Great location, nice building, helpful staff - but the room was just odd - I mean kooky. It was 2 stories tall (we were told we got an upgrade, which was nice). There were no windows to the outside - which was weird, but there was a giant window (frosted) to the common area, so it seemed like a real window, and that was fine. What was strange was that the room (suite) had barely any furniture - the bottom floor (where the front door is) had a sofa, a small table, a small desk - and nothing else. There was so much empty space, it just felt weird. And there was a full kitchen - but with NO cooking tools, dishes, pots, pans - not even a towel to dry your hands when washing up. Why give us a full kitchen but not the ability to use it? We had some leftovers that we kept in the fridge - but there were no eating utensils. And a working fridge/freezer - but no ice trays to make ice. Now onto the good stuff - they were super friendly & helpful, and they booked us a cab for the airport for the next morning really early (earlier than the time breakfast started) so they had two breakfast boxes waiting for us at reception so we could eat! So sweet. And the price was great - and they had other amenities like a gym and a masseur/masseuse on duty.

The hotel is very central close to everything. I was apprehensive about no window to outside but the frosted glass window to the hallway of the room let in light with full privacy so did not bother us at all!

No idea if there is new owners or what. This was my 5th time staying here and I’m so sorry but this time was very disappointed. Front desk look like they don’t want to be there. They gave us a room in a corner of the 4th floor, room # 405, next to the washer and driers used by housekeeping. The room was dusty, the night tables need to be replace asap, the bathroom fan was very nasty, the shower not clean, even with something looking like hair, no idea. No iron board, no iron, no hair drier, the towels were old and smelly. The pillows need to be replace for better quality. The restaurant, 3/4 people working but not as a team, 2 days we waited for more than 15 minutes after receiving the little menu, we left. I really hope they do better and fix all this.
