool, breakfast is TOP NOTCH(worth the money), the food is really delicious (try the beach chips---yum!) Housekeeping does an excellent job coming daily and replenishing with plenty of towels! The shower is massive and luxurious. I mean...there are so many positives to say about Camp Margaritaville! All around it was such a memorable experience that my husband, kids, and I will never forget.

The Lodge was a great place to stay as it was off the main drag so there wasn't noise at night. It was clean. They had activities everyday planned. The pool and lazy river were clean. The staff was friendly. I did have one issue which was that the mattress was very hard but when I went to tell the staff member at the front desk, she notified housekeeping in which they put a comforter on top of the matress in which it made the matress more comfortable to sleep on. My family and I were grateful. The breakfast was delicious and we had lunch in the restaurant on site which the meals were delicious as well. Housekeeping did a great job every morning cleaning the room. You can drive to the Island or go down the hill from the Lodge and the Trolley can pick you up. The WiFi wasn't that great but not that bad either. I highly recommend this place if you plan on visiting Pigeon Forge.

I loved how laidback the environment was and how it is a truly family friendly resort. No one bats an eye as kids are running around having the time of their lives in the arcade or being maniacs in the pool. There’s lots of space to sit and eat and drink around the pool while they play which is lovely. My only gripe is that when we checked in, we were given “goodies” to use during our stay. They were vouchers for coupons and tickets (for off site attractions) that we were told could be redeemed at the concierge desk. We had planned a whole portion of one of our days around the discounts only to find out that the concierge wouldn’t be on property until nearly noon and that no one else could redeem them for us. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. Then we went to the mercantile store with one of the coupons for half off a specialty coffee only to be told they didn’t even have the fancy coffee machine anymore and only had basic hotel coffee on offer. Why give the coupon and disappoint your guests?! Overnight stay. Wanted additional night but to expensive. Plus resort fees parking fees. That being said if we were staying there to enjoy all of the properties amenities would have been different I breakfast was expensive 36.00 for buffet food that is normally free other places. Great place for family. We were well pleased. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast every morning was good. I would definitely recommend you get the burger at some point!! DELICIOUS! We stayed in the king deluxe room with twin beds. This was perfect for us and our 2 teens and fur baby. The pools were very relaxing and fun! Even though the place was at full capacity, it did NOT feel like it. Plenty of room for everyone. We are definitely going to return and bring the motorhome next time only because we want to experience this great place from a camping experience.

Plentiful parking right by the entrance but it wasnt super busy when we stayed. The restaurant was very good, excellent service. The strawberry moonshine drink is delicious. The part we liked the least was the added cost to partake in the amenities. The pool and lazy river are the only free activities. They have a nice entertainment area in the lowest level with an arcade, duck pin bowling, pool tables and other activities. BUT every activity is an added charge. They also have a standard hotel breakfast buffet but that is an added cost as well. Considering the cost of the room AND the resort fee they charge, all of those things should be complimentary, in our opinion.

The lodge and grounds are excellent. The grounds are beautifully landscaped. The lodge is lovely, very clean, and well designed. The rooms are extremely spacious and really nice!! The food was fantastic as well! I had really tasty bbq nachos!! And all of the staff was very friendly and professional! Everything was wonderful from check-in to check-out!! Whether staying in the lodge or bringing an RV, we highly recommend this for vacation lodging.

Very pretty hotel with great amenities and pet friendly but too pricey!! Did not see the parking or resort fee when booking and was not even told by staff at check in, had to research when I saw the amount charged and asked.
