We chose to stay at this Hampton Inn for an out of town family event. They were in a good location for us and pet friendly. The staff were very friendly and efficient and our limited interactions with them were very easy. Clean and comfortable room but 1 of the beds was so soft, way too soft for me. The other was perfect. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall but not enough parking as some front parking spaces were taken up for charging electric cars causing older patrons like us to park in the back which didn’t seem as well lit. And then we had to walk to the front.

Staff, including Breakfast server, were helpful and kind. Room was clean but could have been cleaner. Breakfast was complete with 2 tupes of waffels, yogart, cereal, pastries, eggs, juice. Lots to select from. Need to install more sound proof wondows due to being next to hughway, which was convenient.

The room was HUGE! Very spacious, as was the bathroom! However, the water wasnt hot enough to get a hot bath 😕, which was a shame cuz everything was spotless! The breakfast was good, and well stocked, but the coffee was luke-warm (and l was there within 20 minutes of breakfast’s opening).

Everything was clean, the staff was super kind and helpful, and the bed was so comfortable. Shower was awesome. The AC/Furnace unit was loud and woke us up, that was the only downside. Would definitely stay here again!

We waited patiently for 30 minutes while two persons attempted to resolve the situation and additional guests continued to arrive and wait (most very patiently). At some point, there was at least a partial resolution and they were able to at least get keys to individuals to be on their way. Somehow, we lost our place in the queue and were near the end of those given a room (even though we had originally been at the front of the line). After getting to our room, we discovered that internet service was unavailable (even though we were assured that there wouldn't be a problem).

Was twenty minutes from downtown Columbus. Very clean hotel and easy check in. Did get a knock at my door and a uncomfortable stare from front desk about complaints of marijuana. She later apologized, but was odd. We take pride in our travels and how we respect hotel. I think we leave our room in great condition. Was a good stay given the odd visit.

All staff were above and beyond on the support for the entire 4 night stay. Room was nice and clean, bed/pillows were comfy, breakfast was decent for free, and the location was close to the highway. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Our room was great - not sure of it was recently renovated, or kept that well all the time, but our king suite was wonderful! Nice pool area for the kids. Great place to stay on our way back homr, and lots of restaurants/businesses close by! It is right next to the highway, but it honestly didn't bother us.

I liked the cleanliness and quietness. It was convenient to other locations that we were visiting in the area. Easy to get to right off the interstate highway. We travelled from Greensboro, NC and will stay there again when visiting family members in the area.

We are very picky about cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. This room and bathroom were nice and clean! And breakfast starts nice and early (6:00), at least over the weekend. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and it was clean!
