I originally was going to give a 3.5 out of 5 points for our stay b/c they had no water we could buy and there was brown water coming out of the shower, toilet, and sink. However we then learned that Ashville had pipes burst a day or two before our stay. Since they had no control over it I decided to give them a 5 rating b/c it was very clean, the rooms were very spacious, the breakfast was great, and the gym was great also. Would definitely stay there again.

By far the best experience I've ever had at a hotel in my 43 years! This staff was incredibly wonderful. There were so kind so accommodating. I brought my sister there because we have family there but it was also her birthday. My sister is in a wheelchair and has cerebral palsy. She was turning 48. We knew about this hotel because of her best friend staying there due to renovations to her house. They have the pool with the chair lift that can lower disabled person into the pool which was amazing. The room was unbelievable. I have been to a lot of hotels with my sister that were quote unquote handicap accessible and they really weren't to the fullest. Normally if we get a handicap accessible room there's no space to move around however this room was beyond spacious and met every need that my sister needed. It over all was a 10 out of 10 and I never give tens out of 10s! Thank you so very much to Erica, lanell and Melissa. I think you all for your hospitality, your kindness, your warmth and going above and beyond! We will absolutely be back and there's no other place I will stay!

Stayed for 4 nights and never received any type of housekeeping service. No one refreshed towels, soaps, or emptied trash. We picked this hotel for the location and indoor pool for our son but was too cold to use.

Two rooms had terrible odors. First of cigarette smoke. Second of animal. Was told no other roo. available. Then offered refund..They could not figure out how to refund. They found a thrird room, no odor.

I paid $5 fir breakfast, it was sparse, not replenished, very little food and hardly any variety. I have stayed here many times in the past, and service and cleanliness has deteriorated

Property is nice and new. Staff is SUPER nice and accomadating. The 1 bedroom with sleeper bed does not pull out and is SUPER hard and awful to sleep on. Do not count is as an extra bed.

Excellent! Best value anywhere. Kitchenette is awesome, and well supplied. Very clean, spacious and modern. Matrress was VERY comfortable (the famous Marriott mattress). No maid service until day 3. Friendly and competent staff. I've stayed in a few Townplace Suites, all have been equally excellent. The location of this hotel, Asheville NC, is a bit far from the tourist areas of interest, but it's easy to get around. No restaurants within walking distance, but a grocery store only a few miles away, can prepare my own meals. This location is convient to major highways. Breakfast wasn't worth the look, better to just make your own, or go out. However, Expedia charged me an extra five bucks a day to include breakfast with my booking, only to find it was free regardless. Expedia scammed me ten bucks. Book direct with the hotel.

I called 24 hours prior to update my card to ensure I would have the room. I let the gentleman know I would be coming and wanted to confirm they would not give the room away. When I arrived, they said I was a no show and gave my room away and charged me for the first night stay. The woman was not the kindest about it and I was upset about the situation. The person lacked any empathy when she categorized me as a no-show. They were fully booked and said I could try down the road. Well, Hilton was much kinder. They let me check in at 7am and only charged me for 1 night. I would not recommend this hotel based solely on the lack of empathy for a situation they caused. Calling ahead to secure your room doesn’t even matter either because “policy”… even though I did call to guarantee my room wasn’t given away. Just very frustrating all around and not what I expected from a Marriott.

Prices are very reasonable for food and essentials that we all forget when go for a trip. The breakfast bar definitely impressive. There’s everything for everyone. Room clean and quiet. Nice hotel. Front desk staff was amazing and included breakfast was a plus. I did not like the fact that there are not designated rooms for patrons with pets. No problem with it being pet friendly, but those rooms should be separated from others. The smell of "carpet fresh" was overwhelming which I imagine is to cover pet odor.

I really liked the clean fresh design of the room. Excellent quality, except for the couch which was hard. Very low flow of water in the sink made shaving impossible. I liked the kitchener but did not use. Breakfast was highly disorganized. No flow. By the time I was seated with everything the hot food dad not hot. Frustrating. The quality of food was average. Nice outside amenities, like fire with chairs. Overall I would say it was good.

It was a perfectly fine accommodation for the six nights we stayed since we could access surrounding sites easily for day trips. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette well stocked and a thoughtful sound machine blocked out traffic noise. A five star staff, varied breakfast items and great value for the price!
