There was only one person available to check in guests. There was a line of frustrated people waiting. While waiting in line, I found out that there were people stuck in their elevator that they were trying to get out. The elevator was broken during my stay, thank goodness we didn’t have that much luggage to go up and down the stairs with.

I made reservations for my family since it was my daughter engagement. We all arrived at the hotel happy and excited for the day to begin and then the nightmare began we where in the elevator heading to the 3rd floor when it stopped on the 2nd floor to pick someone up and it then proceeded to go to the 3rd floor when all of a sudden we heard and snap cable and dropped to the ground floor I yelled and my kids and family memeber where trying to keep my calm considering I’m disabled and claustrophobic. We immediately called for help and after 5 minutes which felt like an hour, elevator door, opened to the ground floor with, and had to take stairs to the third-floor with all of our belongings. Needless to say, I’m still having nightmares about the elevator.

The only inconvenient was the remodeling noise I will go again to the Cleveland Clinic for surgery, and sadly I read that the remodeling will take until October. Because it was and excellent choice

This is the second time that I stayed at this hotel. Again under remodeling, but the warn you once you are at the front desk. I was right above the rooms they were remodeling. Noise and vibration from 9:00am. As i was at the very far end of the hotel, it took more than 15 minutes literally to get “warm” water. The fan at the bathroom was quite noisy especially at night time while others are sleeping. The new shower make a mess every time you get a bath. The grip of the hairdryer was sticky, there are sockets that doesn’t work as the surface light of the microwave oven. And i don’t know why when i get into the room for the first time it was food smelling… not nice.

Residence Inn is a very nice place. Their rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. All outside noise is isolated and I had very good sleep. The breakfast is awesome and they are doing slight variations day by day, so probably even a week stay will be good. Fitness room is small and contains just a treadmill / elliptical, with no weights. They also have pretty good laundry, with few washers and dryers. However my main concern was that this is a coin paid laundry and they had no coins available. I think this is a big issue - install a card reader so it could be paid by a room card. This would be a good place, but it has its downsides as well. I stayed there twice and first time I get an excellent room. However on a second time room had bathroom fan not working, and the room itself was kind of damp, with heavy air. AC helps a bit to remove moisture from the air, but still this was away from perfect. One of room's stands was affected because of it (wood was warped). I'd recommend to have a better care and vent for rooms.

We were so thankful to have this option with the hurricane. The breakfast was great and things were good. That elevator was broken and a couple, other things, but overall great.

I go twice a year to Weston and i stay here, i never have a problem but this time de matress on the sofa bed wasn't very clean, it had stain, After Covid they dont have someone to help you make the sofa bed or help with any air conditionar anymore because they have only one staff memeber at night that is in the reception area. You need to have and emergency staff to help you with these or any problems.

The staff was really nice. The breakfast was amazing, honestly one of the best that I have seen in a while. But the cleaning is terrible, the walls were dirty in the room. The cooktop in the room was full of grease. The room had a weird smell like mold. The area is really nice, and calm. The pool is small, good for kids.

I got to stay in one week in two rooms. Different reservations. The property and staff is not bad. However the bathtub and grout lines are horrible, in both rooms. In one of the rooms the bathtub faucet wouldn’t stay in the hot water position it move to cold by itself, I had to keep an eye on it and move it back. The breakfast buffet not bad at all . However the 2% milk had gone bad, I noticed when I put it in my coffee. They need to pay more attention to it. If I need to come back to Weston I would probably look somewhere else.

We got the last room in the hotel (we were told) at the very end of the hall. The soundproofing was so bad we could hear the traffic on the road outside all night and also we could hear everyone tromping up and down the staircase located right next to the room.

Very nice hotel. Our only issue was the shower water would never warm up...I would have settled for lukewarm but it never even reached lukewarm. A cold shower is a deal breaker and will kill even the best hotel stay.

I was at that property from October 31 until November 8 front desk service it was unprofessional. I didn’t like my room. I asked them 3 floor and with the view they gave me 3 floor no view and the room It was smelling very bad when I asked them to change. They told me because I was with turd party (which is Expedia)They can’t do nothing. After 1 hour talking next day, they change me for the first floor. I would like to know why we book with Expedia when we don’t have the service please. Can you explain that to me

The system was down at check-in. We couldn't get room keys. There's no phone/internet service. We were only here for 1 night. It's now almost time to check-out and the system is still down/we have yet to receive keys. While we understand that things happen, we were made to think this was a temporary issue.

When we arrived the hotel's "system was down". They could not provide keys and had to take copies of our ID and credit card to be able to do so. Someone had to take us to our room to let us in. The wifi was down for at least 24 hours, if not longer. The entire staff was kind, polite and very attentive. It was not their fault that the system was down, and they dealt with it as best they could.

One of my worst Residence Inn experience. Breakfast was horrible. Dried Oatmeal, Coffee was pathetic. Kept Chilled milk and once you pour it in the coffee, coffee was cold. Carpets were horrible in the room.

Pros: calm, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff. Room was comfortable and large enough for our family. Cons: breakfast was served in a small restaurant. Often times they ran out of food and coffee. At 9:30 one of the hostesses (the Latin one) shuts the door and keeps everyone inside. She locked my 9 year old kid inside and wouldn’t let me in to help him so that I couldn’t get more food. I yelled at her and she let him out instead. He didn’t get enough food and of course me neither. The room was filthy and my son got flea bites on his leg. Oh, the hotel is pet-friendly and lots of guests had cats and dogs. There’s only one elevator so they share with other guests. The elevator is small and ancient and runs so slow. The sofa bed is terrible. The mattress is more like a camping mat with broken, sharp springs poking at your back. Overall not quite a good experience.

Stayed with husband for 4 nights. Comfortable large room to spread out. Full kitchen. Pool area a bit small but fine for our needs. Breakfast was excellent. Complimentary with stay. Same options as many other hotels but some nice added extras made it excellent - iced coffee, chocolate milk, chicken sausage, breakfast sandwiches, muffins - all great extras that took free meal to the next level. Definitely will be back when in that area again.
