Easy access. Property and room were clean, although the landscaping needed attention. Bed was great but sofa bed was nothing but springs so my daughter slept on it as a sofa, which wasn’t too comfortable. Phone in room didn’t work. Very little hot water regardless of the time of day. Breakfast was seriously lacking and more often than not, any eggs were dried out from sitting. Very carb loaded options. Elevator was broken and carrying luggage up and down stairs was not an easy task. They tried to charge me for parking, which was not disclosed at booking or checkin. Had to ask twice for towel exchange because they didn’t show the first time.

We had a great time!! Several families were in town for a swim meet, he were able to use the lobby to dinner. Breakfast was great, as was the outdoor basketball court and indoor pool! We will for sure stay here every year for this meet!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner, ex. Dust on top of refrigerator, shower floor not clean. I didn't like being charged for parking that was never disclosed but showed up on my bill. The pool was closed all weekend and we were really looking forward to swimming as it was a hot weekend. I feel there should have been a discount for that as we were already paying over $1,000.00 for 3 nights because of the truck show which is ridiculous price gouging. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen and we never even ate it, we walked away. The beds were hard as a rock and none of us could sleep comfortably. This used to be one of the nicer places to stay, but sadly not anymore.I'm going back to camping.

Dead bugs everywhere in the windows. Windows dirty. Toilet wasn’t cleaned, arrived and there were pee spots on the mouth of the toilet. Fridge was making a LOT of noise, luckily I could close the door to my bedroom from the kitchen noise. CHARGED ME FOR PARKING…literally have never seen that happen. They don’t disclose it, they just charge you on your incidentals to try and avoid conflict. I have a stay scheduled at another Residence Inn for October and will be cancelling that reservation in short order. I want a refund!

Nice place to stay. Very clean and the rooms are spacious. We have stayed here many times and it never disappoints. I am however a little discouraged as it seems they have added a "daily parking fee" that I never had before or at least didnt catch it. I can understand the fee if there are parking challenges but there are not. A very large parking lot with enough spaced to accomodate several hotels. Shame on you Marriot for gouging people for parking!

Despite the hotel being in an area that doesn't look very nice, the hotel is a very nice place! My family stayed for several days as we were visiting family in the area. The pool, fitness room and outdoor basketball area were well maintained and nice. We highly recommend staying here.

Property had been renovated and is in great condition. The hotel was pretty much fully booked. Price was competitive for such a nice place to stay. Until they zapped me with a pet fee. That hurts going in and out! NYC is half; Newport RI a third; Hampton half; Marriott are you kidding for dog: I doubt I’ll use Marriott again unless no other choice, plus your gardens are full of weeds and grass hasn’t been cut for a month.

The staff was helpful and friendly. However the bathroom had black spots of mold on the wall paper, the toilet didn’t t flush properly, you could hear the people above all night loudly talking. There were batteries missing in the remotes and dishes stilll in the dishwasher from the previous stay. The milk at the breakfast counter in their fridge was spoiled and there were ants on the food counter, many of them. The facility itself was tidy and comfortable, just kinda all by itself. And they charge 20 dollars a day to park on top off the room fee? Seems like that should include that in the price already.

We stay at of “roadside” hotels while we travel as a family and this is probably one of the nicest ones we’ve ever stayed at. Our room had two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom, a living room and a full kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates, etc. The room and common spaces were immaculate and so were the grounds around the hotel, which was great for walking our dog. Staff at the front desk and breakfast area were nice and helpful

Property lawn was overgrown somewhat. Bathroom had mold/ mildew growing on the upper edges of some surfaces. Toilet had incorrect seat attached (smaller size). Shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall and placed on ledge inside the shower. Breakfast provided was mediocre and ants seen on the counter.

We stayed in room 112. Over all very clean only the standard dirt. Two beds two baths. Beds were comfy showers had good pressure. Kitchen living room were nice. Room was clean and everything worked. Associate who checked us in was terrific super friendly which I loved. Easy to find. Was able to park in front of the door we entered to get to our room which was terrific. Overall good experience.

Both bathrooms had o my cold water from the sink faucets. If you wanted to wash or brush, you better do it in within 10 seconds until the water turns boiling hot. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life. Otherwise, the 2-bedroom room was very large and otherwise ok.

Quiet. Clean and very room spacious room! Kitchen had plates, glass mugs and even wine glasses. Pull out bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Rooms have their own thermostats which was great.

Everyone was extremely friendly! So much so that we already booked our next room. Quick drive to downtown. Was really nice to have the extra space/kitchen. Room and bathroom were very clean.

We stay at of “roadside” hotels while we travel as a family and this is probably one of the nicest ones we’ve ever stayed at. Our room had two separate bedrooms with their own bathroom, a living room and a full kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates, etc. The room and common spaces were immaculate and so were the grounds around the hotel, which was great for walking our dog. Staff at the front desk and breakfast area were nice and helpful

The stay was fine. But we were very disappointed the corporate dictates the room is cleaned once a week! We were here for two nights. Our bed wasn’t even made! When I pay $500 for sleeping in a bed and the use of a shower I want my bed made! Not asking too much. These stupid covid excuses are asinine! The damn virus doesn’t even live on surfaces! Get with the science and start giving cleaning service again! This is so stupid except that you save a ton of money. We won’t be choosing Marriott until you regain some sense of customer care! Clean the darn room!

Had to drive home from NYC instead of flying and stayed here. It was great for us to get a bit of rest before hitting the road again. Only downside is the breakfast didn't open until 10 minutes after we were leaving and the staff would not permit us to grab something to take with us before we hit the road on our long journey home.

We stayed in room 112. Over all very clean only the standard dirt. Two beds two baths. Beds were comfy showers had good pressure. Kitchen living room were nice. Room was clean and everything worked. Associate who checked us in was terrific super friendly which I loved. Easy to find. Was able to park in front of the door we entered to get to our room which was terrific. Overall good experience.

The staff was helpful and friendly. However the bathroom had black spots of mold on the wall paper, the toilet didn’t t flush properly, you could hear the people above all night loudly talking. There were batteries missing in the remotes and dishes stilll in the dishwasher from the previous stay. The milk at the breakfast counter in their fridge was spoiled and there were ants on the food counter, many of them. The facility itself was tidy and comfortable, just kinda all by itself. Despite the hotel being in an area that doesn't look very nice, the hotel is a very nice place! My family stayed for several days as we were visiting family in the area. The pool, fitness room and outdoor basketball area were well maintained and nice. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a great time!! Several families were in town for a swim meet, he were able to use the lobby to dinner. Breakfast was great, as was the outdoor basketball court and indoor pool! We will for sure stay here every year for this meet!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room could have been cleaner, ex. Dust on top of refrigerator, shower floor not clean. I didn't like being charged for parking that was never disclosed but showed up on my bill. The pool was closed all weekend and we were really looking forward to swimming as it was a hot weekend. I feel there should have been a discount for that as we were already paying over $1,000.00 for 3 nights because of the truck show which is ridiculous price gouging. The breakfast was the worst I have ever seen and we never even ate it, we walked away. The beds were hard as a rock and none of us could sleep comfortably. This used to be one of the nicer places to stay, but sadly not anymore.I'm going back to camping.

The breakfast available on Friday of our stay was terrible. Shouldn’t be able to advertise free breakfast when nothing except the eggs were available. No butter (person servicing the breakfast area said it was accidentally thrown away), no waffles or pancakes, no fruit, coffee pots empty until I complained, etc. the weekend was better, still not anything to get excited about. This hotel was expensive for what it offered.

Property lawn was overgrown somewhat. Bathroom had mold/ mildew growing on the upper edges of some surfaces. Toilet had incorrect seat attached (smaller size). Shampoo dispenser was broken off the wall and placed on ledge inside the shower. Breakfast provided was mediocre and ants seen on the counter.

Staff was very helpful. Property definitely need alot of repairs in bathrooms. Both of our bathroom had broken towel stands, and ceiling needs repairs. There were ants in room and on coffee station in Breakfast area. I found bedbugs and staff replaced the mattress and vacuum the sofa bed throughly. Wires were literally hanging from tv and not safe if you have little kids. I had to put chair to cover the area. Carpet needs to be replaced or washed. Pool was nice and clean. I will not stay at this place again.

We liked the suite we stayed in. The access into the hotel was limited to just the main lobby. It was a little inconvenient when we let our dog out to have to walk around the building to get back in. Also, we were charged the full room rate, even though I booked through Expedia and had rewards that should have been apples.
