It is a beautiful property and love that it’s so close to the Trastevere train station. Easy self check in. We have stayed here numerous times and everything is always clean and comfortable. Staff is always quick to respond. Close to public transport. Short ride to the historic district. Perfect for a reasonably priced home base.

We enjoyed our stay very much - perfect location in beautiful Trastevere. Not too far outside the busier areas. The staff were so kind and helpful. Even gave us a super early check in after we had a very early morning flight. So grateful! The suite was clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed.

The facility was clean and room was comfortable. Room was equipped with a/c which was a must due to the hot weather. The bathroom was very modern with a nice large shower. The staff were very courteous and made themselves readily available on a 24/7 basis. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

On the main street but very quiet with window closed. Good and clear communication for self check-in after 2 pm. Close to the train station, tram and buses stops just steps away. The snack basket was a nice treat.

The staff (Giselle & Reyna) were attentive & great. We were greeted with complimentary sparkling wine & a snack basket which we appreciated. The room was a little small but the a/c was strong. The bathroom was small too but clean. It’s a little out of the way but we enjoyed our stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel a week ago with my 2 children (18 & 23). Our contact person was Gisselle and she went above and beyond to not only make us feel safe and comfortable but she made herself available to us around the clock to assist with transportation, directions and recommendations. The hotel was very clean and quiet. My daughter had a medical emergency and had to be taken to the hospital and Giselle assisted with that as well. Everything was very convenient with just a short tram ride to all the major attractions. We were confident getting around with public transportation (aside from never having done so in a foreign country) because we knew we had the right people to help us out. I would definitely recommend staying here and I can’t wait to go back again

We booked a room for 3, however the property reported claims it was only reserved for 2, so we had to pay additional money upon check-out. We saw the host during check-in and then never again for our 4 day stay. We were never served breakfast or told when/how to receive it. Luckily their is a very nice cafe across the street. The room is extremely small(bathroom is almost as large as the sleeping area. The mini fridge is not on to keep drinks cold. The host are friendly, just not hospitable. The location has easy access to the metro, bus and train station.

The location of the property I would give 4 out of 5. It was only a 5 minute walk from the main line Trastevere station. Tram No.8 stops only a one minute walk from the apartment and that tram only 5 stops from the Piazza in the heart of Rome. We had specifically requested two single beds before our arrival at the apartment only to discover a double bed and a sofa bed that really is not ideal for a 6ft 2in tall man, better suited to a child. Unfortunately, there is no one to greet you on arrival, hasty phone calls to get someone to rectify the situation but definitely not ideal . The breakfast an absolute joke, pathetic even. We gave that a miss and visited one of the local cafe’s across the road from the apartment, good value and much better than the apartment had to offer. To sum up, I’m sure there are better options available but the location was excellent.

Couldnt fault anything to do with stay . So glad i booked here and it is the best place id ever stay in rome . The staff go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. Great location, rooms are lovely and comfortable . If you are going to rome you have to book here

It was not clear to us when & where to go when we had to check in. After getting into the building we had to search for the main entrance, which we found on the 3rd floor. We rang the buzzer multiple times, with no response. After 15 minutes, other guests of arrived & said the hotel driver gave them a code. They helped us get in and we found our keys. Our booking said nothing of a code and we were told that the host would meet us at the door upon arrival. Besides this difficult start, the room was very clean and nice! Also, the woman that we met was incredibly sweet and helped us with our bags. The only issue we had was the disorganized arrival and feeling stranded. Non ci era chiaro quando e dove andare quando dovevamo fare il check-in. Dopo essere entrati nell'edificio abbiamo dovuto cercare l'ingresso principale, che abbiamo trovato al 3° piano. Abbiamo suonato più volte il cicalino, senza risposta. Dopo 15 minuti, altri ospiti sono arrivati e hanno detto che l'autista dell'hotel ha dato loro un codice. Ci hanno aiutato ad entrare e abbiamo trovato le nostre chiavi. La nostra prenotazione non diceva nulla di un codice e ci è stato detto che l'host ci avrebbe incontrato alla porta all'arrivo. A parte questo inizio difficile, la camera era molto bella e pulita! Inoltre, la donna che abbiamo incontrato è stata incredibilmente dolce e ci ha aiutato con le nostre borse. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è stato l'arrivo disorganizzato e la sensazione di essere bloccati.

Suites Trastevere is a great spot if you want easy access to the train to Fiumicino airiport while being in a very interest neighborhood of Rome. There is real life in this neighborhood and it's walkable to many places. The room we had was good and the staff were very responsive and helpful.

The hotel is located inside an appartments buildings at the third floor. We arrived from the Roma Trastevere train station which is at a wakable distance but hard due the luggages. Even before of our arrival, the hotel staff, specifically Helena was already helping us with directions and instructions to enter the property. We did not have any trouble to enter and everything was ready for us. The hotel is near to a tram station which we used all the time. At nigth there is not much to do near the hotel but it seemed always safe. I would stay again.

We recoeved alot of good information from Elena. The train station was within a walking distance, which we used after parking out car to avoid needing to find a parking or having issues with ZTL. The room was confortable, the AC worked perfectly, and the room can be blocked out if you want to sleep more. It was a confortable and convenient place.

What an amazing place! A converted flat in a gorgeous Italian building in a lovely neighbourhood with extremely easy access to all modes of public transport. Italian breakfast was perfect for starting the mornings in our room. The coffee from the Nespresso machine was absolute heaven!! We also loved the way the rooms are painted to reflect key sights around Rome. Highly recommend staying here. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are great.
