Only 1 washer/dryer for men. Dryer cycle was really slow. The dorms slept very warm. Personal preference would have it a bit cooler but thays just me Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Convenient location and decent service! Great view from the cafe area which has free drinks and which you can use for some time even after check-out. Wish the elevator situation got a little bit better, as there is only a single elevator that goes up to the place and it is also shared with the other tenant of the building -- a restaurant (it sometimes gets smelly in the elevator cabin as a result).

Amazing location for the price. A five minute walk away from Shin-Okubo station and in a lively area of Shinjuku. I brought some ear plugs for sleeping and had no issues with noise in the pods. I’d recommend an eye-mask too as the light from the other pods can leak in through the sides of your blinds. There are plenty of shower stalls each with their own shampoos. Overall, I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. 6 at the beginning of my trip, and 2 at the end. It was a perfect and incredibly cheap stay in Tokyo and I would absolutely stay there again on my next trip to Japan. Only negative for me was the laundry machine. There’s only 1 and it did not get my clothes dry, even after paying for an additional 30 mins of drying. I ended up taking my damp clothes to my next hotel and drying them in their machines instead.

8th floor: Reception and living area 7th floor: Toilets and bedrooms 4th and 3th floors: Capsules and lockers Very complicated and weirdo design. The surroundings are good, but I'd recommend you to look another place. The staff is kind rude, pretending you should known everything about the rules and things, even if it is your first time in the country. Another crazy thing you cannot go out with your keys. They will fine you for this. So, an example, you're sleeping in your pod at the 3th floor. You want to have a shower and explore the city. You have to take a lift from the 3th floor to the 7th floor. You do your things, back to the 3th floor to leave your pajamas, take the lift to the 8th floor in order to leave your keys, and take another lift to the ground floor. Great!

Toilet seats are broken. Tiles in shower stalls noted to be broken. Faucet has clogged water spray pattern. Black molds noted on the corners of the shower room with significant odor. Other guests using toilet in unclean manner. Lack of contiguous non-shoe area. The area is nice, within middle of Korea town in Tokyo and slightly north of the main Shinjuku area. Staff is friendly. There's definitely a lot of room for improvement for this property. But price wise, worth it.

Capsules are extremely clean staff is attentive and do a great job at speaking English. Cafe area is well kept and clean. My only complaint would be that they only have one washing machine and the 4th floor restroom smelled like pee at all times. Other than that, this place was great!

The staff were very nice and capsule was always very clean. The bathrooms were regularly cleaned but the hotel has aged. Some of the shower vents are clogged or under maintenance. The toilet rooms are scuffed up and aged. The coffee machine was initially broken but was repaired after a few days. Not as mint as the pictures, but still a great deal for being near a train station.

Capsule hotel are similar to hostel, you will hear your neighbour snore. The toilets aren't clean compare to other places I have stayed in Tokyo. Other than this, good location, staff is outstanding and good korean food nearby.

Close to Shin Okubo JR Station, very convenient. Capsule room is nice, however it has no individual Air Condition adjust, sometimes you will feel a bit hot and muggy inside, besides this, everything are almost perfect.

For the price, definitely not worth it. Pod had no useful features such as power outlets or climate control. Soundproofing was horrible as the snores from others could be heard very loudly. Did not feel secure at all. You should be given a choice of upper or lower pods as I had a hard time climbing up and down. I almost got hurt as the “ladder” was very slippery and small. Definitely not staying here ever again!

This is my second time staying here, it's a great location and a good option if you just need a simple place for one night. The staff are not that friendly, but they are helpful if you need something. The system with the different floors, slippers, towels, amenities, etc can be difficult to figure out, but it works. The sleeping pod is a bit too hot and you can't change the temperature. Still, it's clean, quiet, and an excellent location for transit, food etc. A good deal!

Shin Okubo is the Korean town so the area is sleepless. 1 minute walking to train station, convenience store, shops, restaurants,.. Cabin is big enough for anyone <1.8m, and it is very clean. Staffs are friendly and helpful. View is good from the cafeteria.

Cool pot/Capsule Hotel I like the swim compared to another one I stayed at plus the eighth floor, coffee and tea lounge area with a nice bonus with the killer view. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a really great area to explore Shinjuku from. For the price I think it's a great place to stay. I really liked the lounge area with free coffee and juices. The pods themselves were fine, but if you haven't stayed in one before I recommend ear plugs. The only slight negative was that some of the showers weren't great. There isn't a lot of ventilation in them and some were too hot, or not hot enough. I'd still recommend this place, for the price.

1. I got into the hotel like 2 hours before check-in. They did not allow me to sit on a chair to wait and I was exhausted from my flight. They said they will open the lounge in 30 mins. No empathy! 2. The shower is okay. Very incovenient to lock and unlock the luggage from the locker. Inconvenient to use oublic shower. 3. The breakfast is a joke. It is a frozen rice with some beef, mostly fat. I threw it away. This is my 3rd time in Japan and this is the worst I have ever experienced. So, I check out the following day. I guess, capsules are meant for people who does not want to spend money for comfort. This is an interesting experience for me. Unfortunately, it didn't work out.
