Se ubica en una zona en donde tienes acceso a todo, bancos, farmacias, restaurantes, es ideal si vas a realizar trámites en el Consulado de USA o si tienes tu cita en el CAS. El personal es muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Si alguien tiene alguna dificultad motriz valdría la pena avisar antes para que no les asignen la habitación en planta alta, dado que en la instalación de la torre no hay elevador. Sin duda yo repetiría mi estadía.

No hay estacionamiento como menciona la publicación, son 4 lugares en la banqueta en los que tienen permiso de que te estaciones, si no encuentras uno de esos 4 disponible, suerte buscando donde dejar tu carro. El techo de las habitaciones con una humedad tremenda, la puerta del baño nunca cerró y al tratar de abrir o cerrar hacía mucho ruido, al igual que las ventanas de madera. La limpieza de la habitación bien, pero si le falta mucho mucho mantenimiento a las habitaciones.

I stayed for one night in my trip to Guadalajara. My trip was to attend an appointment at the US consulate. Casa Bosque Eduviges has a very convenient location at just 4 blocks from the Consulate. Rooms are small, quiet and very clean. The staff is friendly. The neighbourhood looks safe. I did an early checkout and was able to leave my luggage for the time needed. It is a 3 story building and unfortunately there is no elevator available.

The property is in a ok location for GDL and has good beds, that's where the good things end. Cons: 1.The room was disconnected, we need to open 3 doors with traditional keys to get to bed room. 2.They have a coffee machine in the room and the free coffee is only for day 1. They charged 60 pesos for kurig coffee pods, whereas a fancy pour over in the nearby coffee shop was 35 pesos! 3. The main problem was bathroom was not working. There was no shower water pressure (cant even wash the face) and the toilets were not flushing. It would clog the moment you flush. We used coffee shop toilets during our stay :( it was miserable, unable to use the bathroom. We do not recommend staying here.

This is a nice boutique hotel in a very walkable area with lots of restaurants nearby. We arrived on a Saturday and the first room we had (#8) was Ok, but the sound carried from the nearby club which played music until 5pm (officially closed at 4pm, but hey it's Mexico). The next day we were able to move to Room #9 which was much nicer, bigger and quieter. The staff was very accommodating. There was a little mold on the ceilings but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay in #9.

The only thing that I had to deal with was that at 10:00 pm, there was an establishment that started playing loud music each night which woke me up and it was hard to fall asleep. I thought I had read a lot of reviews, but no one mentioned it. This lasted for several hours, because I could not fall asleep until 2:00 am. I was in room 8, and the pounding music was behind me. I really loved the place, but I may not stay there again if I remember this experience. If I do gamble and try another place in future, it may be because I'll need to stay in a high rise hotel. Maybe this review will help someone have a perfect stay if they know this in advance.

This place is great for the price. This is a small boutique hotel located in the "happening" area of Guadalajara, just walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bar and shops. The place is beautiful, this used to be an old mansion and remodeled very nicely. The room we booked was very ample, with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower needs improvement, the flow of the water in the shower is not very strong and hot water takes a while to come out, this may have to do with an older plumbing system. The personnel very attentive and friendly with 24/7 service. Overall a very nice experience.

Great property & location in a very lively and safe neighborhood. We stayed here Friday and Saturday and the bars play music until 4am. My partner did not mind the music and was able to stay asleep, but the music kept me up even with earplugs.

Es un alojamiento bonito, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación es muy conveniente, sin embargo está cerca de centros nocturnos por lo que podría haber algo de ruido los fines de semana. Independientemente de eso, la habitación es cómoda, las cama son agradables. Encontré poca presión de agua en la ducha, sin embargo el baño era de buen tamaño y contaba con amenidades para la ducha. La cafetería al interior tiene bebidas muy bien preparadas y a buen precio. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme en esta propiedad.

Está situado en una de las zonas más bonitas de Guadalajara. Pudimos caminar a varios de los lugares con un sentimiento de seguridad. El personal es muy amable. Nuestra única inconformidad es que reservamos por Hotels y claramente decía que incluía desayuno, pero no quisieron proporcionarnos porque en sus registros decía que no lo incluía, eso le quitó mucho a la experiencia. En general muy buena opción para hospedarse. También si llevan coche tomen en consideración que el estacionamiento es en la calle, la verdad es que están muy al pendiente y sentimos que el coche estaba seguro pero sí es un hecho que no es dentro de una cochera.

Fue una estadía buena pero esperaba un poco más del lugar. Está un poco descuidado el estado de la habitación C: techo sin pintar, una de las ventanas no se podía abrir, algunas partes de las paredes se ven deterioradas. Además de que me estaba bañando por la tarde-noche y alguien intentó entrar a mi habitación (desconozco si personal de limpieza o si por error le dieron mi habitación a alguien más).
Fue una estadía buena pero esperaba un poco más del lugar. Está un poco descuidado el estado de la habitación C: techo sin pintar, una de las ventanas no se podía abrir, algunas partes de las paredes se ven deterioradas. Además de que me estaba bañando por la tarde-noche y alguien intentó entrar a mi habitación (desconozco si personal de limpieza o si por error le dieron mi habitación a alguien más).

I would highly recommend staying at the Casa Bosques Eduviges. The staff was attentive to every need that came up. There were isolated issues like a period of the day when the water was shut off due to maintenance, issues with light fixtures, and noise issues (Tuesdays specifically), but the staff offered prompt solutions. It’s a very worthwhile stay and I will definitely return, but I would suggest letting guests know about any scheduled maintenance and fix some information on the website.

The only thing that I had to deal with was that at 10:00 pm, there was an establishment that started playing loud music each night which woke me up and it was hard to fall asleep. I thought I had read a lot of reviews, but no one mentioned it. This lasted for several hours, because I could not fall asleep until 2:00 am. I was in room 8, and the pounding music was behind me. I really loved the place, but I may not stay there again if I remember this experience. If I do gamble and try another place in future, it may be because I'll need to stay in a high rise hotel. Maybe this review will help someone have a perfect stay if they know this in advance.

Se ubica en una zona en donde tienes acceso a todo, bancos, farmacias, restaurantes, es ideal si vas a realizar trámites en el Consulado de USA o si tienes tu cita en el CAS. El personal es muy amable y servicial, las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Si alguien tiene alguna dificultad motriz valdría la pena avisar antes para que no les asignen la habitación en planta alta, dado que en la instalación de la torre no hay elevador. Sin duda yo repetiría mi estadía.

Great property & location in a very lively and safe neighborhood. We stayed here Friday and Saturday and the bars play music until 4am. My partner did not mind the music and was able to stay asleep, but the music kept me up even with earplugs.

I stayed for one night in my trip to Guadalajara. My trip was to attend an appointment at the US consulate. Casa Bosque Eduviges has a very convenient location at just 4 blocks from the Consulate. Rooms are small, quiet and very clean. The staff is friendly. The neighbourhood looks safe. I did an early checkout and was able to leave my luggage for the time needed. It is a 3 story building and unfortunately there is no elevator available.

This is a nice boutique hotel in a very walkable area with lots of restaurants nearby. We arrived on a Saturday and the first room we had (#8) was Ok, but the sound carried from the nearby club which played music until 5pm (officially closed at 4pm, but hey it's Mexico). The next day we were able to move to Room #9 which was much nicer, bigger and quieter. The staff was very accommodating. There was a little mold on the ceilings but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay in #9.

This was one of the most comfortable stays - the bed felt great to sleep on and staff were all very welcoming friendly. On-site cafe had really good coffee, with limited breakfast items. Short walking distance to many other food options. Toilet didn't work twice and was fixed very promptly. Sleeping Sunday-Wednesday nights were very peaceful; Thurs night had nearby bars with loud music and I turned the AC on to sleep just fine.

Una estancia tranquila y agradable, ubicado en una zona muy segura cerca del centro de la ciudad y cercana a gran número de restaurantes y bares. La habitación es espaciosa y muy cómoda, y el servicio de cafetería es muy bueno. Algunos pequeños detalles: la sala de la habitación puede ponerse un poco caliente al no tener su propio AC, y las puertas metálicas sólo pueden abrirse con llave lo que complica un poco el acceso.

Muy cómodo para viajes personales,agradable y tranquilo, buena atención. Si tuenes planes de salir temprano para alguna actividad, olvidate del desayuno, porque el servicio comienza hasta las 8:30. No cuentan con room service y la cafeteria es solo para el desayuno. El desayuno incluido es solo continental. La cama es muy cómoda y la ropa de cama de muy buena calidad.

Me he hospedado dos veces en esta propiedad porque está cerca del museo en el que he estado trabajando este año. Me gusta mucho la ubicación, me encanta que nos recibe un fragante jardín que huele a hierbas, especialmente a romero, pero el baño de la habitación (4) deja mucho que desear. Le falta espacio para poner las cosas y en la primera ocasión olía mal. El desayuno en la cafetería es mediocre, aunque el café es muy bueno. Por lo demás, la gente muy amable, y volveré a hospedarme ahí si es necesario.

Una casa adaptada muy linda, el servicio amable, solo que no tenían personal para cocina en ese momento y no hubo cocina abierta, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien, recomendable!

Es perfecta su ubicación en especial si el motivo de viajar es por la VISA. Escatiman en poner solo un jabon para lavamanos y regadera, así como solo un papel higiénico. El desayuno incluido es muuuy escaso. Solo cafe, 1 pan y fruta con yogurth. En la habitación se escucha mucho los ruidos de afuera.

Es un alojamiento bonito, cómodo y limpio. La ubicación es muy conveniente, sin embargo está cerca de centros nocturnos por lo que podría haber algo de ruido los fines de semana. Independientemente de eso, la habitación es cómoda, las cama son agradables. Encontré poca presión de agua en la ducha, sin embargo el baño era de buen tamaño y contaba con amenidades para la ducha. La cafetería al interior tiene bebidas muy bien preparadas y a buen precio. Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme en esta propiedad.

The hotel was beyond amazing, I reserved it for my brother in law and family but I was able to see it, the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was walking distance to so many good restaurants and bars. When I visit Guadalajara in the future I will definitely look forward to staying here.

Hotel is near Av. Chapultepec. Its a very busy area with tons of bars and restaurants. The hotel has good location and the building is nice looking, with garden and clean rooms. We stayed for 7 days: total. 6 nights in room C and 1 in room A. We asked to be m9ved to different room because the shower head in room C had zero water pressure and hardly no hot water. It was a challenge to shower with the amount of water. Despite request, they told us they would fix shower head but it was quickly forgotten. We finally got moved on our last night to room A and everything worked. We decided to try different hotel for the remaining of our trip.

Beautiful property. Decorated tastefully. We loved the cafe, the plants/trees and location. Unfortunately, the staff were not the best. At check in minimal information was provided. Clarity on room location would have been helpful and where to find ceetain information. Additionally, there was a lot of drilling noise for 2 days straight syarting early morning and late into the night. No advance notice was provided. When we complained there was no genuine recognition of the inconvenience and no alternative was offered or at least a free meal at the cafe for our trouble. Disappointing because the hotel itself is beautiful and the cafe was the best part.
