Ótimo hotel, bem localizado pois é ao lado da estação Saint Lazare, as acomodações são pequenas, mas limpas e funcionais, o staff é bem receptivo e simpático. O fregobar não estava esfriando e só existia em um dos dois quartos que disponibilizaram para nós. Fora isso,ocorreu tudo bem.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. Property is very nice and the rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to a train station with multiple lines making it easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay again if go back.

Great little boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who can all speak excellent English. The room was lovely, very clean and bed was comfortable! Would highly recommend. Hotel was about 20-30 mins walk to most big tourist attractions but there was a bus/train/metro station a few minutes away

Small hotel at a great location 200m from train station Paris Saint-Lazare. Rooms are small, but clean and modern. As are the bathrooms. Breakfast is not really international, but French, as is common in Paris hotels. Restaurants are plentiful in the area and there are two groceries and a pharmacy close by. The only reason for missing a perfect score is the size of the rooms. I (1,87m) was not able to lay straight in the bed without my feet hanging out. There was also no room for a cupboard to hang clothes

We were thrilled to have ac during Paris heatwave which made the stay pleasant. The room had a comfy bed which took up the whole room. There was barely any space for 2 carry on suitcases. Our favorite part of stay was the breakfast and friendly staff.

Room was deceiving and beyond small. Couldn’t even leave my suitcase open as there was no room to open the door if I didn’t pack it back up when I was done getting what I needed from the bag. The shower was also tiny, was difficult to shave, turn around, etc. the hotel staff were nice however which made the experience fair

Pleasent, modern Hotel in a great spot. The street was quite, only the trash truck in the morning, as you would expect in a big city. Everyone was very nice. The Rooms are very, very small (Floor 2), but that is what you expect in Paris. Room is small, but the bathroom is sized appropriate, so the shower etc. Is absolutely to enjoy. All equipment is modern, so you have nice lights, heavy curtains, a big tv.

Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Super close to the train station Saint Lazare (I think like 7 minute walk). Also have tons of cafe and restaurant around the area too. Ingrid did a really good job at explaining things around the area and was very helpful!

Atendimento maravilhoso da equipe do hotel! Mto simpáticos e prestativos. A recepcionista Sara fala português, extremamente competente e solícita. O café da manhã tb excelente, bem acima do normal da Europa. De ruim, o quarto mtoooo pequeno para um casal e um bebê.

We liked almost everything about the property particularly the attention and recommendations of the staff at the front desk. They were most polite and went out of their way to help us. We did find the accommodations rather small with little room for our luggage and space to move around. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

Notre séjour de cinq nuits à l'Hôtel le 12 a été impeccable du début à la fin. Tous les membres du personnel sont très aimables et courtois. L'emplacement était idéal pour nous, l'hôtel étant situé dans une belle rue élégante et à proximité notamment de la Gare Saint-Lazare, du parc Monceau et du musée Jacquemart-André. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et fort bien présenté et notre chambre était parfaite : beau décor, lit confortable et belle salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle. Encore une fois, nous tenons à souligner la cordialité exceptionnelle du personnel durant notre séjour. Nous avons été enchantés.
