Clean room, super comfy pillows and king bed. All sheets of the bed were washed which is great! So many place do not wash the top blanket on the bed. Laundry facilities and friendly staff.

Just there for a night, place was clean, staff were friendly and they have ample parking, even if you are hauling a trailer.

Unfortunately there is no elevator. Im a senior lady and I had to carry my suitcase up a flight of steps. The clerk offered to help but he was busy.

Only problem is no elevator to the second floor if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues

The room was clean and comfy. There was not a lot of parking when we showed up as we arrived very late. That would be our only downside.

A little disappointed in this hotel. A low end two storey building but with no elevator to reach our second floor room. Would be a deal-breaker for some guests. Cleanliness wasn't what we expected... front mat at entrance hadn't been vacuumed and floors felt sticky underfoot, although this may have been due to the cleaning product used. Small fridge but no coffeemaker or microwave. Continental breakfast was OK. Not worth the price we paid but probably acceptable if it was a $99 room rate. We wouldn't stay there again.

I enjoy the well lit parking lot and convenience of the location. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was pleasant although a little small, comfy bed. Breakfast was adequate. There was no elevator and the stairs were worn out and not very well kept. Pricey compared to other properties we stayed at on our cross country trip, but low for that area.

Also a washer and dryer to use

The room smelled like urine and we ended up sleeping in our car in the parking lot because it was so bad and just using the bathroom inside. Don’t waste your money here.

Breakfast was good. Room wasn’t the best. Definitely need some improvements. Room had some damp smell to it. There wasn’t enough ventilation. Bathroom fan was too loud and bathtub curtain smelled bad too. Cleanliness was 2 out of 10 for the room and we saw two big spiders as well in the room during our stay.

Bad smell as soon as you walk in the lobby. Old carpet not clean. Average small room. Would not stay again

The room was not cleaned properly. Black stains on the soap dispenser and quilt. Floor also didn’t look clean.

We checked in and the first room and it had a bad smell and was dirty. Was given a new room. i pulled the comforter down and the sheets were stained. They said that cant be true because bedding gets changed daily. They came took a picture and changed the sheet. Said they will talk to the new staff. We went to bed as we were traveling to be woken up to a dog barking for well over 2 hours. Complained to staff and the ower was finally found. Was not given any discount for any of theses issues. This was not a good experience.

The updated decor was really nice. The room and bathroom were spotless.

Staff were very nice and facility clean but if you are planning to stay, you won't get too much sleep. Walls are very, very thin. I could hear people talking next door like they were in my room. If you have a busy stay like we did, be prepared for the talking and noise.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was very small. No microwave or coffee maker and the fridge was not very cold at all. It was very noisy until 11 pm. Mainly kids. But the bed was comfortable, when I did finally fall asleep.

Aside from the not very good breakfast this was a good property. Room a bit on the small side but it had everything we needed and was clean & comfy.

The hotel is old but clean, the one shortfall is, the walls are very thin and one can hear everything. Fortunately it quited down at a reasonable time.

Got 4 hours of sleep, woken up at 2am, 3am, 4am. Staff did all they can to deal with noisy neighbours, but there's no sound proofing between interconnected rooms.

Older motel but redone. Lots of cleaning staff. Place was very clean. Rooms were on the small size.

Room was very small and the bed frame creaked excessively making it hard to sleep. Room did not come with inroom coffee maker.

I would like bacon/ham and eggs for breakfast. The room was spotless. The staff was great! The desk clerk even came outside to put air in my very low tire, and the temperature was - 20s c ! The bed was soooo comfy. Much better than the old Econo Lodge days.

When I first arrived at the front desk to check in, the staff member working was sitting in the dark on a phone call in the breakfast area. Initially I thought he was just a guest, so I stood there for about 5 ish minutes waiting to check in. I said hello twice, looked around and there was no one else. After he completed his phone call and stated he would call whomever he was talking to back; he then attended to checking me into my room. I thought it was strange that I stood there waiting while he chatted on his cellphone ignoring me or just not in any rush to attend to me. Otherwise, everything else has been good. Toilet in our room is not super secure to the wall, found a couple dark hairs on the bedding and piece of garbage underneath the side table between the desk and mini fridge. Overall, it’s satisfactory for the one night stay.

Staff here is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming

Front desk guy was really really rude. And did not greet us with a happy face. Customer service is much important to greet the people coming in at the front desk. He seems like very unethical.

The staff are phenomenal. They all seem to be friendly and actually happy to be at work. They stop and talk to you - not at you.

The night of my stay the front desk called at 11:30pm yelling I needed to leave because they do not accept Discover credit cards.

I thought I had a very good stay. I was gracious and courteous as were the staff. I was impressed as I had stayed there years before under another name and it was not a suitable place to stay then. On my way home an agressive femail phoned me telling me that i had ripped the curtain in the room and I had to pay for it. I told her I ahd never touched the crutains in the room but she wouldnt believe me and pretty welll called me a liar. The curtains were closed when I arrived and I left them that was as cars were coming and goign, parking up against the window. Then she accused me of calling her staff liars, which I didnt , I merely said that I hadn't touched the curtains. I was there from Tuesday to Staurday and only once did a cleaner come in and that was Friday. I noticed the end of the curtain off the hookthat night but never thought anything of it. I was leaving the next day and it didnt affect anything. She then informed me that she was charging me because it was my fault, that if somehting was broken inthe room when I checked in, it was my responsibility to tell them so that I wasnt charged. Now, Iw as angry. It is not the paying guess' responsibility to check the room, it is the establishment that is supposed to have the room in good order. It s their responsibility to check the room, not mine.

Great check in by the staff, very professional .

The check-in was painful…the clerk was so rude, unaccommodating and condescending. He obviously didn’t like that the room was booked on third party instead of calling direct to the hotel. If we could have left we would have. The stay was fine, the room was good, the breakfast was okay and the gal at check out was lovely.

Close to shopping and restaurants.

I was simply impressed with this hotel . Excellent location; walking distance to a lot of different shopping stores and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and I love how they always kept water ; coffee and tea available at the lobby for free.

I liked the location of this property. With it being on a busy street between a bowling alley and a car dealership, the perceived likelihood of being robbed in the parking lot was very low. I felt safe around the building. One thing I did not enjoy was that the bath tub was old, and that the hallways seemed subpar compared to the Hampton Inn & Suites or other new builds in the area. I could tell that the building was old when I stayed there, but for the price, I would stay again.

Clean easy to get around close to everything

The room is very clean, washroom is very detail oriented. Bed is comfy and soft. I really like the adjacent facilities including restaurants and convenience stores.

Close to restaurants, shopping etc. Easily accessible. Reasonable price.

Fine for a one night stay. Located in a semi-industrial area, but convenient to waterfront.

The cost for what you get is not worth it. The continental breakfast barely contained any quality foods - no proteins beyond boiled eggs or nutritious foods. The hotel has no leisure amenities but does have laundry. I would consider your options. It's serviceable

Quiet motel. from the outside the building is very basic, however, the room was clean, modern, and recently renovated. Breakfast was usual motel fare.... muffins, yoghurt, toast, coffee, juice.

Other than 2 fire alarms to interrupt our sleep, hotel was perfect for our needs. Do wish breakfast had some protein Bacon,sausage , scrambled etc.)

The breakfast was very minimal; there were no eggs, bacon, or sausage. The room was basic but had good air conditioning. The bathrooms were outdated, and I felt like I had to wear shoes in the shower. It is very expensive for what it is. King bed $240.

Healthy enough. Fried egg missing. Only cold boiled egg. Hot fried egg should be added to the regular optiins. I love the waffles.
