I didn't know I had to pay for parking until after I got there, because when I put my filters in for FREE PARKING, your hotel still came up. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic!

The customer service at this hotel is top-notch. We were surprised to get a two bedroom-two-bathroom suite for an affordable price. Our daughter's flight came in at 11:30pm and they offered shuttle service for airport pickup for that time. The shuttle driver went home sick however the front desk staff immediately called a Lyft and she was picked up at the airport without a hitch! Complimentary breakfast was great!!! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the airport area.

Very close to Mall of America. Also appreciated the outdoor seating area and basketball court, definitely would've used these areas if the weather had been warmer.

This property was very clean and rooms were spacious. The pool was nice although we were disappointed that it was advertised to have hot tub and did not have one. The gym was clean with nice equipment. Breakfast was hot with options for everyone. Transportation to the mall was spot on time. Will definitely revisit this property.

Our first time staying and absolutely enjoyed our stay for 3 days. Less than 5 mins driving from Mall of America and can take the shuttles every 30 mins which was super convenient if that’s you prefer. We would definitely stay there again!

I was in town for business for a few days. I neede a room with a small kitchen and onsite laundry. This hotel was perfect! The front desk staff were so polite and friendly, and the shuttle service to/from airport and mall were right on schedule all 3 days. Great job everyone!! Definitely will stay again!!

Brought my 15 year old granddaughter We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms full kitchen and a walmart near by for food instead of eating at the mall all the time. Also shuttle to and from airport and mall really nice people at front desk.

Pull out couch and one bed were not comfortable. TV kept turning off and glitchy. The room was big and fit our family of 5 well. There also was not a hot tub and the pool was cold.

Hotel is clean and quiet. We needed a two bedroom suite, it was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. The pool was not operational but guests were allowed to go to the sister hotel next door and use theirs (we did not do this however). Price was reasonable.

Hotel was close to the Mall of America, IKEA, and the MSP Airport. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The building is aging, and not so gracefully in areas. The humidity in our room was waaaay high, and it smelled musty. The breakfast area was nice, and the breakfast was extensive and fresh! The pool was a nice temperature, but there is no longer a hot tub.

We stayed here for one night because we landed late and had a long drive ahead of us. The staff was great during every interaction and the free breakfast was surprisingly good. However, our room reeked of stale cigarette smoke and was bordering on dingy. The bathroom smelled bad like a moldy shower curtain/pee and I felt gross having to sleep in the bed given that nothing seemed clean enough. There’s a lot of hotels that might be worth staying at before considering this one.

Place was pretty good, i guess my only real issue was the musty smell in the room, not sure what it was or possibility someone had smoked in there or carpets needed cleaning. I had a can of Lysol in my car and sprayed it well to give fresh smell. Breakfast was good

I was very disappointed to find a couch in my room with many stains. I did not even want to sit on it. The ceiling had a bunch of stains as well (the pictures don’t really do justice). Not exactly what I was expecting from a Marriott.

This property was very dirty. Carpets filthy air vents filthy. Unfriendly night desk person. The staff otherwise were every friendly and accommodating. Breakfast are and tables dirty and unkept. I stay in hotels often. This Marriot Was Bad. What's going on with Marriott it's the second one this week that we have stayed at that was substandard.

Ran my fingers across the bathroom counter when we arrived and it left white residue on my fingertips, had to wipe down the counter myself. One of the towels had a crusty stain on it. Lotion/sink tray definitely hadn’t been cleaned either. Market snacks and drinks were outrageously priced. Only good thing was the breakfast spread.

Comfy beds. Quiet except for the plumbing. Rooms had small issues (trim not nailed down, interior door shutting issues, one tv wouldnt work) but overall great stay. Wonderful breakfast. Shuttle service to the mall greatly appreciated.

We tried this place out for the first time as we wanted more space with having two kids and it was nice to have that at home feel. The fridge was big enough to actually big enough to fit all our leftovers in from Grandma's house and still have room for a case of pop and water. We didn't use the stove or dishwasher but it was a nice option to have if we had brought more of our own food to make a meal if we needed to. The breakfast was a hotel breakfast so nothing special just ok.oher the staff where great! Very nice and helpful. I called a few days before my stay just to make sure the booking was in the system and that the room had a bath tub/ shower combo and the gal that answered the phone was very nice. The bad. Well I stayed in room 219 and something was wrong with the window as it wouldn't seal all the way so the cold air was just POURING in so the heat was running all night and we had to keep the curtains close just to block some of the cold air coming through.

Close to airport was reason we picked this place, but didn’t realize the place was as old as it was in our room at least. Half the outlets worked in there, the vanity one kept shorting out when my wife tried to use the dryer or curling iron. So one of us got to charge our phone through the night. The toilet was tough to use and very loud flush. The shower and toilet area is separate from vanity is nice but it is dated and pretty dim in the shower area. There is no free parking like most of the other similar hotels in the same area, which I did not realize otherwise we would have stayed elsewhere.

Super friendly and efficient staff, good breakfast. The bed was pretty hard and the room and halls were worn but perfectly functional still. The only real downside i had was the suite setup looked nothing like tge picture...the one tv could swivel to face either the sofa or the bed, meitger of which were suitable for 3 people to sit and relax together. I would stay again but would ask about the setup at checkin.

The room is spacious and family friendly. It is equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of plates, bowls and cookware, so you can make your own dinner during the stay. Breakfast includes plenty of choices, scrambled egg, sausage, ham, biscuit, waffle. Coffee is good!

The hotel was very good over all. They had plenty of options for breakfast and everything tasted good. The staff was very nice and made both check in and out easy. The bed was not necessarily to my liking but it is a hotel after all and they can't make the perfect bed for everyone, however the mattress on the sofa bed was horrible and really isn't fit for anyone to sleep on. It was extremely thin and every bar in the folding mechanism you could feel. My only other complaint would have to be the tub and the bottom shape, it was like a "v" shape and made it extremely hard to stand. Either way even with the quirky tub and terrible sleeper sofa it wasn't to bad.

The rooms were very spacious, with a separate bedroom and a complete kitchen, even the dishwasher. Great for families, there's a Walmart 5 minutes away if you want to buy some food and not eat in a restaurant all the time. Close to Mall of America and next door to Great Wolf Lodge

Oscar and the new guy working with him were very helpful in helping us navigate to the sites we wanted to see. The hotel staff was helpful and arranged Lyft rides for us several times. Would definitely stay here again.

Stay was good. Staff was super friendly and accomodating. Only negative comment would be having to pay for parking in the parking lot. Don't understand that at all. Underground? Yes-but not just to pull into the parking lot. Take that into consideration when you're comparing prices. If it doesn't say "free parking", expect to pay at least 10.00/night. Breakfast was delicious with good variety.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great variety. Close to Great Wolf Lodge and Mall of America. Our room was clean. We had a small kitchen area which came in handy with heating up left overs for the kids.

Check in was pleasant and quick. Room was slightly aged but clean. Well appointed with reference to kitchenette. Beds and bedding were comfortable and fresh quality. Parking adequate but stay was week night. It would surely be tight when closer to capacity. Dining and bar adequate in other building.
