Fourth time staying here and rooms are always clean, property is always well maintained and staff is very helpful.

Blanket had blood on them and didn’t offer a room change or comp very unprofessional and very unreasonable

Thought I was getting an ocean view, only reason for staying in such an expensive hotel. Not the case. No next time.

Great parking! Mediocre breakfast

Everything was great. I was able to check in early, and the room was reasonably quiet, so I was not disturbed at night. I even had a partial ocean view, even though the room was not advertised as such. I also appreciated the handheld shower, as it allowed me to take a quick shower before bed and then wash my hair in the morning without needing to take another full shower. Breakfast was typical for what is usually described as a “continental breakfast” in the US. I was somewhat surprised though that the staff did not wipe the tables on the balcony before breakfast. The amount of seating inside was limited, but when a few people wanted to sit outside, they could not because the tables were still wet from the morning dew.
